This must be the most sincere, personable, efficient, knowledgeable group of employees I have ever encountered in a bank. What a great team! They follow through with any need you have. And, they are always happy to greet anyone that walks in the door. Love them…
I very much like the updated app and additional functions. WHEN the app feels like opening, there are several new and useful options from which to choose. I do wish that I could use mobil deposits for checks less than $10. I get a fair number of rebate checks for less than $10 and cannot do mobile deposit even when I batch them together for totals OVER $10. As I live 300 miles from Key West, and over 250 miles from Marathon Key (closest branch location), I end up tossing any checks I get for less than $10, essentially losing nearly $100/year. Also, a good 75% of the time I find myself staring at the beautiful sea turtle while waiting and waiting for the app to open. Heck, I’ve even tried to high-5 him to encourage opening the app - to no avail. Most times I find I must delete the app and reinstall. Even then, multiple times when I attempt to log in, I get a “bad request “ pop up. This even when I am a million percent positive that I’ve correctly entered my credentials. It’s frustrating as h3ll.
Is it an app? Yes. Is it amazing? Not really. The Face ID feature not only never works, but actually locks me out of my account on the regular. Also, this credit union isn’t affiliated with zelle or anything, so it’s not easy to do transfers with other banks. Even the verification for adding external transfer accounts takes days. Aesthetically, it looks like it was created in the early 2000s. But ultimately, I do like checking my balance, and even though it takes 3-5 business days to transfer to another bank, it does allow me to do that in the first place, which is nice.
I love this bank, just wish they would fix their app. No updates to it in 9+ months with some major issues: -constantly getting signed out despite enabling FaceID. Pretty much on a daily basis have to re-enable FaceID all over again. Also, does not recognize my KeysFCU password in Apple Keychain to suggest it to make logging in easier - have to go pick it from keychain. -constant pop up advertisements for their services despite hitting “do not show again”. -have to force quit app frequently or else it won’t let you sign in. Ultimately, these aren’t major issues - the interface and all is good. Just signing in to the app and the pop up’s are keeping this from a 5 star app. But it’s been over a year with these issues and 9+ months with no app updates. Pretty disappointing for an otherwise great bank.
The app removes the option to use touch ID (after you had already saved that option and signed in) making it inconvenient at times to check your accounts.
This institution has been a blessing for me! Great costumer service, excellent rates for loans, and the best at resolving any issues I might have!!!! Thanks for being there for me!
The app would be fine if it worked properly. To start, the facial recognition sign in hardly ever works and there are constantly issues signing in. Most of the time I have to give up and try the next day.
This app constantly needs to be deleted and reinstalled to make it work. It frequently gives me a Bad Request message when signing in. This one is better than the last version, but still not quite there.
This new app is absolutely broken. Every time I try to log in it automatically locks my account. How did the old app work but this “new” app doesn’t. Please fix your stuff Keys Federal, it shouldn’t be too hard.
I am rarely able to use this app since you changed it. I would really like to check my account, but way more often than not, I’m just staring at a sea turtle waiting for it to never open.
This app doesn’t work and seeing other reviews everyone has a problem with it. I can never check my account, I see turtle but it let me log in, each time I have to delete the app and reinstall it just to be able to check my account. When using computer (always the same computer) it doesn’t let me log in without requesting to send a code to a phone first. Very annoying, it shouldn’t take so long just to be able to check your balance
I can’t even login to see my account. Every time I try it tells me “bad request”. Android app and even the website has issues logging in as well. Not good at all.
