Love app! New calendar updates great but have 1 request
This platform is amazing! It does the work of 10+ apps in one. I’m in love with how in touch I am with my business no matter where I am. The new calendar update introduced great increased functionality, however the old version was much easier to identify the status of the appointment bc the whole appointment shows the corresponding color, ie canceled status, whole appointment was in red. Now there is just the tiniest dot to the left of the appointment that is color coded. Older people can’t see that as easily. Is it possible to reincorporate that?
All of your essential business need-to-knows at a glance. Although I’ve only been using this app for a few weeks it’s already taking my customer and prospective client communications to a new level. I love having all of my business vitals at my finger tips. Before using lead connector, opportunities were getting lost, and now? For me, follow up is now easy to stay on top of! For them? Just Wow! 😃
I like this app, is very useful! Unfortunately this app is not as user friendly as other crms like podio or sales force. Here’s what I believe would improve the user experience: 1. The task manager section should be easier to read and easy to mark tasks as completed. For example; Podio and salesforce apps are very easy to see the tasks that are due for the day, easy to understand, easy to navigate, and easy to get completed. Unfortunately leadconnector is very confusing and unclear. 2. the task manager section doesn’t get updated on the phone if I complete a task on the computer. For me to update the pending tasks on the phone app I need to logout and log back in which is annoying. 3. The app should run smoother. Trying to navigate on the app or send messages takes too long and its slow and not a smooth experience at all. I know it’s the app and not my phone because my phone is brand new and runs other apps very smoothly and quickly.
I love this app. I love the simplicity, easy navigation, great UI. But what’s most frustrating is that the app doesn’t work after the first use. Once I download it, it opens just fine and loads in - no issues. But if I try to open it a second time, the app has the loading circle on the screen indefinitely. There’s a fix, but it involves deleting the app and downloading it again. If I could actually use the app more than the initial use after downloading, this would be 5/5 stars. But until then, it has no functionality past the first use.
This app has completely changed my business and how I connect with my customers. Helps me keep track of where they are coming from as well as being able to communicate with clients. I’ve landed over $10k worth of video projects in just the second month of using this app and super stoked for what’s to come!
I spent the past 6 months setting up my company on GHL and the app is the worst part of this system. 1) Calendar view is different for 2 of my employees. They literally (I mean that in the true sense of the word) can’t see their own calendars 2) When you call someone from the app by clicking on their number the call quality is unacceptable 100% of the time in fact every time I have to hang up and call them 3) When you try to get the phone number to call using your phone if you click on the number to Copy/Paste it copies their entire contact info (email and phone) 4) I am the owner of the company my employees have more showing on their dashboard on their phone than I do. They absolutely need to spend some money and time to make this app better. It’s disappointing to say the least.
The developers worked hard to make this an easy-to-use platform on the go. Respond to calls, texts and emails from mobile. Set appointments, reschedule or cancel. Check out your pipeline and see how things are going! Great way to manage leads when you’re out of the office. Still prefer desktop but this is a great bonus!

I’ll make it short and sweet: you need this app. You can run your entire business on it. Upload your contacts, build a sales pipeline, collect payment, organize your calendar, and operate your whole business literally from your phone. Amazing.
The app is helpful but with phone number integration there are no notifications when you receive a text. This means I have to go into the app constantly just to see if there are any texts in my conversation. I have notifications set to "On" on my phone so I know that's not the issue, it clearly seems like a problem with the app. Why have all of these nice features but not be able to receive any notification of a possible lead?

I found a bug that needs to be fixed in the new Task area. (On a mobile phone). Due to formatting, and depending on the date, its not possible to assign to a contact due to the blue head being hidden. Perhaps, you could remove the little calendar image icon and that would allow more space to see the blue head to assign the task? This is somewhat of a critical issue for our team. Do you know when it could be resolved?
I’m wanting to see if it’s possible for the incoming calls from the app to either show my business name or that it’s coming from lead connector so I know the calls are different from my personal line? If someone could help or assist me it would be great. Tried calling customer service and it doesn’t connect it just hangs up.
They have been constantly updating, upgrading, and adding new options and functionality to this CRM. Plus it has all the tools you would need to build out an online marketing funnel.
Biggest problems are you don’t get alerted when you get a new message from a contact. Also notifications on the shortcut icon don’t update even after you read a message. Support isn’t really helpful unless there is already an article on your exact problem. It’s to bad their app has problems, their website is great.
The app doesn’t work as nearly as efficient as the desktop version. It frequently sends my clients the wrong time for appointments even though I have their correct time zone selected. It also says I have notifications but when I click on the app, it’s messages that I’ve already read!
The app works well as long as you only use SMS with your customers. But emails are almost completely broken. You have to click into them to read the emails. Then when you reply, I can’t even see what I’m typing because they don’t zoom into the text furled. I see who’s the email is to/from etc, but the keyboard completely covers what I’m typing. I’m using an iPhone 13 mini.
I have tried to get in touch with support to disconnect from google services. Our Google My business messages are not going anywhere and we can’t disconnect. The support team is unresponsive and there’s no one available in sales. The website has no information to contact people except a form that no one responds to. It’s been weeks with issues and no support or response to our help tickets. Stay away.
This app really allows for me to stay connected with my customers/business while on the go. I travel a lot for business and this app has been a life saver! The desktop version is great too!
This app is great as it can connect you to the leads right away. May take a bit of set up but you can really customize the notifications, never losing a lead because of speed. It is super easy to use.
I have been trying for weeks to contact the sales department to get pricing, and have not received any response from the contact form. There are no phone numbers to call, either. They won’t even allow potential customers to sign up for an account (and I’ve tried)…. It’s a shame I was very excited to try their services, but the lack of access is ridiculous.
The Omnisuites is the best tool that I’ve ever used. It helps me keep all of my business in order and its a one stop and shop area where I don’t have to go to different softwares or apps to get my work done.

I cannot view my contacts and I cannot set notes for appointments. Also these little colored dots as opposed to a clearly defined Yellow Red and Green bar was dumb. Why would you not test this before releasing. It’s not like lead connector didn’t already have issues with saving address.
This app is total garbage. No matter how many times you open a conversation or notification, or click to make said conversation or notification “read” it will not stop showing as an unread notifications. Even when you select the filter for “unread” and nothing show up, there is still the icon with an unread notification number designated. Complete and utter garbage of an app. The function of the app is almost nonexistent. You cannot manage opportunities, cannot accurately manage conversations, and cannot manage to get proper notifications for when conversations actually need attention. This app is a complete waste of time and energy.
Best (SLOWEST) scheduling app I’ve ever used. I mean that..it’s a fantastic product. Dynamic and easy to use. BUT HOLY GOD ITS SLOW! Also it’s glitchy. It feels like the engineering team wanted to do an excellent job, and the people funding it’s development wanted to save every dime they’ve ever seen in this lifetime. It’s cheap and clunky, but when it works it’s delightful. PLEASE FIX YOUR GLITCHES
This app is a HUGE tool for helping me keep tabs on the leads that I have with my business. I love how easy it is to track all of my inbound messages from multiple sources in one place!
We use this software as a link on the website to fill out a form for a quote submission, I never receive notifications to any of my devices rendering this app useless for the fact of not being able to stay on top of potential clients. Unless these issues get resolved I’ll be switching to a different platform soon.
Paid $297 never got a single lead, never got help, only got messages about PAYING AGAIN! $297 a month and the customer service doesn’t even call back when they promise to. I paid them in August and haven’t ever gotten a lead, not one, nor have they actually contacted me outside of a text saying they tried to reach me , i have phone records that say otherwise. Don’t trust them with your money.
After the company did an update, me and my colleagues are experiencing a ton of issues. New prospects won’t load up or update once you have chosen an option, not able to send videos or pictures, are amongst the most annoying. Having to delete the app, refresh it does still not seem to work. Let’s get it together Lead Connecter!
