LoanDepot is by far the best mortgage company I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a customer. Although large, LoanDepot provides outstanding personal customer service along with user-friendly technology effectively meeting needs of customers in an effective and efficient manner. The end result is LoanDepot exceeds customer exceptions in ALL respects!
Need to make it where we can make payments to our escrow and make extra payments pacifically to certain areas of the loan like making a extra payment to just the principal part of the loan.
Need a way to see the current value of the property.
This application is excellent. But I see for others it has a way to see the current value of the property after re-appraisal. Please have something like that. Thanks.
Made a payment before due date thinking it would take moving auto payment forward and resulted with me being charged twice. 5 days before auto payment I tried clicking dismiss auto payment icon on app and it didn’t work. I called customer service for a refund on second payment and this don’t issue refunds. Would never recommend loan depot to anyone!!
I really like this app, it’s super user friendly except when I’m trying to see when my next payment is due if I’ve paid in advance on a month. I used to have usbank as my serviced and it was a lot easier to tell about the next payment due info.
Had to build an entire account for them to tell me that I could not link my loan at this time because my loan is handled out of the New Jersey branch. Go to log into the New Jersey branch and it says my credentials do not match so the company is acquiring email addresses for advertisement purposes only. This is absolutely terrible practice and I will be finding a new mortgage company. No response from loan depot just a terrible practice.

I have tried many times to make my mortgage payments through the app. However, the app continuously freezes each time I try to click on make a payment. I have to restart the app every single time and it still doesn’t work. It’s easier to just go online to make payments.
App worked fine and was much better than the regular website. However, the latest version just opens and won't all one to schedule a payment nor view previous payments. It doesn't appear to do anything other than open.
Loan Depot was hacked three weeks ago. The web site is down and the App become useless. No one answers the phone and one only gets pre-recorded messages. I still have no way of knowing the updated loan balances. Before the cyber incidence, the App is decent. Why does it take them so long and not recovered from the cyber incidence?
This app is awful in my opinion. I can see what my payment is but other than that I can’t make payments, preview details, or anything!! This needs to be fixed in order for this app to be useful. Very disappointment!
