I really enjoy this game ….it is my go to game for whenever I a have to wait ( Dr. office, Airport etc)…..except when it freezes up and I can’t get into it….I am on level 17__ with 24__ stars….I have tried for 3Days now and still nothing…..I now have to delete the game and start all over again….this will be the second time I have done this….this is how much I like the game but not acceptable…..thank you for listening….. PS….. do like the short ads….
I like this game and find it enjoyable, but twice I have had to delete and reinstall it. Yesterday, I was at level 3557 with 10,000+ coins when it just froze and I could not get back to the game screen even after shutting down & rebooting. This is the second time this happened. Why have your game advance to these levels if your system can’t handle it? Please expand your coding staff if necesssry.
I have loved it from day 1. Im at level 949. Run out of moves? Use 90 coins or watch video. Now, you watch a video to get 3 moves but then it’s taken away, you don’t get the 3 moves and either you have to use your 90 coins or start the level over. I’ve enjoyed the game very much but will now be deleting it just because of this issue.
I love that each level has a fun little challenge but it never really gets hard. I’m in the 200s for level and it’s still really fun to play. I hate other match 3s that keep getting harder and you feel like you need to buy extra features to pass a level. East is the selling point to me when I just want some mindless fun!
UPDATE: after over a week of of the problem starting (below) and requesting technical support, nobody has bothered to contact me. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game but of course, I am back to level 1 all coins and boosters are gone as well. ——————— This is a fun game but for the past few days I have not been able to play it because most of the buttons have disappeared. This morning when I checked, two rewards came up but I could not claim them because the “claim” button didn’t work.
Really love the game but I’m not going to buy extra moves and have to buy more just to win especially if that’s not possible. Plus the ads in all the new game apps are ridiculous. I’d rather buy the game. There are several other game apps like this but they’re easier to win. I’ve made it up to 3,000 plus more and that’s certainly more fun.
It is freezing. The playing board will not come up at all. It is out all day so far. I would give you a 5 star review if it wasn’t frozen for so long Today is day two and the game is still frozen. This game started working well. Thank you. However, it has started to freeze again.
It’s awfully easy, especially compared to the match three game I used to play in Mytona’s Ravenhill game (now unfortunately defunct). I am in the 200s levels, and still hardly ever run out of moves and lose. Nonetheless, it’s a good time-killer and enjoyable.
I have played this game for months but the last month the game has closed for no reason and had frozen screens. Today the frozen screen issue happens on opening and will not reset with with closing or even deleting app and adding back. Please look into this!
This is my favorite game. I hate that it when you win, you can’t play anymore and I have to delete it and start all over. This is my 8th time of deleting and download again. This game is on my iPad and iPhone.
I'm a big fan of match three games so I thought I'd check this one out. Unfortunately this game has way too many ads. They pop up even when you are in the middle of a game. I realize that ads are the way the app developers make their money the ads drove me batty pretty quickly.
It’s an easy game but it’s good for mindless activity. Unfortunately, it’s begun to freeze up constantly. Currently at level 3711 and I’m about to delete because of the constant freezing
Really enjoyed this game at first but after 500 some levels of never losing and always having several moves left every round it just gets dull. I like a game that challenges my analytical skills a bit and makes me think and study the board in order to win.
If you would have asked me before their last update I would have given it 5 stars…..however since the last update it is no longer worth playing, it has become nothing but frustrating. After playing this game for years I am deleting it because it is nothing but junk. Don’t waste your time.
I hate that you tell me, after only a couple of seconds, what move you want me to make. And sometimes it is not the most prudent move. Take out this feature and let me decide my own moves, at my own pace!
This is the only online game I play and up until this week, was very reliable, but has started getting glitchy and now app closes as soon as it starts. Please fix this!
I love this game and have played it for years. However, my one star is due to: 1) I have come in first place many times and my winnings aren’t added to my side of the game. Lousy IT 2) I have sent communications with this game and they haven’t responded nor added my winnings. Lousy customer service! 3) Recently, I won and my winnings were correctly added. However, I came back two hours later and my winnings weren’t there! Possible scamming users? NOTE: keep screenshots of the coins and boosts. I hope IT sees this and makes things right for their users!
I’ve been playing this game for quite a while I am on level 14718 so you know I’ve been playing a long time. I have managed to accumulate 27,130 coins. Bi find that I’m seriously considering deleting it. The ads are driving me crazy. I have someone who started playing it and deleted it pretty soon after downloading for that very reason. I know you could win games without ads if you tried to come up with a way.
I’ve had the same problem that I get to a high level and the game crashes and disappears. I’ve enjoyed the game but I am not reinstalling it. Ridiculous to have to do that. I am also actively telling people about the problem and not to bother with the game.
I’m pretty upset. I’ve had this game for a long time and I was at a very high level - probably 3000’s or so and my game just quit working. I sent a message to game support and haven’t heard back yet. I deleted the game and now have to start all over?!?! Not cool at all.
Downloaded this game and it was great at first. Went through 40 levels. Had to stop for an hour. Opened it again and BOOM, an ad on the end of EVERY level. Tried to see if I could purchase no ads, not available. I just deleted it. Way too many ads.
I spend more time watch ads than playing. That is conducive to relaxing. Don’t be so greedy, what you are offering doesn’t seem balanced. Ditching this after this review!
There are entirely too many ads! You only need to show these ads once or twice during one game session. If I’m interested I will buy anyway. Stop shoving these ads in my face PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I also love this game. Many hours of fun. BUT, the last week or so it’s been a nightmare!! Go’s Slow or FREEZES up on me. That’s no FUN! I guess it’s time to move on to a different game 😞
