The old app was pretty prehistoric , but that being said it actually worked ......you could log in , pay bills , see your account total after every transaction...... this new app (that they forced me to get) is definitely not as good as the old one, if you manage to log in and not get an error you will find that you can’t pay bills anymore. Also for some reason this app doesn’t show your total accountBalance after every transaction and , for reasons that Would take too long to explain , bugs the crap out of me. ... I love LNB ....BUT MAN I HATE THIS APP

The app is constantly down, and you don’t know when it’s going to be back up or what’s going on because LNB doesn’t post anything to social media. The remote deposit limits how much you can deposit a day, so forget it if you have multiple checks! Finding out your credit card statements is a hassle. The website isn’t much better. They need to invest in their technology.
At the beginning it was decent , still a lot worse than the previous app. Not to mention that for the past few days I can’t even log into the app , it’s saying my credentials are wrong and I can’t even try to change my password because that’s faulty too. Just fix this app ....
The last version of the app allowed you to transfer funds to an account not held by you but other members of LNB. It’d be beneficial if this feature came back in this version instead of having to log in the bankwithlnb.com.
This app is by far the worst banking app I’ve ever used!!!! It’s constantly down and the transfer money/ bill pay option is constantly “unavailable at this time”! Thinking of switching banks solely because this app does NOT allow me to do what I need to!! Very disappointed!!!
There’s no excuse for a bank like this to have such a bad app. It’s totally useless! It doesn’t even have direct deposit for business accounts and you can’t view a copy of your statement. Lyons shouldn’t even bother having this app.
Worst banking app I have ever used. It can never validate my credentials. Password is correct. Use my fingerprint. Still won’t work. Leave it for a few hours and then it is fine. But you can never get on it when you need to
Every time you log into the app you get an error message and have to go back and start over. Also, the decimal point is missing on the Mobil deposit so I can’t deposit a check.
Never lets me log in or use face-id. After about 3 weeks I have to change the password because it won’t let me use it and then changing the password hardly works correctly either.
I love LNB, the bank is great. I’ve been with them a long time. Their previous app was simple, reliable, and easy to use. This new app that I was forced to switch to, works maybe 10% of the time. I’m pretty annoyed with it actually. Give me back the old app!
Not being able to pay bills online is a dealbreaker for me. Guess I’ll go back to ESL. I Opened my account 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my debit card. Not a good way to start with new customers.
