I’m thanking you for the loan that you have given me, but I’m very upset with the company that I had to give this loan to the cell stems that were offered to me did not take affect therefore, I am paying for something that did not succeed, I am very upset about this. I wish I could do something about it. I have almost another 12 months to pay for this loan and it’s not been easy. I’m getting my knees operated on because of the stem cells did not work as they said they would to other of your customers please do not loan this company anymore money because it is a false advertisement which they’re saying to their patients. When everyone else turned me down this organization gave me a chance! I have made every single payment before the due date or it’s a very latest on the due date and sometimes paid a little extra… Which you do have to specify if you pay extra that you want the extra money to go to the principal so do that in mind otherwise, it gets split. I can’t say enough good things about them and I will use them for any future purchases Med that I need if any. they’ve been respectful and like I said no one else would and I will be forever grateful a year and a half after taking my loan out I am on all my payments and this is really helped my credit boost more than I ever even thought possible. I have had some personal family issues recently, and during this time I was unable to pay my monthly bill. Which was putting me in a bad position because I always pay on time if not early. I was really stressed and worried. So I decided to give my loan company a call and they were able to Help me. They went over and beyond to make sure my credit stayed In Good standings and for 3 months they basically rolled over my payments till the end. I believe for those three months I only paid like 25 dollars to keep me floating with good credit. I have never had this kind of service from any company like this. I applied for a loan uploaded my income information and receive all my money in less than two days the interest rates are really fair and the online app on my cell phone is really easy use Plus I use auto pay I've gotten at least three laundry credit card this app and each one of my loans because my credit is good I receive my money and sometimes as little as one day if you start the process in the morning and there's a deposit in your account of your choice very simple very easy especially if you have good credit
My rating would be 5 stars but for several reasons it’s not. 1. The app is very clean and easy to look at. The UI is amazing and very simple to navigate through 2. Why am I not able to schedule payment out further than a month? Simply, why? I have used other platforms that allow me to schedule payments as far as I want into the future. 3. I am not even able to complete a payment schedule because the app simply won’t let me do so!! There is an error every time that will not allow me to complete a payment schedule. How and why is this issue remained for so long?? Devs, please fix this ASAP. These are absolutely unacceptable errors/issues.
I can’t say enough positive things about LendingPoint. I secured a small loan a couple years back, receive friendly reminders prior to auto payment date that consistently alerts me via text (preferred). After falling behind one month recently the tone and frequency of LendingPoints notifications did not change. They alerted me to the issue via supportive, non threatening texts. Removing any angst from contacting them to resolve. Their friendly, accepting communication sets them apart from other lenders methods of resolving.
I have used this company a few times for home projects. Super easy to apply and I was approved quickly. The funds show up in your bank account and they have a simple automated payment option. Definitely would recommend if your wanting quick cash without the hassle of working with a brick and mortar bank.

I was in an accident and the person who hit me was uninsured. Life took a turn that no one ever ever expects and my life was in turmoil. I reached out to them for a loan and got swift turnaround, low interest rate, they actually answer the phone when you call and the app is incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommend this Lending institution!
This is a terrible app by any measure. It locks you out randomly and you have to delete and reinstall it and change your password. Then still you might have to call customer service to get into your account. It gives you virtually no info on your loans. Basically, it seems to be intentionally buggy for the user so maybe they’ll forget to make a payment or misunderstand something that results in Lending Point getting more money. That, or it’s led by a remarkably incompetent team. Either way, I recommend avoiding if possible.
It has been more than a month since I have been trying to get a hold of my account. I can not log in through the app nor the website. I have reset my password and still nothing!! Last month I had to call and make a payment and I asked the lady who was helping to send me a confirmation email!!! SHE NEVER DID… I’m super upset - I have the charge on my bank account so I can definitely back myself up if they come back to me saying I didn’t pay on time. This is ridiculous and I’m getting frustrated. FIX THIS ASAP
Getting a loan for my business was quite easy and I received funds quickly. Payments are automatic each month, which keeps your account in good standing and great for your credit. I have one more payment and am looking forward to getting another loan with LendingPoint.
The fact that they give you leniency when you are on your lowest point they will lower your payments to a minimal fraction of the amount you normally pay in order to help you not get behind on payments it is something that nobody else does I would never go anywhere else for any loans

Been using the app for a couple years and throughout this year I’ve had the most problems with the app being down the site being down causing my payments to go late and I doesn’t really seem to be fair adding on interest because I can’t pay due you technical difficulties even now as I’m typing this I went to the App and tried to open it and it says the app isn’t reliable what kind of stuff is that 🤨🤨🤨
The app & website still won’t allow me to log in & getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible!! Update: app and website still doesn’t allow me to log in. I put in password/email and the buttons are unresponsive. I have cleared cookies/cache/uninstalled & reinstalled (everything else) on my phone and nothing has helped. You continue to withdraw money from my account but I can’t even see how much I still owe. Very frustrating that this is still ongoing after 2 weeks of maintenance.
This has been the least stressful loan experience I’ve ever had. I only wish I’d realized sooner that all I needed to do was reach out when my finances fluctuated at one point. I was afraid to reach out for no reason. They were so understanding and helpful!
I’m a victim of identity theft, cyber thieves and predatory corporations…. So now I’m picking up the pieces and wondering where did allll the money go?… I have no idea who , or what happened with this loan. But I have clues now…. And I’m trying to build my credit back up to 725 from now 532….😒👍

I downloaded the app a few days ago n it was working i go on there this morning n i can’t sign in! It saying my info is wrong but it’s using my face too n it’s still saying it wrong lol????? So i do forgot password n now it says my email is wrong but I’m looking at y’all email that y’all sent me lol so now i can’t even get into the acct at all this is crazy n a waste of time!!! I really wish i would have did my research n not used this company at all i can’t trust credit karma at all!!!
Like most readers here, I have activated dozens, even hundreds of apps. So the workflow is natural… But this app is clunky, and very irritating. Login is next to impossible; it won’t store passwords properly, and kicks you out when you try to set up Face ID. I had to delete the app, download it, and start over, re-enter credentials, and the problem continues. doesn’t matter how many ways you try… This app needs some serious work and attention.
Please don’t order a credit report every month on me. It seems to lower my credit score and causes liftlock to notify me that a report has been ordered that I did not request.
I want to say I was in a really bad situation and no one else would help me but them they are the best I will never use any one else if I ever need a loan again thank you very much. Highly recommend.

With on payment remaining, I must say that my experience from application to financing to payments has been without a hitch! I will say that the floating 28 day payment schedule took a little getting used to.
I updated the app this morning. And since then it’s not recognizing my Face ID and it’s telling me my p/w is incorrect. I used forgot my p/w and says it can take up to 15 mins to receive email to change p/w. It has been way over 15 minutes and I still have not received an email to change my p/w. I keep checking my inbox and junk folder and still nothing.
I couldn’t even apply. I seen some decent reviews, but I can’t get passed implementing my name. The whole app crashes, you can only put the amount and reason ; once you put your name everything freezes. Yes I suspect storage. Cleared it and it still didn’t work I uninstalled then reinstalled, still didn’t work. I’m not sure what’s the issue. But I wouldn’t give it to much time.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to get alone. I received the funds Super Duper fast. And the automatic withdrawal makes everything else a piece of cake for payment.
Downloaded the app to give it a shot, and got to the point where it says to type in your verification number sent to your phone number… it never sends it. So I go to the actual website to try and apply there instead. Same thing. I havent even got to use the whole app and already dont like it. So wont be going any further in trying it, sorry.
I DO NOT like that it's autodraft and making a payment early is not an option, it's called an extra payment so I would have to make 2 payments in one month rather than making payment early and then be due for the following month 😏
Mobile App AND Desktop Website have been under maintenance for a week. And they said it would be back up already. Aside from that they accidentally double charged my payments last Friday and I wasn’t able to get a chargeback issued to after the weekend. Super frustrating this used to be a reputable business but they are really messing up.
This app was great, but all of a sudden I can’t get into my account. I log in with my email and password and I see “Hi (my name)”, but when I press next it stays on the same screen. I tried over and over. I want to make an extra payment on my loan. Something happened to the app and I can’t recommend it.

I used Lendingpoint through my dentist and they offered me 24 months no interest. I setup automatic payments. 24 months passed and I checked on my balance to find out that it’s 1000+$. I contacted them and they explained that there is a paragraph in the agreement stating that if it’s not paid in full, they charge you interest on the ENTIRE loan amount, NOT what’s still remaining after the promo period. e.g If the loan amount is 2500$ and you paid off 2000 during the promo period, they charge you interest on the 2500$ not the remaining 500$. I will NEVER use them again and my dentist found out and he is going to be using another service.
Takes less than 10 seconds to tell you that you are not getting anything, then try to scam you by making money off referrals to scam sites. They have no interest in helping people, just making money off sending them to scammers. Apparently, they only care about making scam money instead of helping people
Online portal goes down for weeks at a time. No access to account. They will take your money but they won’t let you see the details or check a balance and if you try to call they will put you in hold for over an hour. Obviously a scam or a shady company maneuver. No access to my account for over a week in insane.
For the past 2 weeks, the app AND the website have been down with the message “System Maintenance” This is absolutely unacceptable to prevent users from being able to see their loan. I’m looking to pay it off in a few weeks and I can’t even see what my balance would be. Ridiculous.
