Used To Be A Great App. Please Update.

Hello! I am Ayesha, (call me Dawn), and I’ve been using KineMaster since I was nine. CapCut was stressing me out lately and it decided to try KineMaster again. Boy, was I disappointed. 1. THE STORAGE. I have never complained about the storage in Genisin, (I spelled it wrong), Roblox, and TikTok. this app is something different. Unlike, Roblox, TikTok, etc. this is an editing software, which is completely useful. and I was making my first “school slander” video, and then I was going to get a new clip until it said: “Cannot open because there is no storage” I tried it again and it still said it. when I tried it for the third time the whole thing just turned black. 2. The editing software is pitiful. So my little sister, Raina, is trying to learn how to “tween” on Gacha. As a previous CapCut user, this couldn’t be hard! It was easy…too easy. Where are the graphs?! it looks like I was a three-year-old animating. She tried CapCut and she was much more pleased when I gave her the tutorial. 3. The voices. The voices are just so weird. You can hardly do anything with them and genuinely hardly any of them are necessary. Like “Two-faced” who uses that though? 4. conclusion: so this app is terrible. KineMaster is supportive about its fan base so I’m sure they will update all these features in the meantime, try CapCut.

Great App - Stopped Working

Customer service is very friendly and willing to help but we were not able to figure out why the app wont let me open large video files. I was able to make one small video, but after that it refuses to open video files longer than a minute or so. I get the error message “Cannot add. Please free up storage on this device and try again,” despite my device (iPhone 13) having more than 100gb of free space. I tried the recommended steps to reset, delete & reinstall the app to no avail. Very annoying and unfortunate as I enjoyed using the app and looked forward to using it for many projects, I even bought Premium. I will have to cancel it unless I find a magical “fix” Edit: I’m just going to blame the issue on the phone…the app works perfectly and customer support even reached out again later to really figure out what’s going on. It’s clear to me that there’s something wrong with the way my phone is using storage space and it’s tricking the app into thinking there’s none left. If I “add” many short pieces of video I can edit them into longer videos, so if I need to add 1hr or more of raw footage I just need to split it up a couple times. I’ll roll with that for now, hopefully it continues to work like that at least.

Amazing app! I have one concern.

This app is great for beginner editors, and advanced. It has enough free content, you can use a lot of useful features without getting premium. I’m not saying you shouldn’t get premium, just that you don’t have to in order to enjoy using the app. This app is very easy to use. Most of the tools are pretty easy to figure out. Also, thank you creators for making the watermark transparent! I’ve used this app about 2-3 years, and it is great! I highly recommend it! I’ve only had one issue with it in my lifetime. This was a reason that made a friend of mine quit using the app. The issue simply is, how do I know that the videos I make are 100% private? I’m slightly paranoid, and I wish there would be a way to be sure of my privacy. I had a friend who unintentionally shared a video using the app, and I’m not sure if any of my videos are actually private or not. I just wish to know if there is a way to be certain on whether I have accidentally shared my videos or not. Other than the uncertainty of my video’s privacy, I love using this app! I have no other problems with it. If you think you should use kinemaster, try it! You’ll know whether it’s for you or not.

I love KineMaster and it’s amazing to use and I also love the way it’s made but there’s only one problem I don’t like how you had a Porters video because I just how I do mine and I just edit it and then I’ll be done with it but it’s really hard to get through all that part I did download it and stuff. Can you please fix that for me please if it will be OK because I like using the new one a lot it’s amazing and also I love the old one which is this one right but if we do it will be a pleasure if you can fix it a little just a little bit you know how to make a whole new one because of this message just please it’s really helpful did you guys make a master but then there’s also I’m moving stuff I don’t want to turn my back on you guys cause I use iMovie first for KineMaster and then I made my videos on iMovie, and I upload them on KineMaster and I added, but I wish it was in a way where you gonna do anything to eat a blue that video videos for me please yourself don’t be really helpful. Amazing but the thing is….

Amazing editing app!! I use Kinemaster for almost all my videos but the things I hate about Kinemaster is the way the texts are, there needs to be way more fonts and background, FX and in and out animations, I use Kinemaster and I love it, it’s easy but I wish the templates were better, I used to use capcut but it’s Chinese so I don’t use it and capcut templates where SO SO SO good but these templates are horrible to what I’ve seen, also, to use the templates, why do we have to sign up!?!? I feel like it’s better just to let the editors use the templates like capcut and to not pay or sign up, to me, I don’t think Kinemaster premium is worth it, all it does is give you more storage and no watermark. I would say Kinemaster is an AMAZING editing app but bugs to happen every now and then, speaking about bugs, there are so many happening to me now and it’s not just me, it’s all my other friends having bugs and glitching and it’s so annoying when I’m trying to make a video then it randomly glitches. The good thing about this whole editing app is that it’s easy to use but hear me out. Do not make us have to sign up, what’s the reason for it.

Still a four star,

This app is mediocre and good for editing, but one problem…. “How do you make smooth animation?” like I have so many improvements! And also, can you add one of these effects that make the video laggy? it needs to be called “Low Frames” they should be in the next update, and yes it’s good but still mediocre, fix a bug with the gmail and notifications because when you click on it there should be a search bar for recent updates or projects or fixing mail, Also, I don’t really like the desktop version of it that much, and it also needs a updated search bar for the most projects ever and a report icon which reports projects under if it’s people naked, or other stuff like kissing… but we don’t talk about that, in other words, please fix these mistakes and add a report icon to report any kind of bad videos, I’ll be waiting, and you should make another app of KineMaster called KineMaster 2, and can you please add more ads that will make more money from the developers that adds the ads they find like 60 dollars, but anyways it’s still mediocre Edit: ok I wasn’t surprised

Things I don’t like and I do, also helping parents to see if kid friendly

First for the parents, this is a awesomely good app to Express ur kids editing polishing. This is safe just get a hang of it and boom! No blood no nothing!!! Anyways my review: this editing app is amazing!!! I love it! Downloading songs effects and much more, that’s a awesome thing to have while ur editing, but may u please add “overlay” button so u can make like rainbow blend in ur video like lemme explain, a video over ur video that’s a rainbow green screen, and u blend it, it would add sooo much texture to the video, if u can’t , why not make it an effect!! Also may u add more songs with lyrics when I look at the menu of songs they usually have no lyrics, thanks so much if u do, and could u add an button for ur video to have moving effects,(like moving ur video for smooth shakes) I’d be soooooooo helpful lol! 💖 anyways a good to use app for beginners, i highly recommend also u can download the old version of kine master to its helpful if u get it so u can edit with more stuff ! 🥰 also very cool app, thanks for reading! 😌 and being a part of my editing journey

KineMaster- WHAT IS GOING ON??

Software crashes multiple times daily. The newest glitch is not being able to import videos into my editing template. When tapping to add, it does nothing. Since the new version came, it has been a steady decline in quality. The part that makes me so frustrated is that “support” expects us to fix it ourselves. The typical: “Click settings, go here, go there. Reset app, reinstall app. If that doesn’t work do this or that!!!!!!” WHAT???? How about you operate on your own app KineMaster?? I own a business and I’m too busy to redevelop your software for you!! YOU FIX THE PROBLEM!!! Better yet, after 4 years of being a customer, I’ll just jump ship!! I’ve threatened before, but my business is growing fast and I don’t have time to play with repairing KineMaster. I just replaced your software with CyberLink Power Director and I’m more impressed already. It’s more economical and it works without crashing. Thanks for the times when KineMaster was good, but you had to go ruin it. I’m out!! Canceling my subscription PRONTO!!

Use to be everything, now, I’m not so sure..

So, as you may have seen, this review had something totally different written in it. But now I feel as if I need to come out and say that, this new subscription thing? Is not worth this app anymore. I use this app SO SO SO SO SO SOOO much with me and my friends, just playing around. I even use it for some projects I’m working on, and I REALLY rely on it!! But now this price update really just kicked everything I love about this app away from under me. 3$ a month was a perfectly reasonable price for an app like this, in fact! Most editing softwares either have a low price like 3 to 5 dollars and just sometimes, nothing at all! But 11$ DOLLARS A MONTH?!?!? Not to mention the yearly price! No one that uses this app can pay for it anymore without feeling spiteful and unhappy. And this makes me sad, I don’t mean any hate to the app, and that’s why I’m writing this review. I feel as if I have no use for it anymore, and I just need to move away from KineMaster which is something I really didn’t want to do… something needs to change, please! Bring it back down to 3 dollars, you can even put it to 5, just as long as it’s not something so drawn out like 11$ / month and 80$/ a year?!

Great but missing somethings

I love kinemaster so much it’s so easy and not overwhelming like the other apps I’ve used, it’s a little tricky at first but once i got the hang of it I was making videos like crazy! There are a few things I would like to change though. First is to add more effects, I always love to make edits on kinemaster but they have almost no effects some examples are in Capcut there are all different kinds of effects and a lot of good editors like me like to have different options when it comes to effects. Second I’ve notice that when ever I use the key effect that lets you move it leaves a line and doesn’t always get rid of the green screen also while I’m talking about the green screen sometimes whenever I need to use the green screen on a character or something it makes the character transparent and it’s so annoying! And the last thing is maybe you can put some more songs in the song library or have trending song like on tik tok and stuff because for my edits right now I have to screen record and than import the video in overlay hope it helps

KineMaster Is Fantastic But…

KineMaster is an amazing editing app, I use it all the time! I recommended it everyone I know. I can’t find anything else to complain about except for one thing, the watermark. Now, before the newest version of KineMaster came out, I never really had an issue with the watermark. It was small and in the upper right hand corner. But ever since the newest version of KineMaster came out, it appears that they’ve updated the watermark to be bigger. This is a problem for me (and probably some other users of KineMaster as well) because some people can’t afford the KineMaster Premium option to remove the watermark entirely, including me. Now, don’t get me wrong, I understand completely why you guys have a premium option for the app. It’s just that my only complaint is the watermark is a little bit big. I have no idea if the developers will ever see this review, but if they do, could you maybe make the watermark a little bit smaller? Otherwise, fantastic app, keep up the great work guys!!

Kinemaster 5 is great but why are you forcing its users to switch to kinemaster 6?

like, can’t you keep both and let KM5 users stay on it if they want to? or even have KM6 be and update to KM5 instead of having it be a hole new app? doing either one would have been so much easier than just doing what your doing now. so just keep both and don’t force others to switch when they don’t want to. how would you feel if I forced you to support outfit7’s games instead of working on your own. and if you say that your games are important then why or you removing KM5 on may of 2023? doesn’t that go against what you say, wouldn’t that sound like your only caring for KM6 and even forcing KM5 users to switch to KM6? there’s a easier way to do this and it’s not force switching KM5 users to KM6. keep both and there would be no need for all this to happen. plus keeping both is giving KM5 users the free right to stay on KM5 if they want. taking force upon others to get them into doing what you want isn’t everything

I have been using KineMaster 5 for less than a year and wanted something with more useful templates, something similar to photoshop, and some more. But I never thought they would do it! No green screen is needed!! This one is so much better than KM5!! Those are the most important pros about this amazing app. Now… the cons… Everyone wants the new version, but can’t you sync the videos from km5 to km6? Well, no. You can’t sync an account with the new version and you couldn’t even sign in to km5. Km6 let’s you though. Luckily, when km7 comes out, you’ll get stuff back! But then let’s get to the fact that you have an option to pay 3.99 a month for literally just removing a watermark really. I don’t get it?? 3.99 should provide you even more tools at least!! They would have made more money if they made the background wand actually was something you needed to pay for. Well, that’s a bout it, but I do recommend this new version of KineMaster!!!! Easy to use and free to download!

It used to be good. Now it’s garbage! 😡

I have used Kinemaster 5 for a while and it was awesome. I don’t know why they went and messed up a good thing with this Kinemaster 6. First of all, people who paid for Kinemaster 5 WILL NOT have their payment transferred over to 6. I’m not paying to use 6 when I already paid for 5! If you read all the fine print, it will tell you to use 5 until your subscription runs out, and then you can start paying for 6! Seriously?! Not to mention, I still have six months that are paid for on Kinemaster 5. It seems they don’t care about maintaining that app anymore because it doesn’t save projects properly. I created a project, got all the way to end, hit save…and NOTHING! It keeps telling me there is an error in saving and “something went wrong”! Ya think?!?!? I wasted alllll that time editing the video and now I have to start over! But I will be starting over on a different, more reliable app! Don’t waste your time with this app. Look elsewhere!

I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH!!!! I look forward to going on here and making great videos and overall would definitely recommend! I just have a few suggestions that I think could help the app a bit! 1. Make a text part? - you can text your friends / followers - my reasoning for this is that it would be great to be able to text your friends on there?! 2. Private account - some people don’t like to be out there if you know what I mean and so I think it would awesome if you gave the option of making your account private! That’s all I have for right now I hope you see my review and hopefully make my suggestions potentially happen if not that ok I just wanted to tell you something’s that I think would be amazing to add. alsoooo if you end up reading this review I just want to say you have an amazing app! Ok but…

I’ve used KineMaster for several years it’s worked and I’ve been able to edit and make videos with it after getting used to it. My biggest issue is that you changed the KineMaster watermark, it’s now around 2x bigger and fully opaque rather than the small translucent watermark. I do not have the money to buy a subscription, so all the videos I make have a very noticeable watermark that takes up a good amount of screen space. I know that the more bigger watermark is probably to get more people to buy a subscription to get rid of it, but none the less it’s still annoying. I’m giving this app a 4/5 stars because overall it works and has a lot of assets and features, except for a few small issues like being a bit slow at times (not always saving changes, images glitching, little red lines that move everything, images randomly spinning etc.) and the watermark, it’s alright.

KineMaster is good.

I love KineMaster like you seen in the other last to reviews. But, can you possibly provide less storage space? I barely ever have enough storage to be on that app. Even though I’m frequently using KineMaster. It’s been a tough thing with the storage, my storage always to seen to be on edge. Even after I deleted an twenty minute video I had in my library that I made two years ago. It still isn’t working for some reason. I always tried to avoid getting rid of the twenty minutes video. But, I doesn’t seem to work on KineMaster.. I’m truly sorry for my complains.. But, I had to reach this out to you guys because It’s getting kinda frustrating. I LOVE kinemaster BUT

Right now I have a serious problem: I’ve been using the app for years and it has always been one of my favorites, but while I was in the middle of a project I offloaded the app in order to free up storage for something else thinking I could go back to it afterwards but now every time I try to redownload the app it says “Unable to install please try again later”. This has been going on for a week and now I’m really concerned. I deleted a TON of photos, offloaded other apps, and restarted my phone a bunch of times but nothing has helped. Also the Kinemaster support page is not working (all the text boxes show up blank) so I’m really hoping someone can help me on here. Any advise? I really need to finish that project and I would hate to have to start over on a different app. Thanks for your time. (For anyone reading considering the app, I will say it’s definitely a great tool for editing and has tons of awesome features. The only downside would be the large watermark and apparently whatever this problem is but I would definitely recommend it otherwise)

Fix The Premium Effects

Hello! I have been a Kinemaster user for about a couple years, and I even post videos on my account, “radiant_gachas.” Overall, this is a great editing app, especially for Gacha and music videos. This app has mostly satisfied me, I have one complaint in mind, although. Regarding the new update, I noticed there were some new “motion effects.” I downloaded a few, not noticing some were for premium, which I don’t own at the moment. At the time, I was far into working on a big music video. I used some of the premium effects accidentally for smoother animation. I suddenly logged out and came back to an error, or perhaps, a scam. The project wouldn’t open due to a “premium” effect being used. I attempted everything I could think of: exporting the project, duplicating, saving as a file, deleting the effects, but nothing worked. The video locked itself until I got a subscription, which I didn’t particularly desire to do. I just decided to delete the video and start fresh, to my annoyance. Hours of work, wasted. This is a warning to all users and a plea to Kinemaster. This seems intended, just a price scheme. Nobody should pay to get their project back. It would be great if you could change this. Please take this into consideration.

I prefer the old KineMaster 5

I have three main problems with this app altogether: 1. Where’s the rotate/mirroring option? It was so handy! 2. The transformation tool is way more confusing and just looks like a copycat to AlightMotion. I love KineMaster 5’s old transformation tool so much more since it was easier for me to move around, and I could do silly scenes with random and rapid movement of an image. 3. Sometimes, inputted photos duplicate 4. You put my poor KineMaster 5 in gray and labeled it OLD. (number 4 is satire) Minor problems: I don’t like how whenever you get in the app, it looks like CapCut. I don’t like CapCut. Great but Subscription…

I have been using Kinemaster since 2016 and I have always been a big fan of the app. It’s a great way to edit videos especially when your phone is the only thing available. Although I was excited for the app the be renewed to a new one, the new subscription price surprised me. On the old Kinemaster I only had to pay about 25$ per year, but now seeing it’s 80$ shocked me. I mainly bought the subscription to remove the watermark. It kinda disappointed me because some people, like me, are college students who barely have the financials to offered something like that especially for just simply removing the watermark and using other features. All in all; a great app, but I don’t think the premium will be worth it for me anymore especially after being a user of this app for so long.

Is it necessary?

I’ve used KineMaster since I ever had the idea of making videos, and I love it! I’ve used it for around a year now. When I heard of a KineMaster 6 I thought “Why?”. Personally, I don’t find it really needed. Not to mention the newer features (the magic eraser) doesn’t work to well. Maybe I’m using it wrong. Another thing that’s been bothering a lot of people is the HUGE WATERMARK. I feel like this thing has caused a lot of users to quit KineMaster especially when I comes to YouTubers, no one wants to see a huge circle with a K in it when watching a video. I’m not a YouTuber, but this also bothers me. I really think buying premium isn’t really worth the money and there’s no way to crop the watermark unless you cut your video. Are KineMaster devs really just doing all this for profit? If so, I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

It’s a Good app but…

The Premium add-on just ruins my experience with this app and I’ve just been annoyed with how most of the app is restricted because why? Because of the Premium Add-on. Especially the watermark, I don’t know why you guys feel the need to make us pay just to remove the watermark, it’s unfair and all I want to do is edit my videos without that annoying Watermark in my way. The Effects/Video Shop too makes ruins my experience too like why do you all feel the need to do this unnecessary money tactic. It’s cliché, annoying, and overall a terrible experience. Find a different way to make profit off of this because I’m tired of apps that seem like their cool but when you actually get into the app there’s always a Premium Version or Add-on for it and it’s getting on mine and most likely else’s someone nerves.

Was saving my >1 GB videos with no problems on my iPhone 11, until now…

I’ve dealt with this issue on my 2020 iPhone SE when exporting my videos with this app. Every time the progress reaches 100%, it says “Something went wrong while saving”, and doesn’t save my video at all, meanwhile nothing was in the way, even when I have enough free storage. Restarting my iPhone SE did nothing to resolve it. In early July my mom gave me an iPhone 11 and I installed KineMaster. I’ve never had that problem ever since I got it, it always successfully saved my >1 GB videos with no hassle, until today… KineMaster started having that problem on my iPhone 11, the exact same as my iPhone SE. Restarting the app and my iPhone 11 did nothing at all, even when I have enough storage space. Just makes me furious that I have to keep on downgrading the quality on my videos until it saves with such horrible quality that I didn’t want. For the absolutely ridiculous price at more than 100 dollars a year for premium, this is not worth wasting my time attempting to save >1 GB videos only to get this issue. If you can, please fix this issue that is getting in my way to save my >1 GB videos, I would really appreciate it.

Great editing app.

I’ve been using Kinemaster for years. It’s progressively getting better as the years go by. I mentioned in a review in the past about the app needing multi select to delete projects and you delivered. Unlike most app developers who do not listen to their users you guys do listen to us. That is one of the reasons I still to this day use Kinemaster. Another feature I would love to be able to use is changing the font size of the text in the videos. Some projects I make are different in sizes. Having the option to increase and decrease the size of the text would be great. Thank you for all you do by making an amazing editing app!

If you’re a developer pls read this.

Overall it’s a nice app. It helps me make my among us series so I would rate this 5 stars. The only issue I have or maybe every else has is after 5 or 10 minutes it kicks me out of the app. I can go back but it just takes longer. Is this something that won’t happen if I’m premium? I’m not a premium but if I don’t get kicked out if I’m premium I might buy it. But it won’t be worth it bc I can still go back to KineMaster so I won’t buy it. Pls fix this issue and I will make it back to 5 stars instead of 3 in a half stars. Ty if you fixed it! Edit 2: now you went way to far!! I am furious with this thing! Kinemaster is a master but……

🦋hey sisters🦋 As I said kinemaster is a a king but…. It should need a few changes, now I LOvE kinemaster and I use it for my edits and movies and I recommend it to people who wanna be producers or social stars. Now one thing I really wish they could do is when they said artists I got all excited so I tried searching Ariana grande and yet I didn’t really k ow what they meant by “artists” so I typed it in and nothing popped up so I don’t mean to be a karen bc someone must’ve worked hard and I appreciate what u have created, but if u could maybe add famous pop stars to the app a;d it would be perfect I’m just sayin otherwise have a blessed life and ty for reading dis response Lisa Out! ✌️

I have a love hate relationship

I have been using Kinemaster for a few years now and it really serves many purposes despite some limitations and I like how simple and straightforward it is. I have however have consistently had this issue where despite being on a paid YEARLY subscription that has not expired the watermark comes out. I try pressing restore subscription, still doesn't work. It's so incredibly frustrating. Some time I resort to paying again when I am in a bind but it's been happening so frequently now that I am feeling so cheated and I don't see any way to get in contact with customer service for this! I have tried pressing the email contact support and it does not work. Can you provide me with the email address to reach and show the screenshot?

Great but..

So when the old KineMaster was replaced and I downloaded this one the old KineMaster’s watermark was so big and I didn’t know about the new one I was really annoyed how big the watermark was when I tried to make a video, and when I downloaded this KineMaster I went to go make a video and guess what? The watermark was so big it took up half of the video. I’m getting really annoyed and I don’t want to pay however dollars a month/year for a stupid watermark to go away. When the old KineMaster was still running I could easily get rid of the watermark just by cropping the video. Now when I try to do that I cut out half of the video. Please fix this it’s very annoying, Thank You if you do fix this watermark issue.

Too many ads

I really love this app and ive been using it since quarantine, but recently theres been a lot of ads and its kinda annoying. I dont really wanna pay for premium right now, and i kind of want things to be like before where we didnt have to pay for no ads we just barely had any. Because now its like everytime i export a project i have to get an ad and everytime i click to open a project theres another ad. It's amazing no ads that are other than it saying do you want kinemaster premium whichbis optional for me the loading is pretty crappy it won't load I'd describe myself as pretty patient but if my kinemaster won't let me watch my vid too fast or others vids I'm gonna be mad. Honestly I've tried EVERYTHING deleting apps getting rid of higher megabyte filled vids restarting my iPad nothing helps it speed up its the app not me so fix the goshdarn thing before I give it an even worse review otherwise do download it it's fun, free a great editing app it's just for me the loading is an issue please fix it ty love Canthinkcat

I now use capcut

hi i used to use kinemaster. i. then found out the app capcut, now that i make roblox edits i use capcut to do it. what is good with kinemaster is that it helped me make one of my roblox memes. i really enjoyed the app. *kinemaster*: for me kinemaster helped me and was a great beginner app for me when i first started my channel. it taught me the bacics into creating videos. now that i leveled up into video editing, i thought capcut was more advanced for me. capcut for me capcut was a great editing app and was pretty good for roblox edits. i use it for advanced editing and making my roblox intros for yt. capcut has some tutorials like kinemaster. they both helped me a lot. a few things i wished kinemaster had: more fonts more color choices better filters more better for roblox edits im not trying to say capcut is better i used kinemaster a lot and i loved it pls add more to kinemaster. now that i saw capcut i really hope kinemaster k gets more effects and more editing tools. overall i did like it the way it is now. i will continue to use it for my longer vids. if u want my yt information name katigals10 roblox user annabelliana8 roblox display name annivheadlesscon pls reply to this review. yyyypets

Premium Issue

When I got Kinemaster 5 I had used it for around 7ish years and finally 2 years later I had gotten premium. Upon finding out that there was a newer app with the same principle I got excited and decided to download it. I expected the premium to sort of transfer over perhaps, or maybe be the same price as on the other one so I wouldn't mind to much before buying it again, however I am a bit stingy and love saving my money so when i found out it was prices hugher on an app that does everything mostly the same as the other one i got a but upset at this. I would love if there was some sort of feature to transfer premium from my other app to this one.

I don’t understand why each version has a different app.

It’s so annoying having to download the newest app with this new version out. Why did you make the decision to do that? It’s infuriating because I lost most of my projects since it doesn’t let me save to my photos due to an “error that occurred whilst saving” and I just lost an entire Gacha Music Video because I can’t save it on the old version so now I have to spend my time trying to figure out how to get it in my camera roll so I can continue working on it. Also, the switch of style makes the new version hard to operate since I’ve been on the old version for so long. Sorry if this was rude, I wanted to speak my mind.

KineMaster is great, but has some major issues.

I love using KineMaster. It’s the main editing software I use to make my videos. I have some major issues however. Mainly how the watermark keeps increasing in size, and the price of KineMaster Premium. Just 3 days ago, the watermark was a decent size. (Only taking up a little amount of the upper right corner. Now the watermark is huge that it’s an eyesore! Please change the watermark back to what is was like 3 days ago. Now I have the issue with Premium. It’s way too expensive just to remove the watermark, and add some effects. Please KineMaster developers, actually listen to this and don’t give me back and automatic response that everyone gets. I’m sick and tired of the KineMaster watermark increasing in size and ruining my videos.

The Watermark-

This app is really good and I love making videos on it. But one thing that kinda annoys me is the fact that the watermark was made so big. I get that it’s only fair people know what editing program creators use, but the size is really unnecessary. And people shouldn’t have to pay Premium just because of the size of the watermark, it’s unfair to those who want to make good videos with details. People could still see the watermark when it was smaller. And the watermark now blocks like a whole corner of the screen on videos which is annoying. I think a lot of people would agree with me that the watermark shouldn’t be so big. It’s fine that you keep it, but it should be smaller.

I LOVE THIS APP

First of all this app is so good! I make so many things and it’s super easy to use! And I totally recommend this to anyone who is thinking about getting it. And I don’t even use the premium! Just 2 little critics though. One the watermark is kinda big, I totally understand why you have it I just liked it when it was a bit smaller. And second it can get kinda annoying when I can’t use the “pan and zoom” affect on layers so I have to start a new project and make the clip on that and then layer it because I need the pan and zoom. So I would like it if you makes it so we can use that on layers to and not just bases. ☺️

Whoa Whoa WHOA!!!! SAY WHAT NOW!?!?!

Okay so I’ve been using KineMaster 5 for about a year now and I love it! But then I came on to KineMaster finding out that theirs a new app; KineMaster 6, I hesitated and decided to see what it’s all about, I read reviews finding that is was practically the same. I still decided to install the app and WHOA THERE!!!!! NO NO NO NO NO!!!!! This new app is yes; practically the same; but…. 1. This new homepage set up is just a big old no-no 2. How am I supposed to transfer my old projects onto here?! 3. THEIR LEGIT DELETING KINEMASTER 5 NEXT YEAR!!!!! - I love the older KineMaster; awesome set up and I have everything that I have already made on there, it’s great! But with this new app, no I just can’t. I’m pretty sure a majority of us video editors would very much like the old KineMaster to stay. Although Question: Why can’t we just keep both apps? I understand that you can’t just keep on working on both but in my opinion, you could just keep KineMaster 5 as it is (no updates or anything like that) and just work on KineMaster 6 updating as much as you please! Please keep KineMaster 5! Appreciate it!

4 years of using this app

This will always be my go to editing software. It has everything I need when making a video or adding small little effects. From moving images, to the effects, and of course having a variety and freedom. Only one nitpick I have is the premium. I basically have no use for it, because I can edit anything without issue. I only buy the premium to get rid of that big logo off the screen. Sure you can still have the premium by buying the big features, but I wish that logo was off the screen without having to buy the premium.

Terrible!!😡😡

This app is terrible! It doesn’t even work that well and most of the things you need to use or premium and I think it’s really unfair! And honestly, it just makes me really really upset when abs like this because they are cleaning that it’s a great advertising and blah blah blah when really it’s not and so don’t get this app and most of all don’t buy the premium because you just be wasting all of your money, so yeah I don’t get this app. Don’t buy the premium and go do something with your life! I really hope that the people ask respond to us because I am really confused on what’s happening and I’d like some people to tell me more about the app and why it doesn’t work and white is terrible for editing and basically the only thing it’s good for is looking at it because it’s terrible so I’d really like if you guys the developers of this app could respond

Good (most of the time)

The app is very good! It is easy to learn and use, the information available in the app is easily digestible, and it doesn’t shove too many ads in your face. My biggest problem with the app is that there are many bugs. A recent one I’ve come across is incredibly annoying and makes it near-impossible for me to finish projects: the transparent PNGs. When I import a transparent PNG, be it from Procreate, IbisX, or even apple’s own auto-background-removers, it shows up with a white background. This makes it impossible for me to layer multiple things, which is the whole point of usage for me in this app, therefore rendering it useless. Please fix this issue!

it’s got all i need

i really like this app. i been using it for about a year and they are constantly improving and adding utilities and plugins, sometimes my larger videos are hard to save at a High resolution i do think that has to do with my phone and not the app. not sure. i do short tarot readings on social media daily they are about a minute long ,that is an easy process. the noise reduction new plug works amazing and the ducking for the background music helps a lot too. thanks ! definitely worth paying for the year subscription. it’s very intuitive as far as navigating through as well.

HOW IS IT SO GOOD!?

okay- i am literally the most impressed by this! people are always like, “use something more fancy!” but this is so simple, it’s so good! i tried so many editing apps for animating and they would be too complicated. then i found kinemaster, and WOW. the least complicated thing ever! and once you experiment enough with it, it’s so easy and useful. it’s like magic! being able to use so many things, and they add stuff and do challenges so frequently, i never get bored! i can even make my videos look so professional, with a few buttons. this app is the one that should be most trusted!

I love KineMaster, but

This is like my favorite editing app ever but since you added the new version, none of my old videos were saved to that new app. Which I know isn’t really supposed to happen, but whenever I try to do things on the old KineMaster to fix things up or whatever. It doesn’t work. It keeps glitching me out of the app and I don’t know if you’re gonna delete it please don’t because I have all my videos saved there. I was just letting you know that the old KineMaster keeps glitching me out anytime I want to do something to my video. Please write back. Thank you.

Omg!!! *Updating my rating*

Wow! I love this app, but for $80 ( 🤯🤯🤯vs like $22) I can’t do that. I might as well pay for major editing software for that price. 😬 Not sure there was warning about that price increase. Nothing was added to justify that much of a jump. I also have paid the $80 and can’t even access it. The watermark won’t come off and keeps stating that I don’t have a subscription. I have missed work deadlines trying to fix it and it’s still not fixed. I was asked to test it and I can’t even do that. I just don’t think any of this hassle of always having to email to get the subscription thing fixed is worth that. I am blown away seeing that charge on my card. I do love the app and would recommend it otherwise. It’s what I mainly use for my content.

Amazing 9/10 recommend

Hey! If you are reading this review on this app I am glad to say it is amazing I just don’t like the notifications which you can turn off they’re just annoying some times but otherwise it’s amazing! There are some bugs that can be fixed and an amazing selection of songs,effects,ect. There isn’t much lyrical music but the other songs and sound FX sound awesome. I recommend this for both children and adults I think it should be rated 7+ for the four-six year olds who cannot read whatsoever but I totally love it and if you want an editing app this is the one I recommend! Great but a few things…

This is an amazing video editor and i make most of my videos on this app. But a few things, #1 it takes up a lot of storage. I usually have to free up storage because this app takes up so much if it- #2 I deleted the aPp and now I’m downloading it again and it’s not downloading, it just keeps loading 😐 #3 the watermark. It’s a good thing to share the app so it will get more downloads, but it got wayyyyyyyy to big. Like it was acceptable when I first got it, it was small and blended in, but a couple months ago the logo got wayyyyy bigger and it was not blended in at all I was kinda upset with his bug it is but it’s fine. Overall this is a great app in all, but yea idk what to say anymore.

Good app! But something’s up with create

I love this app!! I good for making videos or other content. I usually use it for videos. It’s nice if you want to make a small or large video. Overall it’s a good app. But there’s one problem. When I opened Kinemaster, and it into create, it just suddenly kicked me out. So I have to go my account or the home page. When in trying to make a video by mixing another video, it’s kicks me out to. I don’t why is doing that but, hopefully it’s getting fixed. It was working fine 2 years ago. But now, it’s just not working properly. Hopefully this issue gets fixed in the future.

It’s for pros, not so much beginners!!

I started using old kinemaster as a joke. It had a few problems like it shutting down sometimes, so I moved on to this. The overall platform looked very hard to control, and it partly is. It doesn’t let you tap on your half finished work without having to tap it like 5-10 times, which is fairly annoying. This app also crashes. It doesn’t let you put transitions between photos, only between videos. I’ve tried to get inspiration from the little shorts thing, but all there is is ads for kinemaster premium. Consider the major amount of children that use this app. Thank you for reading this if you are.

Used be good but not anymore ever since beta testing kicked

I’m very disappointed and frustrated about this app right now! I’m an annual subscriber and I’ve been using it for several months, everything went great until the Beta Test kicked in just a few weeks ago. I had to subscribe (without payment during beta testing period) every single day to take off the watermark for a week, now the watermark stays forever even though I subscribed for more than 10 times. This is extremely inconvenient and unfair for a loyal annual subscriber, who simply just wanted to support KineMaster by registering the beta testing. Now I cannot upload my videos on time for this unreasonable reason! There’s also No proper response from the technical support after contacting a couple of times. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED!
