Your app is done very well. Your employees at all of your branches are absolutely professional fantastic and love to see them. My dad banked with you all ever since he worked for LNN railroad. The app is very basic and has hardly any features that a real bank offers. But I suppose that’s more of an observation of how this complete institution is ran. For one reason or another I allowed this bank to have my business for far to many years not as a primary bank but as a secondary bank I used for other reasons over the years. But a few years back I had decided to use them as my primary bank verse chase bank (which by the way I highly suggest). From the start it was obvious that the way L&N carried business it was fairly old school but nothing to serious, but as the different life events happened like needing to use my bank card to get an uber and not being allowed because it was a Saturday night after 8pm and I hadn’t released my card for the evening.... I hope you get the point I have many other examples such as not being able to make hotel reservations while on the road because of the aforementioned reason being a Saturday night and all...... I hope the point has been driven home I won’t mention the very unacceptable experience from today but it was a much worse and truly unforgivable experience. I would highly recommend that you think long and hard about allowing a place as poorly ran as this to hold your money for you.
I’m sorry, the new addition of the news feed is invasive. Notifications every time something is posted—with no option to disable (nothing that sends notifications should be without a user’s ability to disable or enable), and the only way to clear the little red number is to click on the post, which opens a browser tab. I’m not seeing new content. I’m getting new notifications for the same stuff. I’ve spent more time in-app clearing annoying notifications than I have managing my finances. At this point, I’d prefer the whole feature to go away. I’m not interested in the content anymore. The work it takes to keep my home screen clear of red numbers has soured me on the content and the feature entirely. The app overall works well enough for its purpose, but feature development should be focused on things that would help members manage their finances. Savings goals, for instance. Credit building. Investment advice. It feels as if focus is directed by a management team too high up the chain, coming up with shinys than people more connected to what members need.
Received an error depositing check with app. Tried several times (high contrast background solid black, more lighting). Called support no clue as to why it won’t work. Said maybe check is too wide to scan??? (It fit in the scanning window, it’s not a giant cardboard lottery check.) ive submitted 3 times. Support said submit it again, maybe this time it’ll work. They (customer service) could see my images we’re against solid black background, well lit, legible and not blurred but they have no way of accepting the scanned check which I now have endorsed for mobile deposit to LNFCU only. It was also offered I could drive 800 miles to deposit in person. Crap app and crap customer service experience. If I could give no stars I would.
The app suddenly stopped working. It signed me out and when I log in, it loads a blank page with a title “Change Email” but the page never loads. The app is no longer accessible and I am unable to use my card. This is seems to be a problem with other users as well. Although I am getting in touch with the bank, it is incredibly frustrating that this hasn’t been fixed.
L&N has always been an amazing credit union. Very family oriented and customer driven. I go to the chestnut street location in Louisville Ky. The people that work there are wonderful people who always make you feel so welcomed. Jackie Butts the branch manager is an exceptional leader. So glad to be apart of this credit union family.
I’ve got two bank accounts with two banks and I can tell you that L&N is the best. They almost never screw up your account and their staff is very helpful and will always answer you in a timely manner. All in all 10/10 rating from me.
L&N has been a wonderful bank the work’s are just so friendly and very helpful and watches out for the customers as much as they can more than other banks I have deal with and I would recommend L&N to anybody that’s how happy I am with them have a blessed day
Normally works great but now bill pay button keeps crashing the app. I’ve restarted, deleted and downloaded the app again. No success! I called the number and notified you guys but got disconnected and no call back( I won’t wait on hold for another 20 minutes) . If you try to submit help it takes you to lnfcu website which is pointless! How about a link to send you a direct email for help instead of a run around re direct to frustration .
Must have had a recent update because login Has changed. Will not save the account I constantly use but brings up an account seldom used. I even deleted the saved password but app logs in anyway. So please fix it. I have to type in the account name and password and can’t use Face ID. App automatically logs me in to wrong account.
Why is it no longer possible to do a search in transaction history instead of having to scroll through months and months of transactions!?!?! This use to be possible but it no longer allows the drop box to stay visible for you to click to input the search request! Maddening!
I noticed that this app doesn’t allow you to see your debit card information as far as the numbers, cvc or the expiration date. PayPal and other apps live Dave allow you to see card information. I recently moved and this is something that can be used if you have to get a replacement card and don’t have time to actually get a replacement card.
Very convenient! Always available and works fast. Only thing I dislike about the company is the fact you can only remove $500 a day from ATM and all the extra fees
Please fix the widget. Since this last update the widget has stopped working and is no longer available to be use. One last item, stop with the downtime! Never in my life have I seen a bank with as much inaccessible to the app and website as yours. Every week it seems there is a day I cannot bank because you are down.
With the new iOS 18 update there is no longer a widget for the app. At first the only way to have the app was on the far left widget page. But now when you try to add a widget it doesn’t show the edit button at the bottom. Please update this app to just add a widget like the rest of the widgets 😮💨

The Branch Employees treat members like extended family. They have positive- can do attitudes & treat customers with the utmost respect. They are very patient in assisting customers with any banking needs.
Compared to other banking websites it’s still a little in the Stone Age. You should be able to do a lot more than you were able to do on the app. Most things revert you back to the website which even then is archaic. To do true wireless banking this app should be much more fluid
By far the best banking app I’ve ever used. Just a few things here and there you could fix. Mainly dealing with notifications and overdrafts. Other than that I give it a 5/5.

Overall I like the way the app is set up. However, recently I’ve had a lot of issues with it not wanting to display my accounts, Face ID not even popping up, etc. Also, the push notifications are useless as I tend to get them an entire day after the transaction.
Anytime I need/want to pay on my loan I can with the app! Same way with transferring money from my checking account to savings account! Super easy!! No hassle whatsoever!
The app is very convenient and allows me to do everything I could possibly want with mobile banking. The new widget adds even more convenience. Love it!
I recently got a new phone and the recovering credentials function does not work. All there is is a blank gray screen with a refresh arrow at the bottom.
I haven’t been able to use the app for 2 weeks now because it’s stuck on this “update email” thing and it won’t even load up for me to even try to update it. You guys came out with an update 4 days and it still hasn’t worked. It’s such an inconvenience :(
Has a few issues, such as whenever you go to log in at times, it’ll say “Unavailable”. As well as giving you incorrect balances at times. It’ll say you have $350 but you’ll really have $325. Besides that, it is a great app. 7/10
The app is decent and works for the most part only issue I find is too many shut downs for maintenance This is the only app that I have on my phone that shut down once a week.
I go into work around 8ish every night. I check to see if I have any money for gas and literally every single night the app is down and won’t show me any information
