I will give 0 if I can easily to give od fee ... got a fee of an overdraft in the same minute that I was depositing ..its not my fault that you guys are so behind in technology other banks allow deposits in ATM in the weekends in case something happens.. about to close the account
The app is better than previous versions. Better look and fluidness throughout. Sadly I think this app is better than the website. Take a look at Navy Federal Credit Union app and website. Five star website and app. Hands down. Some suggestions that may help: You need to create a setting for the ads. Don’t care much for ads. Perhaps a special offers section in the column? The app is not optimized for iPhone X. It would be perfect if the screen was filled. App definitely is improved. I like it better than previous versions. They must have employees rating this five stars as it’s not a five star app. LFCU needs an option to open deposit accounts online for established members. Additionally a check deposit limit conducive with a members tenure as some members live far from a branch. Hope this helps. Likely no one will read this and this all means absolutely nothing but maybe someone at the third party company that develops the app (Jack Henry and Associates) will.
Ever since the app started making us write the extra stuff on the back, it has made that very important option unusable! I have considered changing banks because even if I write everything on the back that you now require it continues to fail. It takes multiple multiple tries to get it to pass. (10-12 attempts with no changes made before it accepts it). Please go back to the way it was!
I personally use a credit union over a bank for all my financial needs. And as a treasurer for a local club, I’m moving their accounts to this credit union. Best place for service, rates, and staff. They will thank me later!
I recently began using the app. It is straightforward and easy to use. The only thing I would like to see different is loan balance should be in black instead of green. Thanks and keep up the great work.
Have been a customer who prefers personal interaction at the bank branch. However, the ease of use of the app helps me keep track and accomplish tasks efficiently. I can still go in from time to time as well.
I am so thrilled with this mobile banking. Makes life so much easier and hassle free. I wish I would of signed up sooner. I could of saved hundreds in gas money 😆
I have an auto loan with them. I created an account on their website and am able to log in just fine. However the mobile app will not let me log in with the correct working credentials. It works on the website. But the app tells me my credentials are wrong.
I was so thrilled when this app finally came out, and even more thrilled with the recent updates that allow for fingerprint login and mobile deposits. Very convenient. Personally I think the interface feels a little outdated, but I'll take that over no app at all.
Delighted to have an app to work from. Fingerprint ID is a plus. Mobile deposit needs work. Been trying unsuccessfully to deposit checks for two days. App freezes, won't allow me to take photo of checks.
This is a fabulous app and makes banking super easy and convenient. It's frustrating though when I go out of the app, to use my calculator, make a note, etc., I have to re-enter the password every time. Also, I wish when transferring money between suffixes that there was a memo line to note the transfer like there is on the website.
