I’m not really sure of the point of having an app that has less features than the calculator on my iPhone. Billions of dollars at Lexis’ disposal and this is the end product? I mean you can’t even access cases saved or click on cases previously searched. Take this app and put it in the garbage where it belongs. Tighten up, Lexis!
I wish the iPad app was as nice as the desktop site
My favorite features of the LexisNexis desktop site are the quick and easy Boolean searches and the quick and easy access to my folders. If the iPad app had these features, the app would be so much more efficient and convenient. I also would like to see my Lexis points, but that’s not a necessity—it would just be nice!
I like this new app that they released because it’s simple to get to the cases I need quickly. I had an issue that needed to be handled immediately while I was at the grocery store. I got on the app, was able to quickly search for the materials I needed, filtered it, and got the cases I needed and sent them back to the partner.
This app makes it easy to look up cases, statutes or even breaking news. Super helpful especially when something is needed quickly without needing to open a laptop, etc. A must have!
You can’t even highlight in the app. This app has very few features. I don’t understand why Lexis has so many problems maintaining consistent levels of service / features. This is supposed to be their premium “+” service.
Lexis+ app refuses to let me log in on my credentials. I use Lexis+ on the web every day with this account, but the app is inexplicably nonfunctional and gives no useful error message. Just a popup that says “Unexpected Error.” It is totally nonfunctional.
Can this app really be called “Lexis+” if it doesn’t even resemble the website? It also completely lacks the new AI functionality. I may as well open Lexis in Safari on my iPhone.
App refuses to let me sign in even though I am 100% sure my username and password are correct. Great concept to have LexisNexis in a tablet app, especially for student like myself, but sadly the execution is not there yet.
