KVCORE was not easy to understand at the beginning. I did a deep dive during the pandemic to do the their tutorials and my broker resource virtual trainings. The app helps me to reach my clients and leads with content that gets into my database funnel. It’s an essential part of how I manage my business. I’m in control of my communication for social media, email, text, calls, squeeze pages and more. Once able to see clearly, the big picture makes KVCORE indispensable for growing my new real estate business.
We’ve been having a horrible experience with the KVCoreMobile app and with the KV core team, and with the KV core websites and our data, we constantly see issues such as our search alerts being erased they are not going through customer support, taking a long time to understand what’s going on and to resolve issues the problems are not only with the app the problems are with managements lack of attention to detail and their ability to act fast and work for the agents that they claim to be serving. Take a look at all the previous reviews they’re all consistent. the app does not launch. How are we seeing more more people complain about the app not launching where are the app developers where are the hundreds of thousands of dollars that are being earned per month from the platform they’re not being spent on ensuring that the software works, get it together folks get your act together.
come on, let's get real… This is 2019 most mobile devices which this app is supposed to be used on provide for face recognition fingerprint recognition etc. Yet every time we go into this app we have to put in our user ID and password no way to take it vantage of face recognition or fingerprint readers. Even banking applications allow for this function it's not hard these are basic tools provided to the application developers. Please, if you want this application to be taken seriously, then provide basic functionality that we find in practically 80% of the current applications that deal with mortgages, financial institutions, insurance companies, etc. And please don't tell that these are security issues or are good security practices they are and they're proven.
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!!! 1.) They NEVERRRR respond in a timely manner. Your chat box for “support” is a complete joke and is mostly useless! Only thing I think it’s there for the bot to spam you with a pop up ad asking about teams!🙄 2.) You can not call for live human support. The bot tells you pick from these 3 options, then pick from these three options, each option you pick tells you to schedule an appointment, then hangs up on you. REALLY!! 😤 3.) You go to try and schedule an appointment and all it does is take you to a training calendar. After clicking different things trying to find a way to schedule for a live call. I found what I think was where you scheduled and there isn’t an opening for like over 3 days and you only get 15 minutes!!! 😡
I love this! Although I am completely new and don’t even know how to drive it yet I can see the potential for making my life sooooooo much easier!! All my clients together or divided into desperate categories and marketing to only buyers at only sellers, not having to remember everyone’s birthday or sending special clients holiday cheer!! Super excited ! Can make call texts and or emails from one place can get all my marketing done by just starting a campaign (which is an excellent timesaver) efficient organized and simple!! Which is great when you have the legality of Real Estate
Canned message update has rendered the App Useless
The latest update to support canned messages has not made it impossible to type a text message reply to a client. You can’t enter anything in the text message box. App is 100% useless to reply to clients on the go. Very disappointed and no way the developers did a thorough job of testing the application. Please improve your entire development team and process!!!!!
We all know that as an agent we are all super busy and constant touch is key!!! I absolutely love this program and I am so excited that my company joined arms with you guys and are providing this program for us at such an amazing fee! I so hope this is a forever thing!!! I accidentally made a “squeeze page” I think 😝 all I did was copy and paste the link to my listing thru KVCore app and I’ve had 38 new leads in 24 hours.
The app performs well but is missing key features from the full site which they explain upfront and you can access full version through the browser. I find myself only using the full version on my browser rather than the app because it has all of the features I’m familiar with. The downside to this is that the full version on a mobile device is also imperfect. Mobile app needs some work for sure!
I love kvcore most days. They do have some bugs here and there. I just bought a new iPad and I cannot use the app while my iPad keyboard is positioned horizontally. The app at this point should be able to rotate with my screen. Dialer feature doesn’t work when looking for certain hashtags to call. When I want to send a listing link to a client, the link is often broken. Other wise on my Mac this CRM is great!
I have used kvcore for almost a year. I appreciate the features offered including tracking calls and emails. However the online version is slow. I got an iPad to help manage my crm to find that it doesn’t turn with the keyboard and that I cannot send a MLS listing directly to my client. I guess their are work around for that but i wish both of those features were available for the iPad.
I’m an #ExpAgent and I love this CRM! Only think I wish would be access to more template on the mobile app / ability to cc via mobile app/ and Spanish language incorporated into the functionality of this platform!! Can’t wait to talk to someone at the #ExpCon2023 🙏 the #ExPSummit2023 sooner rather than later !
It is obvious that Ideal Real Estate spent a lot of time designing this app for the KV Core platform. Although I am still learning the app, it is obvious that this app will allow me to operate my business, both personal and brokerage, from my phone. That is important because it allows me to perform tasks in the field and spend time meeting people in the field.
The app itself is very functional and easy to follow. You have just about all the same capabilities as with the software plus a decent auto dialing function. However, it does not seem to update until you open it. When you open it, you need to manually seek an update and then the update is verrrry slow. Missed a lot of notifications this way. Lots of potential but seems like the app must be streamlined.
When I go to search for a client in the contacts list it doesn’t work. I end up having to manually find the cleint and go about the tasks I have set for them. Would love this updated and fixed.
However I’ve noticed not all leads (in particular, seller prospects) appear on the activity or recent activity section of the mobile app. There seems to be a discrepancy with the leads viewed on the app and the desktop. Whereas The desktop is more accurate and has more leads and their activity.
I absolutely love KV core platform on the desktop and a laptop or any type of computer but this mobile application has some serious issues every aspect update the app glitches or crashes conversing with conversations via the smart number is extremely difficult. You do not have all of the functionality and tools that you have on the PC version and all of those tools compliment the platform and should be available at your fingertips on the mobile device
This CRM/Marketing software is Real Geeks on steroids. I have used both. KVCORE is easy to use with some amazing integrations and marketing platforms. I started using it not even a month and I already a couple in contract because of it. Only the beginning!
I really like the mobile app. I am still trying to understand how to manipulate the notifications. My main wish for the mobile app is to be able to dial out from the smart number without having to go to the web version. If that update is made, this would be a 5 star review!
Only reason I didn’t give this a five star was because sometimes the dialer freezes up… Other than that the app is amazing and allows me to streamline so many tasks and activities from the convenience of my phone!
There are so many ways you can grow your business. This isn’t just a contact saver so you can email it’s a whole system! If you can get it covered by your brokerage I would suggest and if you can’t then I would find a broker that has it.
I’ve been using this app at least one hour every day. It’s fantastic. The latest version fixed some bugs and now it’s working great. From auto dialer to client search I really enjoy using this app.
KvCORE has some great features. I love that I can set up auto responses for when my clients favorite a house or log on for the first time after 14 days. It makes it much easier to keep track of client notes and adjust their home search.
I have only been using KvCore Mobile for two days so I am still learning all the way around it, but it hasn’t missed a step. It is s plus functioning, easy to manipulate, and not cumbersome as many mobile apps do by packing in so much you can’t operate.
Feedback: I received a text from client with the email address. It lets me copy the text but not paste into the email section. There are small things wrong with the app but overall it’s great to manage your business.
Mobile app gives me constant problems/bugs/glitches. Sometimes my contacts refuse to load, and other times the app doesn’t even open for longer than 1 second before crashing. Problems go away if I delete and re download the app, but It’s not feasible to have to do that every day. Developers need to dive in and fix these bugs or I’ll have to make a CRM switch to boomtown or follow up boss
Great app and mobile notifications are super helpful! The current version has certain features overlapping like the back arrow when you’re in a leads profile it’s covering their name. I’d also like the delete contact button available on mobile.
You just about have the power of the desk top version in your hand. The dialer aspect of this app is AMAZING! It makes it so easy to call leads, take notes and then go on to the next call and all of it, except your notes, is automated. It makes prospecting and ease.

I LOVE KVCore but the mobile app has things to work on. There are many things you can do on the web interface that you can not do in the mobile app. Also, I work and rely a lot on my iPad. I wish KVCore had a version that worked on the iPad. The mobile application is strictly for smartphone use.
We’ve been using kvCORE for a couple of months now. It is far superior to our former CRM tool. It’s intuitive and integrates very well with our other tools. The experience has improved our business.
The app is great for when you’re out and about and need to follow up with clients. I love that I have everything on my small device and it is available anytime.
Agents should consider using this app more. It's convenient and easy to use to communicate with leads and clients. It's easy to use and comes in handy for agents on the go!

Using kvCORE is the best ~ I consistently am able to receive update & review my leads! No matter where I’m at on my iPhone - I just started this but compared to having a broker lead this is hands down the BEST!
For a real estate tool, it’s really time consuming to find the address for a contact. It should be listed right under the name, or at least with the other contact info, next to the phone number or email.
Keeps me constantly connected with my clients and leads. I love voice texting updates or messages while I’m on the go and have it all saved in my kvCORE system. Great app!
I have been using this for a few days and it’s like my personal assistant that help me keep track of customers and clients. I am enjoying it more and more.

Plenty of training so you can learn how to get the best return in your business and convert your leads. I’ve closed a few transactions because of KVcore. The open house app is gold.
I am an avid user of KVCORE for my business. In the beginning, I provided a lot of feedback about the inabilities of the app but they have since corrected it. I highly recommend!
I was able to add a new lead including campaigns and property alerts the other evening...it was a little slow at each step but it did exactly what I needed to do...the app development is definitely moving in the right direction.
A bit hard for some of us to learn is complexities. Some bugs need to be fixed. Glad to have the option for one on one training. Can you get the cost down on that?
This product is complete trash. Leads are worthless junk. Salesman lied, the staff doesn't know how to use the product, and it is completely worthless 5 months in to using it. Zero conversions in 5 months.1 phone call --- 1 legit phone call and they even did not convert. $1100/month for 1 phone call!!!! Absolute trash.
