Being gracious with three stars-This app is not functioning currently as we speak I’m unable to login- why not just offer updates instead of being non-functioning? Not sure why everyone’s so keen on the old app as it was never up to date on recent changes to account, etc. finding the first issue with that now on new app but that seemed to be a consistent problem with the old. My balance, transaction history, etc- haven’t updated in a few days- disappointing to say the least.
I love the app and the functionality that is has. Checking balances, transferring funds, and seeing all of my accounts in one place has been a major help with this app. Thanks!
Was a great app, until it wasn’t. The app stopped sending me push notifications. I un-installed the app and re-installed and gave it permission to send the notifications. I checked my settings and I have it set for notifications. I don’t know what else is going on. It’s super annoying to have to sign into the app repeatedly to check to see when payments have cleared and checks have been deposited.
Similar to the review on October 2, I can no longer use the app to mobile deposit. At the stage where you go to take a picture of the check, the camera is blurry and it says to rotate, but no amount of rotating will clear up the image. I tried disabling the camera, permissions and re-enabling them, with no luck.
I think I like the other app much better. This new one is always telling me there’s an error. I find it happens more times than not that I am not able to access my account.
They need to to fix the app it only works about half of the time and some times when it finally lets you in and you can see your money and then you go to do something Bam sorry application error
I never had a problem with the old app but this one never loads! If it does load it takes forever and then if I click on the details button I get an error. I think this app has worked maybe 5 times.
This new app has some great features but it is so slow. I have to reset it several times every time I use it to get my account history to open. It is constantly putting up error messages.
App gets stuck on a prompt that says “rotate your device to continue the deposit”. I’ve made sure that my Screen Lock is off. I’ve quit and reinstalled the app. I’ve even rebooted my device. Nothing fixes it.
New app better but buggy. Suddenly can't login with my regular info. Very slow to load and get message saying can't display the info. how do I access my account?!
I have a VERY hard time getting this app to open. I’d say 35-50% of the time it will actually log me in. When it does is runs slow and seems a little clunky. I enjoyed the old app more.
I haven’t been able to login for almost a week. JCU drives me nuts. It almost feels less frustrating to just switch credit unions all together. There had to be an easier way to switch app platforms or whatever they did.
Can’t even log on to my page. It just says loading... and never switches over. I’ve deleted and re-installed the app and tried on another phone and had the same results.
This app is never working. Takes forever to log into account. Then never will show your account history. Always says there is an error. Last app was way better.
This app is much better than the old one JCU had. Much more user friendly and asks for an access code instead of the security questions that I can’t remember. Great app! And great improvement to get up to date with the times!
