Landmark National Bank app

Great application for those of us who bank with Landmark but may not have the opportunity due to work, kids, family & events to walk into one of the many locations with the best customer service I’ve received from any bank. Thanks again for having this available Landmark National Bank. A happy client.

Why the update?

The app worked fine before the update, but now that everything is changed, the app is so much worse. for starters, navigating through the options feels like using google in the 1990’s; it’s annoyingly slow to load EVERYTHING. i can’t even get notifications for my purchases anymore, why would you remove that feature? and not only that, it just looks ugly compared to the previous version. if you people have even an ounce of brain matter left in your heads, you’ll change it back to the perfectly functional app is was before.

Not a fan of the new layout

Like the title states; I’m not really a fan of the new layout. The biggest issue I have is how now when I click on the app, I’m already logged in; I don’t like that change, I liked the added little security needed to view my accounts as well as the security question part of the app. Now with the removal of that, if for some reason my phone is accessed by someone other than me and the app is accessed as well, some of my personal banking information will now be viewable and accessible.

Super convenient!

As a student in high school who lives 30 minutes from my nearest Landmark, I use this app ALL THE TIME to check balances, deposit checks, and make transfers. The app is straightforward to use and has tons of useful features!

User friendly but crashes all the time

I really like how user friendly this app is, especially to do my banking because I work a lot. Unfortunately, it shuts down and re-logs in all the time while I’m using it. It is especially frustrating when I’m in the middle of a transaction. This really needs to be fixed/looked into.

Terrible Update

The previous version was great. This updated version is hard to read, slow to switch through pages, difficult to change the alerts, and no Face ID login option. This update removed all my managed cards and all my alerts I’m glad I didn’t have any fraud activity happening in the 3 days since it updated. A person that actually banks at Landmark should of tested this version before it was released.

App Opens to a white screen

App needs to be updated. It hasn’t worked with the past several ios betas. Opens to a white screen then crashes.

Glitchiest app I’ve ever used

Literally trash. Outside of their business hours you can barely even log into check your bank statement I would write this off as a coincidence but half of the time if you forget to log out you won’t be able to log back in without changing your password and jumping through hoops. Constant error messages on login, fix the app and I’ll change my review until then you guys deserve the 1 🌟

Crashes

For at least two weeks now my app opens to a blank white screen then crashes after about 30 seconds. I’m not able to log in or anything as it’s just a blank white screen. I have tried updating along with deleting and redownloading with no success. Please fix 😩

Trash app

Doesn’t work. Always says to call the 1-800 and they NEVER can help you. Don’t waste your time downloading. Ridiculous they can’t get a working app. Others have the same issue so it is not my phone like the customer help line likes to blame it on. Trash.

Update?

I’m assuming the app had an update since 9/8/24… I can no longer find where to do a transfer on the app?? Would greatly appreciate some direction, as we have a joint account for our bills.

The forgot password verification wouldn’t even load in whenever I try to reset my password

A pain to use.

If you close the app without logging out you will have to call customer service and have them log you out of your account to be able to login to your account again.

I preferred the last system. The new update seems to have glitches and it doesn’t update your account as fast as it used to.

It’s constantly locking me out of my account. i’m always having to go to the bank to fix it, it doesn’t let me sign in and randomly signs me out

All saved bill payees info erased

We download the new app and now there are no info regarding bill payment payees. We need to enroll everyone again, it will take hours. I wonder if we can charge landmark $30 per hr as they charge us every time they research something for us. Thanks for fixing what wasn't broken, oh now is broken

Major issue

Quite honestly I really like the app but there’s one huge issue I keep having. Anytime I try to send a verification code to my phone number it doesn’t work and I can’t log into the app even though the phone number is correct. It says that the code has been sent but I never received anything therefore I cannot get logged back in.
