My debit card is blocked and I’m trying login after a long time but it is asking for debit card details and there is no other option to login to mobile banking, for everything we have to go to bank raise request which is not good at this situation.
Hi I am existing customer of the bank and trying to install it to check account detail. After installation when I open this app getting this error: Unable to contact server. Please check your internet connection. For iPhone XS. My connection is working fine that’s why able to comment here 😀. Same way when I am try to open internet banking on the website it’s not loading the page. I wonder all these things are working in India only and they are restricted to login outside India.
I have been in India since December last year. Tried umpteen number of times to set up mobile app. After few steps it just doesn’t respond. Visited branch as requested, no luck. Uninstalled and installed dozens of times using link sent by customer services, no luck. Sent an email as asked. No response. Branch has no clue. Customer services is just evasive. During installation it will ask for mobile OTP ( acceptable) You need to provide last 6 digits of debit card and validity details (acceptable) Provide card PIN to complete registration ( not acceptable) If you have my phone number verified with OTP, card details with PIN, you can draw money too. Who will provide card PIN for registration? It should be for transactions only?
Never able to get the app working. It goes in loop. Asks to register, does not accept sms registration from USA. Says please use 10 digit number. It fails to recognize with the country code it is 11 digit number
