I got my card in the mail soon as I download the app to register I completed the registration and when it’s time to press complete it just does nothing it won’t let me register in the app at all I just type in my information it does nothing after that
It worked great for awhile but about a year ago when I went to open it one day it said that I had the wrong credentials and it locked me out! Everyone that I know who uses the app has also had this problem and it’s no longer usable.
This is the worst app ever. I can NEVER login, when I try it says account locked too many attempts. I try to change my password and now it can’t find my account. Sick of this app!
I have never had a issue using the app, it has always worked for me. Starting last month early September, I get a error popup when logging in “LOGIN FAILED, Please Try Again” nothing you do works to fix it I tried resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling the app everything, but still get the same thing as above “LOGING FAILED, Please Try Again”. The only way now is to check it through the website which takes forever. I don’t know what happened for the developers to break the app and not acknowledge the many users posting the same exact problems and errors and not doing anything to let us know or fix the issue. A update or follow up on what is wrong would go a long way.
It prompted me that my password has expired and that I needed to reset it, I did then it said error with locking in like my information I was entering was wrong. It kept tell me to retry, when I did nothing worked. I even tried deleting and redownloading but still nothing, I’m still locked out!!! This app is horrible just like everyone in the review section says! Still locked out, what’s the point in an app that doesn’t work. When things aren’t rushed to be created that’s when it actually works, this app is a joke! It was rushed and such a headache!!
I recently changed phones and I don’t know if that’s the issue but when I go to the app that is downloaded on my phone, I cannot check my balance. I have reported it several times and all I get is what seems to be an automatic response that does not help me in anyway. the only thing I can gather from these responses is that perhaps my account has been locked out and I need to re-register. I have tried to register again and it tells me that I’m already registered, so what is going on. I did this morning, Google how to update the app in case it was not updated, and I was able to login there and get my balance.
I am also having issues with getting into my daughters account & i have tried everything there is & everything they have asked for but it’s still not correct. This is very uncalled for because we don’t know when we get them or anything else of that matter!! Can someone simply help a parent out?
I’ve been locked out of my account and when I go to reset it, it needs Social security number but he was signed up though the school so when I set it up I had to use it school Id number. The ID number isn’t long enough to reset account. I contacted though a chat to reset it and they want you to add your credit card info and pay. Also when I set it up I did security question’s so why are those not being asked?
& customer service tells me to do the same stuff every time I call. Then I call the numbers. I put the information in the two different ways they say to. Then when throwing me around a few times they tell me someone will call within 48 hours. :( Twice. My friends are happy to feed me sometimes but in this economy, they need to worry about their own kids. I need help y’all. This app doesn’t work. Can’t activate my card. If anybody else can’t activate their card, I can about promise this app will be zero help.
I hope this will help but the app doesn’t load or let you login when it does it just crashes. I believe if you do a update to fix the bugs it would fix a lot of the problem ppl are having. The app was great when it worked but now it just a waste of space on your phone please fix. I know a lot of ppl depend on the app. Yes there is another app the tells you how much is on your card but it doesn’t let you register your card or update your pin. Or even order a new card. Love the app just need to be fixed
I was able to create (or so I thought) and account with the email I’m using now but when I tried to log in it told me incorrect information. After failed attempts I decided to try to make a new account with my back up email. It then tells me it’s already in use. So I made a brand new gmail account and it told me the same thing. I’m unable to check my balance without calling due to the old website being shut down already. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
I am having an issue logging into the app. I keep getting login failed. I have also reset my password and still didn’t work l. Then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still didn’t work. I am also only able to login through website and it does take longer and is very disappointing. The app is to make it easier for us to use and would love it fixed and and update given on the problem.
New update makes this app unusable. The old version worked perfectly. If/when it works it will be great as was the old version. Until then keep the old one and if it’s too late for you just use the web browser version on your phone. We got to reliant on apps because it’s so easy and convenient. Just take the extra 30 seconds to google the website and check your balance there.
I entered my email and password then it says login fail. I go to help and try to reset password. It says it found my account but have to register. I try to register and it won’t let me cause it says I already have an account….ugh!!!! Please some one help. Where can I get help with this issue. I tried deleting the app and downloading it and still can’t get in. I know I have the right password cause I wrote it down.
This app worked one time for me to set up the account. I was able to log in that night. The next day it won’t let me do anything. Can’t log in, can’t click forgot password. Can’t even create a new account. No matter what email I try to use it says it already has that email in the system when it does not! I’m so beyond annoyed at this point. I’ve been trying to get back into my account since the app was first created. Go back to the old app!
when creating this app was the elderly even taken into mind..?! I ask because do you know how frustrating it is for the elderly to be forced to change their password every month or two. the older folks have a hard time with the internet and passwords as it is. but to force them to constantly change their password is ridiculous. huge fail and let down
This app isn’t loading the balance and activity page anymore and won’t do Face ID log ins. Idk if it’s been hacked or what but I’m deleting this app and downloading the one with 5 stars. I hope my info hasn’t been leaked bc last week I was in the store knowing I had $86 and while checking out my card wouldn’t go thru. I showed the cashier my balance and all of a sudden my page reloaded to a balance of ZERO 0!!!! I called and they can’t help me!
I used this app for about two months before it started giving me problems. I’ve had to change my password numerous times and it still will not let me log in to see my balance without going through the process of resetting a new password. I don’t know if this is a temporary bug, but I implore someone to fix the issue. This app would be very helpful if it worked.
How can you add another account if you have more than one child that gets the PEBT?! It’s only letting me add one an when clicking add a second account it keeps asking for social security number but it doesn’t go by their SC# it’s goes by student ID# an it won’t give that option! So how can you add another account to switch back and forth to check balances?

This app is horrible and there is no help. Since Lousiana switched to this app I have never been able to login to my account. When I enter my info it says it’s incorrect when I request new password it tells me my email is associated with another account. Most annoying app ever and emails never get replied so questions go unanswered.!
I installed this trying to activate my card and tried using the phone number sent with my card but neither one of them work and the app won’t verify me even though my brother got his to work and I’ve entered the information three times already and it just won’t work and it’s getting very frustrating so I’ll just wait and try again later
If I use the same login that is saved on my phone that I use on the website it says login failed on the app… locked out of account multiple times, sometimes it works. Nothing but a mess and it hasn’t been updated in almost a year. I discovered the “Providers” app from another comment, WOW, way better! I don’t know why I was ever using this LifeInCheck app, lol.
This app has not been updated in 11 months! That is beyond pathetic! Persistent issues with logging in. I was locked out of my account. Tried to reset my password. Then I get a “login failure” message. I cannot access my account. Who knows how many people this has affected! App is only getting a one star review for the lack of work on this app. Obviously the developer doesn’t care.
Every time I try checking balance I almost ALWAYS have trouble logging in. It says that invalid information. I have had to reset my password almost every time thinking it was me forgetting what password I set but come to find out it was the app. I went online to check and put in the password and it let me in easily.
My kids school sent out cards. I’m trying to set up 3 cards with the app. It only let me do one, with the other two it’s kicking me out of the app. Went to the website it allowed me to do one but the other one I had problems with.
This app was my favorite, but since the update recently it will NOT load. The screen stays on a black loading screen. What’s interesting is I am able to access my account just fine via website, although which isn’t very convenient. The update also took away Face ID! I really hope this app gets fixed asap.
Since the app has been updated it does not work! It will ask you to log in and then take forever loading as if it is going to log you in and it never does. The makeover of the app has caused it to not work at all meaning you’ll have to call the number to check your balance etc. It is such an inconvenience
Ok the new NEW update has fixed the loading issue. I still wish it had the Face ID back but I’m satisfied that I can quickly check my account. Thanks for listening! ❤️
This app does not save your login information does not allow for Face ID and requires you to reset your security questions in order to reset your password. It is the most absolutely useless app I have ever used. I was looking for something that would be simpler than calling in and dialing in my card number. This is absolutely not it!
This app used to work perfectly, could log in with face id and everything.. then one day they decided to “update” the app which worked perfectly.. from then on there has been error after error ! Cant log in , lost face id support, why would they try to fix something that worked Perfectly… im done with this app!
App was working great until the new update. Made me change my password and once I’m in the balance page won’t load. No more fingerprint or face recognition feature either since update. Hopefully, these issue get fixed asap. Update: App has been fixed and works great. Thanks for fixing the issue.
Every single time I have to log in to check my balance, I have to do a reset password and it takes about 10 mins every single time to do this. The passwords are never saved and you HAVE to reset the password everytime you log in. This is inconvenient and needs to be fixed.
It has always been an issue for me to log in.. since last year. I have set my password multiple times, says password is updated and then I go to sign in- nope. Password incorrect. This has got to be an easy fix but considering this is an EBT program, I am not surprised that the creators of this app simply do not care.
This app is horrible! I tried resetting my password and it says verification failed when i know my own birthday and social and I just set the account up like a week ago with my information that I can’t even use now I’ll go back to using the other app that shows everything I need and delete this useless one
New update doesn’t work. Made me create a new password. Had to refresh and log back in, but doesn’t load. Only keeps buffering. Will allow you to click on “account” side, but won’t allow you to see “balance” side, which is the side that stays buffering. Can we get the old site back please?
Not only did they do away from the automatic Face ID login, you can’t even get information within the app. It’s constantly stuck on the loading cycle screen. Do not use this app or if you have it DO NOT UPDATE IT. Log in to your browser. Hopefully they fix it soon but something tells me they won’t. Revert this update.
I’ve been using the app for a while now & I never had any issues aside from it not letting me add the kids pebt. Now it’s not even showing me my balance anymore. The new update is horrible. It just keeps loading. I haven’t been able to check my balance using the app since the update so I guess it’s time to delete it.
I thought it was just me, but apparently everyone is getting the same error I’ve changed my password a million times and you would think they would see these reviews and fix it but here we are months later with no update 🤬🤬 I hope they fix it bc I really loved how convenient the app was!!

I keep getting login failed no matter what I try. I have gone through the password change many times and during password change I could get on the site, but after signing out and trying to sign back in it won’t let me. All I get is login failed failed.
For the past month, every time I go to log in to see my balance I keep getting a “Login Failed” message. So I attempted to change my password thinking that could’ve been the problem. Nope. Still getting that message! The only way I can check my balance is online. Please fix this issue!!
Why is it every time I log into my account it just buffers and buffers and buffers this is ridiculous. I can never check my balance and when I log out it never logs me out. It keeps my information on the screen. This is a very big problem and y’all need to work on fixing it.

I can log in on the website just fine. When I try to log in on the app with the same email and password, I get an error message every time. Why are y’all even bothering with this garbage app? Just direct people to your website that actually works.
