Hello, daily user here love it. One small thing I wanted to suggest, whenever I accept a job it creates an unread message notification on the chat, a notification I have to then go clear or I see it on the Home Screen making me feel like I’ve missed something, it’s a lot of extra steps to accepting a job that seem unnecessary, I don’t know of any other app that leaves an unread message notification when the user is the one sending the message. Happening enough for me to feel like saying something, but other than that great super helpful app.
Honestly i would be fine with this software if there card reader would just connect. I don’t expect much from free software or pay as you go but i did expect it too connect to my card reader. I’m just starting out but already gone through 2 card readers. I attempted to charge a client but my card reader would not connect and would update forever and never stopped. I’ve had this issue twice. I message support , they responded with troubleshooting but didn’t work. They don’t have a way to a fix the card reader issue beyond troubleshooting article. I asked for a free card reader and they ignored the request. So I tried alternative option we have to get paid and used a link. They claimed my client input the information wrong and my client showed it charged him. They said the payment would be reversed but this whole situation could have been avoided if they got a card reader that worked or if I use different software.
UPDATE Marty and the Jobox team quickly fixed my issue, as well as other ones that happened later on. I really appreciate this. There’s some things this app can improve or add on to, but for the most part it does its just job and does it well. Thank you for the team to caring enough to listen and address these concerns and issues. Greg ———————————- The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. I don’t know what the update just did, but I use iOS and I was unable to take payment from a customer with my reader. Thankfully they had cash and the remaining $9 we did manually on card. After that I go and look at what just happened - all my history and reports and everything is gone. I don’t have anything and this app is now unusable, and I’m wondering now what to do with payments and how to get through the day, weekend, etc until this is fixed.
I’m highly recommend this app, that’s something new in the industry ,very easy to understand,very friendly for the user. The best customer service I ever got for a long time. Liran was very informative,patient and got a lot of knowledge about the app so he can fit the app to your business needs. 5 stars!
This company was sending my customers their phone number so if I’ll have a call back they will send their contractors that’s they work with to do my jobs, and on top of it if I have a transaction more then 1000$ they will ask my invoices to see what I have charged my customers , and to get my money I will have to do a transfer to my account that’s take 3-5 days with every company I have worked with I got my money the same day or next without doing the transfer myself! this is not a legitimate company I would recommend everyone to stay AWAY FROM THEM!
I have started my business and chose jobox as my credit card processor. It started with me charging clients and all payments were on pending. I had to call every time to approve a transaction but eventually all transactions were refunded to my customers for no reasons even nobody complained about my service. Now, I can’t receive any money that was transferred to me for my service since I started to use this app and they refuse to help me at all. I’m so disappointed and recommend you don’t use this app for you business!!!!!

Yea won’t be using this again. They put a hold on any outgoing transactions for 10 DAYS when you sign up. You can have as many incoming transactions you want but, if you need to transfer out for 10 BUSINESS DAYS you can’t do anything. Not to mention it takes another 2-3 days on top of that to be able to use the money since you have to transfer it out to your bank. Won’t be using this account again.
I’m very happy with this app, everything I need for my technicians is in one place. Charging customers, sending jobs, their customer service is great and they are the best thing that happened to the market lately.
Not recommend, feels like they don’t care it all There is no customer service if you wanna talk to them you can only text him I ordered swipe are in a wait for the swipe for more than two and a half weeks, only after I tried to reach him almost every day they told me there is a problem with their delivery I thought my experience with them will be much better

I am using it for almost a year and I couldn’t find a better way to manage my office, employees and myself I started using it through a very nice guy that works there, he’s name is Dor so if you guys are trying to get started this is the right person to talk to ! Overall : Great for time management and planning One of the best experiences i had with customer service. I would definitely keep working with this company
I’ve been using JOBOX for over 5 month now and had all my technicians work with it as well . It’s very easy and makes our work and communication very simple No need to mention the techs love it .
Application is sow and laggy, on several different devices. Development team claims to be responsive, however bug fixes are very slow(much like the app). And general improvements few and far between. Subpar at best. ***Update***reached out to “support” many many times over the last several months. Nothing changes.... *** I sincerely doubt there’s anyone on your team that could help. I have mentioned it several times to them. All they ever do is give me the same lip service; that they will pass it along to team. Then team does nothing, And so the cycle continues

This company doesn’t have a phone number or phone support, transaction always pending and there’s no one to speak with except online chat that 50% of the time not resolving the problem… keep your business and money safe don’t use Jobox!!!!
This app holds your money and prevents transfers for two weeks or more. So any card payments you take in won’t be available until after their waiting period.
