Terrific!

This app is wonderful. It cuts to the chase, not busy, easy to use, and a snapshot of all my accounts activity. Most importantly, it’s reliable. It’s simple and non-cluttered. Congrats to the developer. Now, if LGFCU would move on to supporting Direct Connect 2 via Yodlee and software other than Quicken (Banktivity). Quicken for Mac is horrible and inferior to other similar offerings and has been for many, many years. Especially, the desktop version which is my primary source of use. After decades, I have no hope for seeing improvements in Q Mac. This week the company once again changed ownership! Hope the developer of this app could work on DC2 with Yodlee. LGFCU please give the go ahead. They obviously know what they’re doing!

Easiest Bank App

The LGFCU is the easiest online banking app that you’d ever want to use. You have to select your own four digit pin to use to open up the app to get to your checking and savings account. When the app is opened you’re able to see your balances with one glance. It is so easy to use especially for us senior citizens. Thank you credit union for designing this easy app to use.

Terrible service

I’ve sent in several messages about this app. It’s DEFINITELY not user friendly. Paying an 1800/month mortgage should not be this stressful. I’m currently with Bank of America and thought about switching but there’s no way I can manage my accounts like this . I just wanted to pay my mortgage each month on time and I’m scared every time I do because there is no way to automatically pull the funds from my savings to my mortgage without manually doing it each month and when I do there’s no confirmation email or text to let me know it posted the way it should. I wish I could do this automatically every month and not have to stress so bad about paying it. The money is available that’s not the problem, I just need an easier more efficient way of making my payments

Needs the ability to lock and unlock your card

Works great no real problem with it. The only problem is that there’s no way to lock and unlock your debit card in case you lose your card or it gets stolen to prevent people from using it without your permission if they add this feature, I would be happy to do a second review given it five stars because that feature is the only thing that is missing.

Excellent

I love that I can do almost everything without opening my laptop right from my phone. This makes it very convenient to check my balance and transfer funds at the grocery store, etc. I also love that I can pay my Credit card bill and even my car payment at the touch of a button.

Happy Customer

This app has been a great asset for me. It isn’t complicated and that’s great for someone my age. I have been with LGFCU for almost 30 years and it gets better in customer services and it thinks of the older population when improving their services so that we all have a great banking experience. I am home and is not ever planning to change.

IPadOS Needs a Landscape Mode

I am happy the app has arrived! I love the functionality of the app. It works great for my iPhone; however, I am still forced to use the web version of the app for iPad. It is too cumbersome to remove my iPad form its stand to change the orientation to portrait mode. I hope that landscape is considered for a future update. Otherwise, great app.

Love this app

This app makes it so easy to keep up with my accounts. I can transfer more right on my phone, I can upload pictures of my checks to put money right in my account, and I can pay my bills. The app is very functional, I’ve never had a problem with it not working.

Convenient

The app is more convenient than logging into the website on the internet. They have also upgraded to where you can see your full account number on the app instead of having to log into the full website on the internet.

App is always been great evening. It's original stage of struggles. Since the updates over time, it is only gotten better and usually always available when I need it. Great bank Great App glad I've been a member for over 25 years.

Just right! Works great!

I signed up for it in less than a minute! It works great. Nothing extra to slow you down like other banking apps. Nothing extraneous like a “virtual assistant” popping up to distract you—because it’s not needed! I figured out how to use the app immediately. No learning curve. Totally worth the wait!

Love it

I love the simplicity of this app! I love that it’s not to busy and get you where you need to be at one glance! Seamless.. if we can get the app to transfer money to other LGFCU or Secu accounts, and a way to withdraw money without the atm.. I would never have to go to the bank!! Good job and kudos to the developer.

Basic Banking App

This app gives basic banking information. It allows you to deposit mobily, check credits and debits, and transfer to and from outside accounts. One thing I do not like about it is you can’t see your ending balance for the day. When you scroll back through your checking account it’s hard to tell if the credits and debits are correct. This concerns me.

Very convenient

My only wish besides what the app already does or has is having an option to filter down to only seeing a particular transaction by me narrowing down on a search engine. I don’t think the app can do this. But other than this, it’s allows me to do everything else needed.

Finally!!

Full Screen

Inside the app on an iPhone 12 it doesn’t show full screen. The app only shows mid screen while the remainder of the screen is black. You cannot pull it down, nor can you see all of your account information. Please fix this. The “More” option on the menu bar pulls up a blank screen, well at least that’s all I see because again it does not show full screen. Very difficult to use, so I have to keep going online to view my information.

Great staff, friendly and beautiful smiles. They always ready to help you with all your needs. Services is fast. And applying for a loan they will try again and let you know what you need to do if rejected to get excepted. Thanks you guys.🥰

I’ve been banking with LGFCU for over three decades. And, it only gets better. The customer service is terrific and you’re treated with respect the moment you walk into a branch. The mobile app is easy to navigate and that is so important to me. I love banking with this credit union!

Best bank hands down. Worked for some and had accounts w others but you can’t beat what they have to offer. The app now doing mobile deposits is just the Cherry on top.

iOS app kicks me out

I usually have no problem using this app, but for the past few weeks when I try to load into it, it wants to kick me out before I even get to the sign in portion. I have tried everything I could think of to fix the issue, deleted the app (multiple times) deleted other apps freed up storage and I am still having the same issue. I believe there isn’t anything else I can do so the problem must be on the developers side.

Never Regretted This Wonderful Bank

I love LGFCU has excellent customer service BAR NONE. I’ve been with them for a few to several years now. I like the way they do business and they treat you like you have a big bank account even though you don’t!

Easy and user friendly.

Super easy to perform a quick check on your balance and what has cleared. Easy to transfer funds between checking and savings. All I really use it for. But if that’s all you need. Perfect

I love the app and was so glad when they finally introduced the banking app! Much easier to do deposits and bill pay from mobile device! So far no glitches / crashes and works perfectly!!

Review

I love the updates… everything is pretty much at my fingertips now. I don’t have to go searching for acct numbers, routing numbers etc it is right here. Also the FICO score page is an awesome tool.. Thank you so much!

The balances are always not accurate if I’ve had a recent deposit when I sign in and then it gives me the accurate balance

This NEW App is convenient!

Well, at least, it’s NEW to me. It’s convenient, easy to log in and out, to view and access my accounts. I can transfer funds, handle billing, and deposit checks.

I really like the app!!

I really like the app and how it has dark mode. The only thing I wish it had was to give each account a nicknames. Other than that it’s perfect, absolutely love bill pay!!

Please add search feature :)

A search feature for purchases/transactions would be so helpful, especially when tracking monthly auto-drafts. Presently, you have to scroll back through all purchases to find a specific transaction, which is inefficient.

I guess I’m a year late looking at all the other reviews. But I love this. LGFCU has been my bank for over 10 years. I’ve been waiting for this app all my life (haha). So easy and convenient. I love it. Thank you!

Overall satisfied

LGCU has always been easy to work with. Loans and estate planning are very reasonable. The ease of moving money around through the app is easy as it could ever be.

Issues

I will gladly update this once it actually works. The app just keep saying “loading failed” I only downloaded the app because the full site on the web was not working and I need my account numbers. If this app actually starts working I would be ecstatic because I hate having to go to the browser anytime I want to check my balance. This seriously needs some bug fixes

Stolen identity

Not really the app I have an issue with. My wife debit card number was stolen and $909 charged to our account. She immediately contacted LGFCU. The card canceled and a new one issued. I am still waiting for the $909 dollars to be returned to my account so I can pay my bills. My debt collectors do not care that this happened and they want there money. How long does this take? We didn’t make the purchases and I want my money.
