Great product but spreads not great
Love this combination of tradfi and crypto. I recommend it to people who complain that Wells Fargo, or whatever, stopped them from buying crypto. Don’t let the industry’s growing pains prevent you from embracing this new freedom-providing tech. I still prefer using Kraken for trades cuz the spreads on Juno are too high. Juno is going to start charging for withdrawals which makes me even more likely to use a competitor for trades. FWIW, I still don’t use Coinbase for trades because their fees are the worst. I would put Juno between Kraken and Coinbase in terms of crypto trading. Lastly, the 5% interest is still competitive for Tradfi. Worth storing cash there but tempting to spend it to buy crypto. If you can’t control your buying behavior, don’t put savings in Juno.

Terrible. Can’t even fix it’s own problem’s.
I have had OnJuno for about a month and a half. And unfortunately it just didn’t perform to my expectations. Number one thing is that my account was locked for no apparent reason, and this is where unreliable software steps in. When I log in through my phone the app works like nothing is wrong. But as soon as I log in through my laptop it tells me that my account is locked so like a normal person I chat with a customer service representative to fix this problem. The representative tells me number one my account is not locked, but number two he needs a picture of my SSN because the bank needs more proof of my identity?!?! This makes no complete sense. It’s obvious that the software they use is extremely glitchy locking me out for no reason not even customer service was able to figure it out. And not going to lie it’s just totally sketchy and made me uncomfortable the fact they they asked for a picture of my SSN. I’m thankful I didn’t connect direct deposit right away, if I did it would have been a real nightmare. I would recommend to avoid the hassle of dealing with OnJuno. I knew a black metal checking card was too good to be true.

Horrible Company!
Literally only had my account for less than a week and it was closed immediately. I only downloaded the app and setup my account and was waiting for my financial situation to get sorted out then out of the blue I get a following a email stating that due to bank regulations and safety concerns your account and terms and conditions your account is now closed and any attempts to create new accounts will be rejected. I was not aware that I had broken any terms or conditions nor was there a time period where by simply not using the app I would have my account closed permanently. I emailed support about this issue. To elaborate further on why it came to this and received the dumbest non heartfelt response stating that due to banking regulations and safety concerns your account is now closed. It is essential that all users abide by our terms and agreements and relevant banking compliances. Which still didn’t answer my question on why my account was closed. At least have the decency to tell me exactly what I did wrong instead of giving me a bulls**t auto generated response. You’re customer support is abysmal and horrendous and I hope people who use your app never have to run into issues related to terms and conditions being broken for unknown reasons or talking to your crappy for lack of a better word customer support and receive answers that still don’t answer your questions.

Top of the game.
I’ve used them all. We all know so many on the market and while some do ok in some areas they seriously lack in others. First and foremost… CUSTOMER SERVICE. So many have forgotten how to do this. JUNO is on point. Communication, respect, product knowledge, above and beyond to help and satisfy their customers when situations arise. As for the product itself, not a more diverse platform on the market. Crypto to banking to loyalty rewards. EASY deposit methods. After recommendations from their own clients, brought on secure debit card loads. Rewards in the form of JCOIN, a reward coin earned for many actions, including direct deposit and purchase that will be able to be used to purchase gift cards on the app to BIG BOX stores. Beyond all of that, my favorite? I can choose ten retailers, not nobody heard of retailers, major companies that I do business with regularly and earn cash back that is top in the industry. Thanks JUNO for not staying stagnant and progressing for your customers. All around, well done…..current, sofi, chime, varo, cashapp, catch up and learn from in my opinion an industry leader. Worst company I have ever experienced.
Day 2 now of my account being frozen with absolutely no answers or responses from Juno. $1,700 my family can’t access and I have 0 way to get my kids food. Have called multiple times and emailed over and over again with no answers and still no access to our money to get my kids food. I will be obtaining an attorney and taking legal action if I haven it received an answer or explanation by the end of the day. absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. My f’ing family can buy groceries and Juno can’t even have the decency to respond to emails and calls asking what is going on. Not to mention the only response I have received is a generic email yesterday saying they had a system error and some accounts had incorrectly been deposited money that wasn’t theirs and that they would take legal action if any of it was spent. Really Juno? Every penny on my account is mine, you’ve frozen my account for almost 48 hours now with no warning or explanation and my kids have missed their school activities, have to cancel their trip with friends this weekend and have no food. You haven’t responded to any email or call asking what is going on and YOU send an email threading people with legal action? Well, I’ll be more than happy to take you up on that.

Poor Product and Abysmal Customer Service
If you are looking for digital banking with crypto integration, you will want to completely avoid Juno which fails in most ways to meet the expectation and standard of a viable product. The customer service is very disorganized and random and the support team almost never replies during regular business hours. Days and even weeks may pass before being able to reach someone who will most likely have no ability to fully address your inquiry. The cryptocurrency prices and spreads are abysmal if not outright theft and the custodial wallets are continually “under maintenance”. Even worse, Juno never takes responsibility for these issues and instead blames their “crypto partner” that they’ve chosen. In the Discord channel, customers have shared stories losing money due to unexpected sale prices and not being able to withdraw their cryptocurrency without exorbitant fees, delays, or technical issues Additionally Juno has removed all incentives for financial rewards to their customers from referrals by paying them with “rewards” points instead of actual money. And the rewards store wasn’t available for almost half of a year due to delays and issues, and only offers a fraction of the gifts cards that were supposed to be available

Worse Customer Service Ever!!
I had a deposit transaction not show up. I contacted the customer service at the wallet I sent the funds from. Bam, within 5 minutes, found the transaction, gave me all the information and also gave me the information to give to receiving wallet so they could find if they had a problem. So, then I contacted JUNO customer service and told problem and sent all the information. That was over 3 weeks ago. After being asked to send the same information 5 times to 6 different people. My funds are still not in my account. The last response thanked me for the information I sent and said it would be taken care of within 3 days. We’ll, it’s day 3 and guess what?? No funds, no answer, and no response! It’s a really good idea but I’ve been in crypto over 10 years and have dealt with lots of different companies. This customer service is by far the very worse I’ve ever encountered. FDIC insured. But u can’t contact anyone at all. Have to leave message and correspond thru email. This was a small transaction that has been over 3 weeks missing. I’m thankful it wasn’t a large transaction. “IF” my deposit ever shows up?? They will not have to worry about me again. This is ridiculous

Stay away from this company
I’ve banked with Juno for almost 5 years, and it started out as a “too-good-to-be-true?” sort of situation with higher than average APY and cash back deals. Over the years they have gradually changed their model and the glitches have just kept increasing - on Sunday evening 5/12 they sent out an email that without any notice whatsoever they would stop offering ANY sort of interest rate on balances kept with them, and would no longer give any cash back. These changes went into effect THE NEXT DAY. Immediately after the email announcement, I went to transfer my balance to a secondary savings account I have so that I could continue to earn interest on my savings, and was told that Juno’s banking capabilities are experiencing issues and are unusable until further notice. I’ve now lost three days of interest on my balance, with absolutely no response from Juno besides the usual “our team is working hard to resolve this issue, we apologize for the frustration” spiel. This behavior screams of unprofessionalism, shadiness, and seems illegal to hold funds from clients. Would stay as far away from this company as you possibly can, it’s a complete scam.

Best crypto checking account!
I been with Juno since June 1, 2022. I honest think it’s the best and the safest in banking + crypto. Your cash is FDIC Insured up to $250,000. Juno also recommend self-custody of your crypto deposits like using a hardware wallet. Right now I have my funds direct deposit to USDC. If I choose to I can have my crypto deposit forward to my hardware wallet, Ledger Nano X. That also brings up another point. You earn 5% on crypto purchases with your debit card that supports Apple Pay. You can add cash to your Apple Pay Cash with your Juno debit card and withdraw by instant debit to your card or ACH to your Juno checking account. You will earn crypto on your debit card purchases. Juno has their own token for those rewards called JCOIN. You can use them to boost your earnings and rewards and also make purchases in Juno Store. Gift Cards are coming next month. I used 5,000 JCOIN to get Limited Edition Black on Black Ledger Nano X. My first 180 days is great. It’s definitely the best out there.

Beyond Banking.
I was skeptical at first about the OnJuno banking platform. I won’t lie. I did some research though and I felt safe in leaving behind a $25 per month fee for Chase Sapphire. Absolutely no complaints so far. My debit card is awesome. Great UI on the app. Plaid compatible. 6% APY on USDC. The benefits keep rolling in… I also loved the cash back protocol. I had heavily been using CoinBase for everything, but they started to try to control where you could use the card in order to hurt their competition. That just felt like it was the opposite of everything the cryptocurrency world stands for. OnJuno only offers certain merchants, but allowing 10 different ones plus 10% cash back is amazing. I’ve earned $300+ just from that in just a couple months. I highly recommend them. I can’t say enough good about them. The only flaws are occasionally having to go and manually sell USDC and waiting on it to process. Aside from that I am overwhelmingly blown away.

Best fintech bank account
Despite some minor issues, Juno is the best fintech bank account on the market. I have not found anyplace that offers 5% on cash, a 5% cashback debit card at a selection of useful stores (that selection has lost some of its value recently with losing Apple and some other major stores, but it’s still valuable), plus a simple crypto on and off ramp, and even some Juno points that can be earned and exchanged for gift cards. They also offer same day ACH transfers. My criticisms would be: 1. They need more support staff. Some of their support team are extremely helpful, but it feels like their team is really lean so it can at times be hard to get someone’s attention. 2. They should have some cashback on all non-store category transactions, at least for their metal users. Even if it’s something like 0.5%. These issues don’t stop me from using Juno as my main hub bank account and crypto off-ramp.

Once was great, now a joke
I was actually relatively happy with this app for the past 3 years. Sure, the Indian support agents weren’t always the most helpful, but they generally did what I asked for after a few tries. I loved the interest and the cash back offers. But the way this app has been treating its customers lately is completely unprofessional. Some might even say it’s a sign of a struggling and soon-to-be-failing business. They constantly change the terms of the interest bonus by going back and forth on what the maximum eligible funds should be. Today was my last straw with this app when they ended the interest and cash back all in one. Well, that made me ready to pull out all my funds and close this account immediately. Oh wait, their ACH transfer system is mysteriously down. Which has never happened to any of the banks and fintechs I had used. EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. How convenient. For Juno. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FINTECH. THEY SEEM LIKE THEY’RE ABOUT TO SHUTTER ANY MINUTE. Maybe your funds are FDIC insured, but it’s not even possible to get it out.

Unfair business practices
Juno just received 18m in funding and has since cracked down on accounts for no good reason. I’ve been flagged and frozen twice in 7 days, the second the day after my direct deposit. So I have no access to my funds. The problem with juno is no one is verifying accounts on the weekends and will not provide clear details on why your account is held. They will not only hold your crypto, but your fiat funds. Which is ridiculous when clearly these holds are crypto related. They don’t seem to care you can’t buy groceries to feed your children. Or put gas in your car. I’m now on another 24 “working hours” wait from the first. I’ve received no communication explaining reasons or even to provide documentation to remedy this. It’s costing me way more, than the cheap fees on transactions they offer. In my opinion, Juno owes me time and money and groceries. Fair warning- if you want to use juno send everything you buy to a noncustodial wallet and never anywhere else. Or, just don’t use them at all. DONT USE THEM AT ALL

Scam company do not fall for their tricks
Juno has been holding my money and everyone else's for over two months now. Instead of paying back their customers their hard earned money they doubled down and integrated a new banking partner to continue accepting peoples money before paying back the people who’s money is already and has been frozen for two months. This company is the scum of the earth and they are not to be trusted. Your account will inevitably be frozen when they fail, which they will. What kind of bank that accepts direct deposits from people’s employer just suddenly freezes all their accounts for over two months with absolutely no resolution in sight other than watching their own behinds by integrating a new banking partner to scam and steal from even more innocent people? An absolutely corrupt to the core run by cooperate greed company that’s who. Absolutely pathetic and they should be investigated at every possible level by every imaginable agency for this atrocious behavior.

Why do my reviews keep getting deleted Apple?
I have my pay checks direct deposited to their account through Evolve Bank & Trust. Well since Synapse which is part of Evolve is going through a bankruptcy and the company that buying out Synapse backed out of the deal because Evolve is not cooperating with requirements. My funds have been frozen and not made available to me as required by federal law. And what I get from each company is that they are pointing their finger at each other and no one is taking responsibility. This is very unprofessional and unethical of each company. I plan on bringing suit forth by the end of the week before all the money is gone and they all are in bankruptcy. I don’t care if my money is FDIC insured this is about the principle of this matter. Update: money is not insured under FDIC since these are Fintech companies. Use a real bank people. Don’t trust this company or any of them. They haven’t even attempted to make things right or fight on my behalf.

Used to be a great service now customer service can’t even fix the problem
I’ve had juno for several months, 7 or 8 and everything worked fine until I changed cell phone carriers. As soon as I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon service (I kept the same phone number just changed providers) I can no longer access my account. Every time I try to log in, it tells me to disable my VPN? I don’t have a VPN, I’ve never had a VPN, so I contacted support thinking it would be an easy fix and explained I had no problems until I switched cell phone providers as soon as I did, I can no longer access my account. Support asked me to clear my cache, delete the app and reinstall it (I did 10 times) check my setting and verify there is no VPN, I even factory reset my phone. STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS and support won’t even respond to my emails anymore. It’s a shame as I enjoyed this app, but looks like I’ll be switching to a competitor.

Former favorite bank, now dead to me!
I used to rave about how great this bank was. 5% APY on checking balance and 5% cash back on certain brands was a great value proposition. Well, a week ago they announced that both 5% APY and cash back were ending, and a few days later, they announced that their “partner bank” (Evolve Bank and Trust) was having technical issues that had disabled all ACH and card transactions. My money has been frozen for almost a week now. My car payment was due this week, the money is in the account, but it’s not going to go through, meaning I’ll get hit with an ACH reversal fee, not to mention a late payment fee. I put in a complaint with the FED, and as soon as this issue is resolved I am withdrawing all funds and closing the account. There’s no reason for me to use them anymore regardless. Plenty of other apps to use if you want to buy crypto that have much better reliability and customer service.

Lovely Company & App
Juno was recommended to me by a friend, and I’ve been with them for about a year now. I have zero complaints. I love the app. I can manage my money and crypto very easily. They offer way better interest rates, cashback, other perks, and features than any other company I’ve used. And all of those things are awesome, but my favorite thing is their customer service. There are multiple methods to contact them, and they have always immediately responded to my questions and guided me to the right solution. I have not experienced service like this with any other financial company. They’re consistently innovating, and I’m excited to see how they continue to grow.

Purchase restrictions
I believe this app is headed in the right direction. Having said that, I won’t give it 5 stars due to not being able to make transactions on legal Sportsbook sites. If it’s my money, what gives any bank the right to tell me what I spend my money on, and what right does Juno have to threatening me through email about a breach of terms and conditions that are unethical with the descriptions provided? It’s enough to not use this bank if it weren’t for the everything else being so close to perfect. Bottom line: if I want to use my money, there shouldn’t be anything Juno can do about it but authorize the transaction. It’s actually stupid to restrict it.

A must have app to avoid ridiculous fees and failed payment transactions
I stumbled upon Juno while trying a transak crypto purchase through cake wallet, which of course failed like so many cake wallet attempts. Seeing that Transak was just upcharging me I thought I would research Juno and cut out the middle man. Boy am I happy I did, Juno has simplified all my crypto transactions and reduced my fees. Their deposit system is TOP NOTCH using the transfer to bank feature through a provided debit card. No more failed transactions due to card security or poor middleman kyc, etc. The only compliant I can even provide is that Juno doesn’t support XMR/Monero transactions but I know that is a complex issue so can’t hold it against Juno.

Unbelievable customer service
I was met with a problem yesterday where I wasn’t able to login via the app, I sent support a message about the situation & you know what the response was? That the problem was so rare that they were going to provide me with a response when a solution was found, & they did exactly that. They notified me a few hours in to let me know that they were still working on it & the moment they got done they sent me a response & it’s working PERFECTLY again. They really amazed me with this & they stayed at it after hours to make sure everything was working fine for me. 10/10 I recommend!!

Sketchy, but good perks
I love this account for its cash back perks. But they are far from having their other banking functions well-oiled. The customer service is abysmal. There is no lost card option in the app, and they will email you one email for every single cashback you get, no matter if it’s two cents or 20. There is no way to select what email notifications you get. I even wrote to the customer service about this and they said it was all or nothing. When I lost my card on vacation, I emailed their help line 3 times and got no response, I still haven’t gotten a response. I reached out to the customer service person I’d been in touch with before, and emailed them directly, and they said they would send a replacement metal card for 60 dollars, which is wild. That was 13 days ago, and I still haven’t received it yet. It makes me wonder if this is even a legit bank.

WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I was using Juno for several months until a technical issue which occurred on May 4th 2023. The issue involved them accidentally depositing crypto into multiple users accounts. I received an email the next day threatening legal action if users withdrew the funds. When I logged into my account I get a message it's frozen and I can't even access my checking account and own crypto. I never withdrew the crypto they accidentally deposited. It's now been 10 days and I can't get a hold of anyone other than a generic message that someone will contact me. I am going to take them up on the legal action at this point and will be filing complaints with their banking partner. Others have posted reviews with the same issue. If you value your money AVOID JUNO AT ALL COSTS. At this point they have stolen thousands from me and I can't get an answer. This is not right at all.

A complete web3 banking experience!
Juno is absolutely incredible! I have completely replaced my traditional bank. Direct deposits to crypto or USD. Cash back on spending and APY earned for just keeping funds in my account. They have tokenized a rewards system that actually rewards users. Spend crypto for card purchases or spend USD. Instant buys and swaps, send crypto directly to another wallet, multiple crypto’s supported, layer 2 bridge, amazing customer service, and the list goes on! It doesn’t get any better than Juno! Keeps getting better!
I’ve been a customer of juno for 5 months now. Their customer service support are outstanding! Any issues I had they responded quickly and resolved in a timely fashion. I was pleasantly surprised after using their app for months my banking and crypto purchase limits increased. Crypto transactions and bank transfers process without a hitch. Juno is a world class crypto banking company and is very secure! If they can add more features such as mobile deposit and a different option instead of direct deposit only for upgrading basic checking to metal checking that would be appreciated.

Great perks but sadly losing the 5% savings APR
Sept 1, 2023 they plan to drop regular balance APR to 3% from the 5% it was gloriously at right now. So that's real weird considering so many other banks have been raising interest rates but anyway 3 is still not bad when you get 5% cash back on certain purchases and 2% additional points back towards gift cards. That's 7% back on up to 10 stores you can pick from their list and can change every 10 days. Crypto spread isn't cheap so I buy that elsewhere. But at least you can withdraw the crypto you buy so it is true ownership and not just a fake trading market that holds your coins hostage like some places.

The truth
Juno started out as an amazing service. They kept lowering the requirements to get 5% apy. You could buy crypto straight from the app with “0 fees”. You could use your points to boost certain features on your account, like cashback limit additional apy for the month. Then the points started to be worth less than before. Then they changed the ways in which you could earn points, removing some of the more intuitive ones. Most recently, they introduced a cap on how much of your money can earn 5% apy. It is down to $5000 from $250,000. For anyone wondering, that is a 95% decrease. I will continue to use the account, but any excess funds over $5k is going to be someone else’s business now.

Awful Customer Service
OnJuno is an ok bank that provides the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. To begin with, they have no phone number. In case of an emergency, there is no way to immediately contact an OnJuno rep by phone, which seems like a huge problem for a bank. Secondly, their chat service representatives are completely unhelpful. I’ve been asking for assistance on a basic matter for nearly two months. Every 5-7 days, I’ll receive an email from OnJuno telling me that the issue has been elevated and I should expect feedback shortly (which never actually comes). OnJuno’s failure to provide a basic level of customer service should concern any potential user. A bank that holds people’s money (and crypto) needs to make itself available and accessible, and be able to resolve issues quickly.

Awesome Customer Support!!!
I had started signing up for an account some time ago but for some reason never went back to finish. The other day I decided to finish signing up but for the life of me I could not figure out which email I had assigned to my account along with my phone number. After help from Raj, I was able to figure out which email it was and was able to successfully sign back in and finish creating my Juno account! Without Raj’s help I don’t know if I would have continued to sign up for an account but I’m glad he was there to help me out! Thanks Again Raj!!!

Vastly improved, but update broke something
Juno (formerly OnJuno) has steadily made improvements in their interface, functionality, and features available to their users. However, the most recent update (yesterday) broke something with the checking account balance shown at the top of the app landing page not displaying or refreshing. Only when you tap for details can you see your balance shown. Hopefully a quick, easy fix! Otherwise, great work Juno team!

Without a doubt the worst bank, ever
It is April 17. I opened my account in January. I still don’t have a debit card. It would be impossible to go through every part of my horrible experience with this bank. Every single thing they promised fell through. I had to escalate to get cash back for transactions, even if they showed up on history and clearly qualified. I had to contact them to get my interest payments. And it was never one contact; it was always talking to 3 people over weeks to get anything done. Maybe your experience won’t be as horrible as mine was, who knows. Hint: I get 4% up to the first 3k (1% after) with T-Mobile, which is FDIC insured. As time goes on, other banks will pop up and meet or exceed OnJuno’s rate. Either way, I’d rather opt for slightly lower interest rate if it means actually having a debit card.

Update
While I am unable to change my last review I wanted to honestly post this update. I had previously stated how I was having issues with an XLM withdraw being delayed/stuck. I did end up receiving assistance with this issue. The customer service associate ended up following up with me regularly and ensured my issue was not only resolved, but also that I was compensated for the difficulties that had occurred and the length of time it took to resolve. I will most definitely continue my use of Juno and would highly recommend others do as well.

The best “banking”/crypto bank account period!
OnJuno has really outdone itself! This is BY FAR the best bank account out their right now. 10% cashback, 6% apy on usdc and 3% apy on BTC and ETH!!?! One simply can’t beat it. Just hoping and praying they continue with these rates and that it’s not an introductory deal to get people in the door. That would be the only thing that would make me leave them. I’m blown away. My only critique is that the app is a little glitchy. Sometimes my direct deposit is USDC and sometimes it’s USD.. not sure why. Also they need to add more security to the site. Overall they’re great!

Malicious Attacks
You’d read the title and think malicious attacks sounds like this guy is crazy, but I do not joke, the customer support team is all but professional. They’ve before locked my account and funds for days without notice and no reply in chat for no reason. Once again, they’ve not sent a crypto transaction of mine for a total of 6 days and counting. They will barely respond to me in chat or via email and when they do, it’s the same generic reply telling me they’ll look into it. I’ve never in my life had such a service that has failed me beyond belief. If that doesn’t stop you, their new features barely work, JunoCoin is laughable and a sham. Customer support is horrible. Their entire business is in India, own and ran by Indians. No phone contact line. Don’t trust and don’t use.

Holding money hostage because they don’t know how to run a bank
My money has been locked for days because they don’t know how to handle a technical issue. They deposited money into people’s accounts and are scrambling now their whole userbase has zero access to funds. This has gone on for multiple days and I’m unable to pay my bills as this is my only bank account. Don’t bank here. The money they mistakenly added to my account never left and I even told them what that funds are, and they’re still holding my account as suspended for “review”. What are they possibly reviewing? If I can rate a zero I would. No access to discord, lack luster chat support, and literally ZERO people on the phones. Don’t trust this “institution”. Considering FDIC intervention at this point.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Took my money, won’t return, won’t respond. What a joke.
Trusted this company to simply hold money of mine. That’s all. They managed to make that beyond painfully frustrating. I signed up with them, and had it deposited on June 6th. They paused my account, so I messaged them. They and have been silent on me for days. It is now the 19th and almost two weeks later. I’ve been without my money and have incurred late fees and had countless issues arise that I’ve had to shoulder the burden of. All of it has been due to their complete neglect towards me. If this is my first customer experience, I can honestly say to stay far away from Juno. I don’t recommend this company at all. Unless they want to make this situation right and prove me wrong, this is my review.

Scam alert: usdc missing, two week response time for each message
I placed a transaction for $600 usdc on 4/13. Then the whole purchase, together with the remaining usdc balance of mine, is gone. I reported the incident a month ago. The customer service Rajiv takes two weeks to answer each message. Every time I ask him to check the full transaction history of mine to see that I do have missing usdc, the response is that “l see the 600 purchase is posted” “i see that there are two transactions at xxx time”. Whoever Rajiv is, he does not seem to be able to just pull up the calculator to do a simple addup, and cannot use the scroll on the mouse to see more than two transactions. The truly AMAZING customer service is a real good fit for the long con.

Great customer service and great perks
What really caught my eye about this bank were the APY and the cash back on transactions. It’s basically credit card perks without having to go into credit card debt which is really awesome. Their customer service team is helpful and quick to resolve questions I had. I requested a physical debit card and one was sent to me within the week. Been very happy with this bank so far. I’m considering switching all of my bill pay and direct deposit from Wells Fargo to OnJuno

Best crypto app I’ve used
This app is great . I’ve been using them for about a year now and I have tried almost all other apps out there for quickly buying and selling crypto and making peer to peer withdrawals and besides binance , this app has every one of them beat hands down. It’s also used as a checking banking account so there isn’t a whole lot of crypto options but as far as the top 10 used cryptos they’re there . Anyway they’re great definitely recommend

Definitely not metal
So… I wanted the metal card having seen a metal credit card and been envious but I can’t get one since my credit is bad so I got this account for a metal card. Set up a deposit of 501 every two weeks into the account had to wait about a week and half for the metal card to come In the mail …..and it’s DEFINITELY PLASTIC. It’s a little heavier than most debit cards but it’s DEFINITELY PLASTIC and nothing like the metal credit cards I was so let down by this my feelings were actually hurt. So if you’re getting this account for a metal card don’t. You’ll only end up with disappointment heartache and a general feeling of being just “let down”

Slowest deposit times I have ever seen
I have had a few online banking accounts over the years. OnJuno has a good interface and good modern features such as Crypto integrations. However, none of that matters when you make a deposit into the OnJuno account and they take about 15 days. It doesn’t matter if you link and verify your bank account or pay an ACH next day transfer from your bank, it still takes a ridiculous amount of time before a single penny is deposited. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Their support team are apparently helpless and just give you canned responses but no insight or solutions. Avoid this if you can.

Works well, good rewards
I have had Juno/OnJuno app for over a year. As all fintech companies, there have been changes in incentives and minor name changes throughout the time I have used the app. Almost all have been positive, however, and I have greatly benefitted from the various time-limited promotions and giveaways. I will note the current 5% APY on up to $25k in an FDIC insured USD account, which is still competitive today although maybe not as lucrative as it would have been a year ago.

Absolutely TERRIBLE banking app and platform
The absolute worst! I have only had my account for a week or so and I am extremely dissatisfied! Transfer of money from my external bank was done at a glacial pace. When the money was finally into my account, I made a BTC purchase and my account was immediately suspended. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their chat customer service doesn’t work. Nobody answers the chats. It’s all bots. And their customer support is the same. I call and call and no one answers. I get told nobody is available to take my call. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst banking platform and app ever. I’m trying to get access to my account to get my money and close this account for good!

Juno is done
I saw issues with this company long before this. their customer service is garbage, and they will blatantly lie on information they clearly have no knowledge on. For this reason, I kept a relatively low balance here - Thank goodness for this much. What kind of bank has no contingency plan in place for crucial third party services which they rely on to operate? Also, what could have possibly happened so abruptly with this third party to terminate services overnight? Sounds to me like you guys broke terms of an agreement with them or something. Given how many times I’ve caught support lying, it wouldn’t surprise me if this were a common trend within the company as a whole. Just being honest.

Amazing app and update is perfect
The current version is perfect. The staff are actively working to help the problem and the app using is great with the last update. They listen and people judge before seeing the apps performance. I wouldn’t recommend to do huge transactions or huge crypto but if your a normal person who is starting with low amount then it’s good for that. 10/10 and completely recommend to everyone who like a good start👌🏽

Great concept, some kinks that need fixing
I really love when great concepts as these come to fruition. I have some complaints but it’s very early and I know the team is working hard to fix them. Vidyut has been supporting me through many of the issues I’ve faced such as crypto missing from my wallet, stuck crypto transactions when trying to withdraw, missing direct deposits… yeah the issues aren’t great but I’m always assured they’ll be resolved, and they are. Hoping these are less prevalent in the future. WAGMI🚀

The people who work there are extremely incompetent, arrogant and ignorant especially customer service! I sent a wire from my brokerage account in the morning. In the PM I pinged customer service they said it will be posted soon. It wasn’t. Next morning I check my account and the wire was returned. No one bothered to call or contact me. I reached out to customer service via chat and they said we don’t accept wires from third parties. I told them it’s my personal brokerage account. Their response was “sorry”. So basically screw the customer, you incurred fees for the wire that’s the customers problem. They have done absolutely NOTHING to rectify it! Not even a response. It is GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE! I needed the money for my cancer meds, now I have to go 5 days without meds because it will take another day or two for the monkeys at Juno to send the money. Then it’s the weekend. My brokerage will take a day to post then I got to wire to another account. I told customer service about my need for meds they didn’t care.

So far so good, I’ve received two direct deposits in this account and it’s going good. Cash back from shopping is a plus. The metal card I haven’t received yet - I just ordered today. I contacted support to change my address since it was within the first 30 days and they changed it and made sure I was taken care of. I haven’t bought any crypto yet but plan to use that feature as well. Overall 5/5 so far. 😀

Not looking good for Juno
Whelp, this is not looking good for all the fintech involved in this situation. More than likely this will be a driving force to push for more regulations on these type of accounts. As for Juno, you all should be making an announcement DAILY via a stream or video conference explaining where you all are at in the situation. Radio silence and an error message is not going to cut it. You are building distrust in your user and I don’t blame them. Give us SOMETHING. Telling us you are removing %5 reward across the board is not giving us an update on the situation. So I suggest if you don’t want a Bank Run to happen then you all should start by DAILY updates.
