Impressive — but I have some feedback (devolopers please read)
Highly impressive, and a stunning experience. The Loftie Smart Alarm clock has such a variety of sounds and playlists. On the other hand, I have a few suggestions that wouldn’t be too hard to follow through with. For one, a little bit of animation between different menu items on the clock would make the UI and display feel much more intuitive. It would also be great if there was a option to connect your Loftie Smart Lamp to your clock so that we could control our lamps directly from our clocks to further eliminate the use of screens. My final suggestion is that we can upload custom audio files to our clocks to play music tracks, ebooks, and other meditation tracks. Honestly, it really wouldn’t be that hard, and I would hope a company like Loftie would do something to work to add these suggestions. Is this possible? A response to this would be great, thank you! All in all, amazing product!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
I thought the lamp was a little expensive but I loved the idea of having a calming glow before bedtime and good lighting in the morning, especially for the dark mornings during a Chicago winter. I bought mine from the certified Loftie “refurbished” section but I thought it would be like an Apple product because I saw soooo many great reviews. I’m assuming they delete the bad ones. Worse than my money, I have wasted hours trying to get this thing to work. And now I’m spending even more time writing this review to save someone the frustration. 1. It doesn’t stay connected to WiFi no matter how many times I connect it. It immediately disconnects on the next prompt. When it’s not connected (always), you also have no control over changing anything. 2. You only have two choices of colors you pick - the other three colors are presets. 3. It turns on in the middle of the night as if it’s trying to reset itself (this is a new fun one). 4. The only reason I’ve been desperate to get it to reconnect to WiFi was so I could change the morning waking color. I’ve no idea what happened but it’s suddenly a weird green base and white top color. I chose a pale yellow. I forget the color name. 5. It’s beautiful color shades but it’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Please dont waste your time.

A Game Changer!
So, I recently got the Loftie Clock, and honestly, it's a game-changer. First off, the design is super sleek and modern – it looks great on my nightstand. The best part is the two-phase alarm system. Instead of jolting you awake, it gently eases you out of sleep with soothing sounds, which makes getting up in the morning a lot more pleasant. Another cool feature is the built-in white noise and nature sounds. I used to use my phone for this, but having it all in one device is really convenient. Plus, it means I can leave my phone in another room and not get distracted before bed. The display is nice and dim at night, so it doesn’t light up the whole room, but it's still easy to read. Setting it up was pretty straightforward too – the app is user-friendly and pairs quickly with the clock. Overall, the Loftie Clock is a bit on the pricier side, but I think it's worth it for the quality and features it offers. If you're looking for a stylish and functional alarm clock that helps improve your sleep routine, I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

New clock
I haven’t used it for its full capabilities but as for the multiple alarms it has worked great. Every morning before bed I had to ensure the volume on my iPhone wasn’t too low or painfully loud. Having the Loftie I know it will go off on my different scheduled alarms (surprisingly hard feature to find in other clocks). I work M-th and wake at 4:30am then I wake up F-Sun at 5:30 to go to the gym. So like an iPhone I can set separate alarms. This was the biggest feature I was looking for in a clock. My only issue (which isn’t much of an issue) and maybe I can disable it, but it does an alarm then snooze for 9 min then a get up alarm. I don’t like snoozing and would just like the one alarm to go off. However, I just get up during the first and it’s not a big deal… all in all I am satisfied with it. $150 is a bit for the reasoning of just an alarm clock but I just don’t need the other bells and whistles. Some people may enjoy it, but not waking up to full volume panic phone alarm is worth it to me.

Great Product, Atrocious App Programming
I have nearly 50 smart devices in my home across 8 different apps. I am well versed in how to setup, maintain and customize these devices. The Loftie app is one of the worst I have used. It’s confusing to use, extremely complicated and not user friendly. The products are great. I have the alarm clock and two lamps. The programming behind everything has made those products useless sometimes. I have had to reset the WiFi on both lamps nearly a dozen times, sometimes back to back. The WiFi setup process in general is terrible. The app doesn’t remember WiFi networks or passwords so you have to enter it over and over. The alarm setup is way overly complex. You can’t set the sunrise light on the lamps to any color you want-only the colors they choose for you. You also can’t set multiple alarms to different colors. You have to choose one sunrise light and that’s all you get for multiple alarms. So if you wanted to have the lights change to a nice sunrise color in the morning and then a daylight at noon, too bad. Can’t do that. Loftie could have an incredible product if they would fire all of their current devs and relaunch the app under a more advanced UX Developer.

Fails at Primary Function
First day with Loftie. Noticed some small issues but figured there were just some user error issues with understanding all the settings. For instance, what is the difference between the bed notification and the wind down? The app doesn’t really say what either does. Second day with Loftie. Woke up 40 minutes late today because the neither the lamp nor the alarm clock alarms went off. Opened the app to find all my alarms deleted. Really no use in using a product that is so tied to the app that it defeats the purpose of not using a phone alarm clock. Update: (adjust from 1 star to 4 star) after working out some kinks, the Loftie clock and lamp are working as they should. You definitely have to set everything up in the app, and only connect one phone to the app. There is still some lack of clarity in the app (not 5 stars) with regard to what everything does but we are slowly figuring it out.

Helps me wake AND go to sleep!
I am a 63-year-old who uses technological devices only when they are obviously helpful. I don’t use them when it takes even a modest amount of work to get them to do what I want. Simplicity is the most important factor. The good news is that I was able to set up and start using my Loftie clock right away. And it only took me 3 nights of using it to be comfortable with the controls I need/want. The set up was simple. The controls are simple. The menu is simple. All of it was designed to get the functions that I need without a whole bunch of other menus, adjustments, customizations, options, etc. Its elegance is in its simplicity. And there are helpful videos online. One of my favorite features is the ability to turn off the screen, to go blackout. In the past, when waking up throughout the night if I looked at the clock and saw how many hours I had left, it would cause me anxiety. For that reason, I will not ever have a standard alarm clock on my bedside table. I confess that I wasn’t always able to leave my iPhone alone at bedtime. Now I simply listen to the ambient sounds from my Loftie. I’m beginning to associate those sounds with bedtime, a powerful Pavlovian response. Overall, I am delighted with my Loftie. I love its simplicity. I love how it has improved not only how I wake up but how I go to sleep.

It could be great
The app UI is clean and simple, there are a lot of complaints for lack of customization but as products get more features it gets jumbled and hard to sort so I don’t mind the simplicity. My main gripe is that the app doesn’t allow for shortcuts. The lamp only has a button on the back which is harder to press than pulling on a traditional lamp string or pressing a switch and if this is meant to push the app more, there should be a push towards integrating this app with Apple’s UI. It’d be nice to control my lamp with an action button or shortcut on my phone, I’d be able to automate the lamp through my Home Screen, etc. If you’re going to push towards using software specifically to control the lamp, why not have widgets that can control the lamp colors? Hoping that this is an option in the future :)

Could be so good - but the app!
I have never left a review for an app before but I just want to provide some honest feedback with the hopes that it makes things better down the line. I love the concept of the Loftie and all the features of the clock itself are great. But the app!!! It’s so glitchy. Alarms are difficult to set, just the fact that you have to go into one to see what day it’s set for is counterintuitive and I constantly have this issue where I go into an alarm and set it/edit it and save or create a new one and a different one is deleted off my list of alarms. Or the one I just created didn’t show up. At a minimum would love to see the list of alarms you have set with the day(s) of the week included without having to go into the specific alarm, and would love to see the glitches with setting and saving alarms fixed. I still use my Loftie despite these challenges but I get super frustrated and it’s a waste of time to have to set alarms multiple times. Hoiping the team is at work on some of these!

Glitchy, STILL Not Worth It
Another update and the app is still buggy as an anthill. The alarm times and tones don’t sync, even after multiple restarts. I resorted to completely unpairing from wifi and reconnecting. Aaaand… They still don’t sync. The idea of the clock and app are quite clever. The execution of those ideas continues to be sub par, at best. And the Customer Support response to my issue with expedited shipping tells me that they’re not really reading these reviews — just responding with pat platitudes and promises. (Yes, I know shipping is free; expedited — which I paid for — is not. And expedited shipping that takes 10 days instead of two is not actually expedited. Yes, I contacted customer service many times. No, they did not help me. ) —— Since the last update, when I set a time on the alarm for specific days of the week, the app doesn’t save my settings and instead sets that time for the whole week. I go back to change it, and the same thing happens again. Over and over and over. The same issue happens with the alarm tone. I change it, and it doesn’t save. I had high hopes for this clock and it’s been nothing but a hassle from the moment I ordered it. (Tip: Don’t pay for expedited shipping. I paid $34 for second day air and the clock didn’t arrive for more than a week. The Loftie customer service offered no help and instead just repeatedly blamed UPS.)

Accurate, auto-updating, and soothing sleep sounds
I bought a Loftie after my last atomic clock started showing the wrong time. For me, it’s overkill; I won’t be sending myself off to dreamland with stories, for example. But I DO enjoy the Ice Storm sound, and the fact that it has a sleep timer to turn the sound off so it doesn’t play all night. I honestly haven’t used the app much. Many people seem to find the unit itself difficult to navigate; I have not found this to be the case. When I have used the app, the navigation is clean and clear enough, though I’ve had the sense that it could be improved to be a bit more intuitive. All around it’s a solid clock and a better-than-acceptable app.

Feels like a Beta app
The app definitely feels like the first iteration. Simple things like listing the days the alarms repeat on the Alarms screen would be helpful when trying to find which one to edit. There’s a bug when you first set up an alarm where the days selection you make isn’t saved, and defaults back to all days, meaning you have to go in and edit it again. I still don’t understand how to play saved sounds from the app onto my clock. There’s also a weird lack of control between the phone and the clock- for example, why not send me a push notification when the bedtime reminder is going off? It’s so quiet I often can’t hear it when I’m in the living room. It would also be nice to turn off or control the alarm from my phone if I get up before it naturally, then hear it across the house. Overall it’s a decent idea but the app is still seriously lacking in functionality.

Beautiful clock
The Loftie alarm clock is a beautiful addition to any bedroom, boasting an elegant design that fits seamlessly with modern decor. One of its standout features is the array of soothing alarm sounds, which create a gentle and pleasant wake-up experience. The calming tones are perfect for starting the day on a positive note. However, while the relaxing sounds are a highlight, there is a notable absence of a more robust, harsh alarm option. For those who have difficulty waking up, this might be a drawback. Despite this, the Loftie alarm clock excels in style and tranquility, making it a great choice for light sleepers or those looking to enhance their morning routine with serene sounds.

The app is great. The clock has been giving me troubles.
One thing that I would definitely say is I love the weakness of the clock and I love all of the avenues on the app itself story making so far has been my favorite also love all the different sound you guys play I would recommend an update where you can click a sound on your app, and it will play to your clock My Clock unfortunately continues to disconnect from the Wi-Fi saying that the Wi-Fi is not strong but all of my other electronics have no problem with connecting and staying connected to the Wi-Fi so that’s been my biggest problem and unfortunately it is starting to become a little annoying as I’ve only had it for a day now and it’s already showing significant problems

Lots of potential, but fails on the “gentle wake”
Overall, it’s a quality product. I use it solely for the alarm, but it’s very reliable, and most of all, easy to use. Buttons are great, and the app works perfectly. My issue with the alarm is how they promote all these really great sounds (which they really are), but you only have ten, relatively jarring sounds to use as the alarm noises for each alarm. It’s misleading and unclear on the website. The nature sounds for the “sound machine” are unavailable for an alarm. Any nature sounds for the alarm are supplemented with iPhone alarms, gongs, bells, etc., so it’s really “waves + marimbas” or “jungle + bells” — not exactly a soft way to wake up. I don’t understand why they can’t keep it simple or make them more customizable given the cost of this alarm. Also, you get ONE alarm volume for both the round 1 alarm and the round 2 alarm. I find myself rarely waking to the round 1 (wake up tone) alarm, but jarred awake with the second one (getup tone). Maybe that’s the idea, but I bought this to wake up gently, and I’m not getting that experience at all. Loftie—please make it happen for us! It’s got so much potential.

App is broken and near useless. Clock is nice.
A ‘smart’ alarm clock is nearly useless if the app cannot turn on and off AN ALARM! This is a persistent problem with Loftie - inability to sync basic functions. The recent spate of 5-star reviews appear quite suspicious. Read down farther and you will see many poor reviews saying the same thing as me. As context, in theory, I really like the clock. But in practice, if I can’t set or change an alarm, it is unable to call itself an alarm clock. Buyer beware! Update - this morning - Monday mornings morning - I woke up late because Loftie alarm didn’t make any sound! Are you kidding me? The volume is up near the top. Two separate alarms go off. There was sound on Saturday - but no sound on Monday. The execution by Loftie of the basics - setting an alarm and making it go off - are so hilariously bad.

Lamp is great; App is awful
The lamp is great and has a lot of potential but it is limited by the app, which is terrible. Things to fix: the app only allows you to program two “alarms”. Why this limit? And you can only program them to come on, not the length of time they’re on. I was initially playing with the multitude of lamp settings when I set one alarm, and now it is impossible to change that moody setting. Do I have to delete the whole app to reset this? In sum: allow as many on/off programs as users want (see the iPhone alarms); allow users to program the time off as well as on for each period; allow changes to the light setting for these active periods; allow changes or deletion of these “alarms”; don’t call them “alarms” — just timer settings perhaps.

Best alarm clock ever
My husband bought this for me because I am a chronic insomniac, but this clock has helped my relax on the days that I’m having trouble sleeping. I love the nature sounds, white noise, and the customized stories. It has built in guided meditation & so forth. The alarm sounds are soothing and it doesn’t wake you up with an loud annoying sound. I can’t recommend this to my friends enough. Of course, it isn’t a magic clock. You have to work with it in order to build a regular bed time routine and less phone time at night, and that’s exactly what it’s been helping me do. Great clock.

It’s got some good features, but could be better
I want to be able to make my own playlists out of the content from the app — is there something I am missing here? Why wouldn’t that be just a no-brainer feature? The storymaker feature is really cool, I love listening to one while getting settled in bed. I also like the snoozecasts (wish there were more!) and meditations. Soundbaths are great too… I do wish I could add my own content. I like the app Insight for guided meditations much better tbh, and wish I could load that content onto my clock.

The app does not function
After being a loyal Loftie clock and double lamp owner, it’s clear that the app is still not functioning as designed. When setting alarms for wake up or settings for winding down, alarm times appear that have nothing to do with the times that I have set. Once I reset the wake up time and the wind down time, it’s only a matter of minutes before they reset to incorrect times again or only focus on one of the two lamps, despite the fact that I’ve toggled both lamps on for the alarms. I’ve shared my feedback via email to the Loftie support team and they’ve shut down responding because the owner does not want to respond. I love the products, but the app needs a great deal of attention.

Latest update Issues
Since the latest update I’m having several issues with my Loftie. Another reviewer also stated one one the issues I’ve been experiencing since the latest update. First major issue is my Loftie is now telling the wrong time (when selected on auto, and I never had to set it another way). I tried all the troubleshooting tips via the website with no luck. Second issue is I’ve tried several times since the update to save alarms. I go to create an alarm on specific days, and it reverts to all days every time. Also, when I hit done to save an alarm, the app shows I have no saved alarms.

clock changed my experience of waking up
Well-designed clock that has greatly enhanced my experience of waking up. I used to hate waking up in the morning - I’d feel groggy for almost 30 mins and really struggled to get out of bed. The two-stage alarm has changed that. The wake up sound followed 10 mins later by the get-up sound helps me to feel ready to wake up with almost no sleep inertia, which has been amazing! the app itself functions well and pairs easily with both my clock and lamp. Highly recommend!

App isn’t usable anymore.
Update: despite the developer response, after a month+ of no resolution, I replaced my Loftie with a competitor. —— I’m also having the issue where my alarms are not saving in the app. Support has no idea what’s going on. Their only suggestion was “don’t use the clock to set them, only use the app”. Why? The app is way isn’t working. I have had my Loftie clock for a couple of years now, and it seems like within the last eight months or so they have had a ton of updates that are always causing problems and deleting my settings. I have written into Support to complain about this more than once. Now I can’t even update my alarms. Strongly considering finding a replacement. I really hope they fix this soon.

They keep deleting all their bad reviews
Everything Loftie makes us such bad quality, especially for the outrageous prices they charge. I got the clock over 3 years ago and have never been happy. I mostly stopped using it after it skipped too many alarms. The replacement they sent me had the same problem and more research online shows that this is pretty common with Loftie users. It’s shameful they haven’t figured out how to make better products. But on top of everything, it looks like they delete their crappy reviews every once in a while to keep their stars higher. Ask yourself why the number of reviews is so low. I check back every so often to see if they’ve fixed their junk products and apps. Answer is no, but I do notice that there are often less reviews there than the last time I checked. Friend who works for another company says it’s a trick crappy brands do to try to keep ratings up. Shame on you Loftie! Don’t trust this company they sell trash. Read real reviews from real people. Not journalists who basically get paid to shill, not curated reviews on their site!

Great Customer Service
I love my new alarm. I was a little scared that it was not going to wake me up because I’m quite a deep sleeper, but it works well. I learned that I have to set it a little earlier to use it the way it is intended with the two part alarm. I trouble the other night connecting my Loftie+ account to my actual alarm. I emailed the customer support email and within minutes I had a very nice response asking me for more information. We eventually got it figured out and it has been great ever since.

Life Changing Clock!!!
Hey guys, I usually don’t leave reviews for anything. But let me tell you, this clock is absolutely worth the price. See here’s the thing, everybody promises you a good night sleep, and to stay asleep, but the Loftie clock is the only product that I have found that actually follows through with their promise to enjoy waking up every day. This has been revolutionary for me, since I work two jobs for a total of 60 hours a week, and this clock is made going to work a lot more enjoyable.

Loftie > Your Default iPhone Alarm
I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect alarm clock for years, and I think I’ve finally found it with Loftie. This isn’t just another gadget in my bedroom; it’s become an essential part of how I start and end my day. The first thing that struck me was its design - it’s minimalist but elegant, and it fits in perfectly with my room. The app really ties it all together. The playlists and sounds are incredible, I can pick anything that fits my current vibe. Only regret, I wish I subscribed to Loftie+ sooner.

Dependable App!
I enjoy the simplicity of the App, and it works pretty well! I would like to see a feature though where you can skip an upcoming alarm. I typically have two alarms scheduled each morning set an hour apart. If I’m successful with the first, and I have to turn off the next alarm’s entire series for the week…and sometimes I forget to turn it back on.

could be better
I’m loving my loftie clock but the app could use some improvement, it seems as theres only 2 things to do in the app where they could make the app way more customizable and easy to use. -Customizable schedules: to have an awake time with brightness levels, audio levels, and night light brightness levels and also have a sleep time where it goes straight to blackout at a certain time so I don’t have to worry about it. -ability to pick sounds from phone to play on clock Hopefully these can be implemented and make the app way more enjoyable!

Removing basic features to push subscriptions
Hey, Loftie. Beautiful clock. Hate that you’ve removed the ability to listen to the sound files that come with it in the app without a subscription. I can only assume that you figured that would funnel people into using a service we don’t all want. It was a great feature for when I’m not at home. I could just stream nature sounds from Apple Music, but then why did I buy this product in the first place? If you need subscriptions so badly to stay afloat, I’m worried about making any further investments in your ecosystem. How long do we have before you can’t maintain servers and it’s all just e-waste? I just want to listen to night bugs.

Decent Clock. Terrible App.
The clock is fine, if overpriced. I would probably not repurchase if the current one died. The app is terrible. It was never very well designed to begin with, and is getting worse. Now they appear to have taken away the ability to set alarms on the app— an absolute necessity given the difficulty of setting them on the clock itself. Now the only functionality in the app is adjusting the volume and the brightness, both of which are straightforward adjustments on the clock. What on earth is the point of the app now? Hopefully Loftie will reinstate the alarm settings soon as this is an necessary functionality.

New ways to sleep and wake better
I think loftie are trying hard to develop new technologies to help us to sleep better. The two phase alarm is a great invention. The attentiveness to different sounds & calming light to help fall asleep are maybe even more important than a solid alarm clock. I still think the lamp needs some updating (the “wind down” light is not at all calming and the alarm light is also poor) but it could easily be a great combo.

Better Late Than Never
I heard about Loftie a while ago and even read reviews and was impressed, but couldn't part with my old clock radio. I finally gave Loftie a shot and I couldn't be happier. Between the intuitive and easy to use App to the look and features of the clock, I couldn't be happier. I'm now a lifetime customer and look forward to purchasing a second clock and a couple of lamps. Thanks Loftie!

So far so good!
I’ve had my loftie lamp and alarm clock for a few months now and the app has been working really well! It alerts me when my devices need to be updated and controlling the alarm clock and lamp with the app is pretty easy. Any glitches I’ve experienced are usually bc I haven’t updated my devices, nothing with the app itself. I’m still learning how to use the sounds but no complaints from me!

Love Loftie
The app is great, allows me to control all my alarms and even turn on the lamp when I’m not in the room. One idea that could make it even better - I’d love to be able to label my different alarms. Some days I have to get up 20 minutes earlier or later depending on my schedule, and it’s not necessarily tied to the day of the week. I’d love to be able to label my different alarms so I remember which one is for which event!

Fantastic app and hardware
I originally bought the Loftie clock, which has been an outstanding product. The app integrates with the clock and helps gently wake you each morning. The stories and sounds on the app also help with falling asleep. Additionally, their customer service was fantastic when I had questions about the subscription. The Loftie clock and app are definitely 5 star products.

Less reliable than I’d like
The alarm clock and lamp are both delightful and I love them. The app itself feels unintuitive and it has too-frequent trouble connecting to my hardware. Loftie team, *please* stop with the Loftie advertisements upon opening the app. I open the app when it’s bedtime like most of your users and it feels straight up disrespectful. I’ve already spent hundreds of dollars on your products and you’re doing the digital equivalent of knocking on my door for more sales at 11pm. It’s giving greed. Not a good look.

Hope it improves
Just purchased my Loftie alarm clock for two reasons - 1. to break the phone at night habit and 2. to help me wake up and start the day with a good mindset. So far Loftie is helping with the first, but falls short on the second. I would love the ability to add breath work or movement to my alarm that is specifically for waking the mind and body. Currently, all meditation, movement and breath work is for relaxing the body getting ready for sleep. Would love the ability to create a similar wake-up routine. Please add!! 🙏🏻

I’ve been struggling with waking up and going to sleep at a time that helps me rest and helps me feel energized throughout the day. I really like the features of Loftie that allow me to pause and prepare for bed and having the two alarm system allows me to wake up in a more gentle way, which is less stressful. I really like the different sounds that I can use to wake up.

Love my Loftie
Great alarm clock that’s functional and sleek. I love that the alarms are unique and can be soft yet affective, if you know what I mean. It will wake you up, but without a heart attack lol. The light is useful when needed. And most of all, I love being able to sleep to natural sounds or white noise when I’m in the mood to sleep to some sort of sound. Great clock, I can never go back to any normal alarm clock again.

In app ads disrupt user experience
I have a love/hate relationship with Loftie. I bought it on the premise that a simple alarm clock would remove the pressure we all feel from phones. It does that sometimes. But the app feels like there are two people playing tug of war. One wants the same thing I want: an app to set my alarm. The other one wants to barrage me with in-app upsale messaging over and over until I relinquish because they must make more money. I understand that todays market means a single purchase is not enough but the upgrade sells are relentless for an app and brand that preaches slowness, disconnection, and rest.

Terrible app for a pretty good clock
This used to work okay for me—not great, certainly not good enough for a clock that costs as much as it does, but okay. Lately the app often tells me I’m not connected to the internet (when I am) and now it keeps forgetting all of the alarms I’ve created. Every time I open the app, there are no alarms set up. For an app with a pretty thin feature set, it’s super frustrating to discover that it can’t do the most basic functionality. Wouldn’t recommend the Loftie to others, as much as I want to like it.

Intuitive setup and sync, everything you need, nothing you don’t.
True to the minimalist and thoughtful design of the loftie clock, the app is straightforward and not over designed. Setup and sync of a loftie clock is easy. Haven’t played around with audio but that’s the next step. Thanks loftie for making the best clock ever and a functional, not overbuilt app to go along with it.

A Great Clock with LOADS of App Flaws
I really like these clocks, but the app is awful. I use it to control my kids’ clocks and it’s a mess to use. Constant messages of “Can’t Sync xyz Clock.” I have to clear out the app multiple times and restart. When I save an alarm for certain days, I go back in and look and it and it defaults back to everyday. The content on here is just meh, not really worth paying to have it at all. I give it two stars, because it’s an app that can function and has features. Nothing great to report here.

Easy and Functional
This app is simple, sleek, easy to use, and very functional. I love that I can schedule my alarms for each day of the week, so I don't have to use my phone and set it every night. There are lots of great options, and it is a convenient way to control the alarm clock instead of using the buttons.

Great clock, horrible app
The alarm clock is wonderful. Great design and sounds. The app is painful to use. It takes ages to connect to the clock, it constantly has trouble syncing, and now it’s freezing on me as I try to change the wake up sound. I have to kill the app and restart. Please fix your app!! It’s ruining the point of having a simple alarm clock that helps reduce stress. I’m close to the point of looking for an alternative brand/product.

Early stages, subscription service is a stretch for an expensive alarm clock.
App UI is good, not great. But bottom line is I should be able to change the light to red without a monthly subscription. Hardware limitations via a subscription are always frustrating. My $150 alarm clock restricting the nighttime red light feature being the worst I’ve seen. Also, is this alarm clock so tethered to the app that if the company went under I’m left with a brick? Genuine question.

Terrible, Laggy App w/ Awful Support
It’s really frustrating how long it takes for this app to simply open. I’ve waited while the cloud animation bounces around only to find out that my alarm clock can’t connect to the app for days at a time. I’ve contacted support too many times to count and, most recently, they failed to help me and eventually stopped responding to my inquiries. I didn’t realize an alarm clock could be so unnecessarily complicated. I wish I stuck with a basic bedside clock that does one function well rather than hundreds of things poorly.

Good but some suggestions
The app is good! It does the job and is intuitive. There are also some things that i think need some improvement/i’d love to see available in the future: - the lamp will appear to be on in the app despite not actually being on. It can still be toggled and turned on after a few taps so this isn’t really a huge issue but i also imagine it’s not supposed to do that lol. - sometimes when i have the lamp on at night it will randomly turn off. - the wind down is great but i really wish we could set how long the lamp takes to dim and the color of the light. - a lock screen widget that can turn the lamp on and off easily would be amazing!
