Decent app but 2 areas of feedback 1) I am not able to open with Face ID at all times. Sometimes it’s a different log on screen and have to enter password 2) the online deposit doesn’t consistently work.

The app is at least functional, and the tools like quick transfer, budget, spending, etc are helpful, but it is very frustrating to wait so long for logging in, regardless of how good my connection is, and it is frustrating not getting notifications of payments nor of when balance is low (unless you program in a specific text notification “rule”, which doesn’t even tell you anything in the text except “Account has alerts matching your criteria” until you login to the app—which, again, is really slow and annoying). The app also gets stuck on loading screens really frequently and I have to close and restart the app so often when using it. Also, to be honest, it is frankly a pretty ugly app with no real customization/theme options except for a “large text” theme that’s otherwise the same as the default theme. So, this app is *okay*, but could use a LOT of optimization and improvements.
This app is super useful and I really do use it a lot. However; it hasn’t been allowing me to make transfers from my savings to my checking account. This problem has occurred before but this is the most prevalent time. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks.
Nice app, convenient. What’s not good. It’s very easy to pay extra on your loans but you charge interest when we do that. In other words it doesn’t all go to principle. I have to call the credit union to do an all principal payment. That’s not very efficient for me or the credit union.
Everything works well on the app. When making loan payments be careful you don’t hit confirm twice. I unintentionally made 2 payments because I hit confirm a 2nd time because the screen didn’t change
Easy app to use. Helps me monitor my balances and shift money easily between my accounts. Love the mobile deposit and ability to securely message when I have a question.
This app is so easy to navigate and I love how it breaks up our loan balance so we can see the difference between Principal and Interest for each payment!
Worst app I’ve used. Every single month I try to make a car payment on this app and the screens never work. It takes days of trying over and over again. Most times there’s no submit button that shows up at the bottom so I just have to exit and try again multiple times over the course of two to three days to get it to work.
I love this bank because they care about our security and I can rely on them once I needed a loan to buy a house and I didn’t have any problems to get the loan👍
Every time you scroll through the app the stupid menu window pops up. Worked so much better before the change a while back. Please fix it so the menu window doesn’t keep sliding over when u scroll. Until this is changed I will not rate this app very high.
Kohler CU app is easy to use even for a novice user. The navigation is well laid out with drop downs that make sense. I would offer it to anyone who wants a good banking experience!
It’s very easy to use and I love that I can make a budget, see my spending habits, and check my credit score! Definitely the best banking app I have ever used.
The app seems antiquated, but it is still much better than the ATM system they have. The associated accounts and linking is not inclusive, there is no differentiation between accounts, and it is time consuming to use. However, the customer service agents have been amazing to work with!
I have had Problems depositing checks on my google pixel phone ever since the new update back in 2018. Nobody really fixes the problem so I have to use my wife IPhone to make check deposits. It is unbelievable how this is not addressed before each update. My new pixel 4 still cannot use check deposits in 2021. I can’t imagine a Samsung has this issue.
The MFA for this app is buggy and annoying. I can only do the email which requires too many extra steps. The phone call has worked 1/10 times I have tried it. They really need to add a text message option as well.
As much as I want to like this app, it is constantly crashing on me. It takes a very long time to boot up, and the Apple Watch feature does not work even though you try to turn it on.

I have never been more humiliated with a debit card that is useless People in the lobby just say go and use the time machine to find out if it works! It’s almost to the point that I will change banking institutions! It’s easier to use check or cash.
I don’t mind it, but it’s not as intuitive or informational as other apps I’ve used for different banks. It gets the job done, and I am able to do what I need with it.
Everything works fine but mobile bill pay feature. I have been trying to get them to fix this for many weeks. Still doesn’t work. They don’t seem to care much. Too bad.
