Service
We will never eat at Logan’s if the only place they are seating guests is at the bar area! The service is always terrible. Attention is on the drinks and not the customers eating!!! We were not given a plate to put our rolls in, asked for extra napkins and never received, in fact the waitress never came to check on us until she brought the bill!!! No refilling of our drunks and did not even off for dessert or anything else!!!!! Needless to say, no tip was left!!! We have had poor service in this area before, but today was the last straw!!! We will leave if this seating is all that’s available, if we come back!!!!

A Little Disapponting
It took 20 minutes from the time we were seated to get silverware because they were “still being rolled.” The quality of the rolls were inconsistent with 3 out of 4 baskets having thin heavy rolls and only 1 having large fluffy fresh ones. Croutons were missing from the caesar salad. The breaded chicken in the chicken parmesan dish was at least half heavy breading. The teriyaki chicken (highlighted on the menu) was tough and dry. Flavorless sauce added little to the dish. The ribs and Alfredo pasta were both good though only warm rather than hot and fresh. The new waffle fries were plain but good (hot and crispy). The servers were the best part of the experience. Once they delivered silverware, they were polite and kept up well with the demand for fresh rolls and drink refills. Overall, however, others at the table expressed enough disappointment to prefer going somewhere else next time. When asked how they would rate the food and experience, the score was unanimously 3 stars.

Logan’s has been more disappointing
Decided to come for late lunch. Their lunch specials run 3-6. Came in and no one assisted me at the host booth. After standing there for about 5 minutes and multiple employees saw me but never greeted me and I anded up seating myself. Asked for the lunch specials menu and they only had 1 for the whole store… The waiter was nice. But seemed not very experienced. Never was asked or was not brought any Logan’s rolls! Food was decent but the appitzer and meal brought out at the same time. Disappointing that I couldn’t even get a water refill. He never came back after taking my order and bringing my bill. I chalked it up as inexperience. But atleast he was nice. Over all, it seems Logan’s customer’s service and overall as a restaurant has been disappointing.

Training needed for day shift and night shift
I STOPPED coming because here because it took too long to get a to go order I always pretty much order the same thing and this is my second visit this week. I’m not sure if to employees are properly trained or just doesn’t care. I CALLED IN and placed an order to go around 7:20 pm. I was told 20 to 30 minutes. I got there and still had to wait nearly 30 minutes. A couple of days before, I sat in the restaurant and watched SEVERAL tables come in after me and was served before me. I guess I will STOP coming AGAIN. Call Chick-fil-A or Outback and gets some pointers, PLEASE!

Delightful Date with Granddaughter!!
We picked our granddaughter after school and hadn’t eaten so I suggested Logan’s since my hubby had been promising a steak. My granddaughter lit up because she loves the children’s cheeseburger and waffle fries. Hubby and I had delicious medium well grilled ribeyes with sides. The steaks did not disappoint!! They were tender and juicy and had enough left over for both of us for dinner! Our server was really cheerful and made us feel welcome. I didn’t get her name and wish we could have given her a higher tip because she truly deserved it. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service and attention!!

Last Minute To Go Order
We were driving back from out of town stopped in to place order to go. Natasha took my order to go and didn’t miss a beat. Ordered 2 Cheeseburger medium no onions with Fries. Ordered Buttermilk Chicken Breast Country Gravy, corn, mashed potatoes. Of course their Yummy Yeast Dinner Rolls. Got home and everything was exactly as we ordered it! Our Dinner for 3 was under $45 and it wasn’t Fast Food which would have been a little cheaper but you get what you pay for!! Thank You Natasha for getting our meal to go and getting it right!!

Excellent Customer Service
Looking for quality food and amazing customer service. Then try Logan’s Roadhouse in Johnson City, Tennessee. Hunter was our waiter. He was phenomenal with customer service. Not only does this location employees care. They are a team that work hard to serve others. Customer service is a natural for this team. You will leave with a smile on your face. I will take my wife and kids anytime to this location. Thanks Team Logan’s Roadhouse. Thanks Hunter for being successful in all you do. Just keep doing what your doing.

Service Not Good
The service was a disaster. We waited a long while for the waitress to start our order. Another person came over and got our drink order. We were told another waitress would take over; however, the person came by once maybe twice. We asked for our waitress to get our bill and the staff tried to find her with no avail. Another waitress brought us our bill. The bill was wrong. To say the least we were disappointed in the service.

Best steak and service!
Stopped at Logan’s because we had never been there. Let me say Shawn was the best waitress, very attentive and met our needs and “wants” without having to wait forever!! Dee cooked my steak to perfection!! I’ve been to a lot of steak houses and am always surprised that my steak and potato are sitting in blood when I specifically asked Medium well -“no blood”. At Logan’s, this did did not happen. They honored my request and it was the best sirloin I think I’ve ever had!! Kimberly, the manager on duty was awesome as well and takes pride in her staff!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊

We absolutely love Sara that normally is in the bar area. We eat at Logan’s at least one night about every weekend ever since the first time she was our waitress her service has been outstanding. We never go without refills and she knows what we want from memory each time. We actually ask for her and are greatly disappointed if we get there and she’s not working. She is a great waitress always smiling and friendly y’all are blessed to have an employee like her.

Old fries
We got here today and the wait was not bad. Finally got our food after 30 minutes and I had the fried cheese burger and that was just warm but the waffle fries had been sitting there for a while and were very cold. My husband had the French dip and it came out without the dip and he was asking for some ketchup. She went to another table first and his dip came out when his food was just like warm. She forgot the ketchup and was lucky there was another at a table next to us. We ask for our check and she came with the bil and lates it in front of my husband and said here. She did not give him a pen or even said sorry don’t have one. Just laid the paper down and walked away. We will NOT be coming back here for a long time.

The best service!
We came in on Christmas Eve honestly because there were not many options in town open. Amber was our server. She made us feel like we were her only table when in reality she was busy! (our drinks stayed full, she brought hot fresh rolls, she wasn’t in a rush with us, she made good suggestions and she didn’t act super annoys when our little boy spilled his drink!) we had bad experience in the past with Logan’s, but since this amazing experience we will Come back!! :)

They have best people working there and they take care of business. Lorinda M and the Spanish young who been the for ever are the best . Sorry not sure of her name but she always greet you with the smile and gives you the best service she can with a smile, regardless of how busy she might be she is a trooper and super sweet server has the best attitude even when the shortstaffed so grateful to have her as my waitress keep up the good work you’ve got gold and Waco working for you . I was disappointed with how today went. Took five minutes for the server to come to my table. Busy stocking the bar! I ordered a salad and baked sweet potato. Waited five more minutes after finishing my salad before the potato came. No bread as they did not get in in time to have it ready!! Then I was never asked if I needed a refill and was out of tea. I finally joust asked for a tea to go. It’s not usually like this when I come in.

Phillips review
My experience at Logan’s continues because of Phillip. He is the one of the managers there and should be the CEO of your company. We started going to Logan’s when we relocated and didn’t know anywhere and Phillip made us feel at home and sitting at the bar drinking a beers while watching the games he always makes sure he comes over and makes us feel special. We all could learn valuable lessons from Phillip.

Service was AMAZING
Latoya was top shelf! This lady enjoys her job and her customers! She was so kind and friendly but not pushy. We never felt rushed or pressured to order or leave. We are traveling and kinda just wanted to unwind a little and snack, she allowed both with a smile ! We will ask for her by name when in the area again and hope she is there . She should be a leader if she isn’t already . Servers could learn a lot from her .

Shaky to start..but ended on positive note
We always get the ribeye steaks. My husband got the end cut, which is more like sirloin, it was tough, & when waitress saw that he only took one bite, she replaced it with a ribeye like I was given. I ordered a Caesar salad, I received some part of the rib that was brown. I just took it out of my salad and ate the rest. My husbands side salad looked much more appetizing. Other than that, meal was fine, waitress was attentive. Food was off a little, but wasn’t enough to turn us away.

Lunch Delivery Request From Logans
Oh my, my lunch today was delivered via friend from Logans. Baked Chicken Breast w/Rice, 1/2 Slab of BBQ Ribs, Broccoli,& Loaded Smashed Potatoes! I am very picky when it comes to my food. Yes! Everything was on point! 5 Stars ⭐️ for sure. My food was still warm after driving across town, even my oven baked rolls. Why pay extra money for an expensive meal and then be disappointed. Check Out Logans Steakhouse! ( 100 Oaks Mall is my favorite)😃

We arrived and was never greeted except by the host. As I told others in my party we would go elsewhere the Manager Calvin waited on us. He took our order and it took so long to get the food that we were about to get up and leave for a second time. Then finally we received our food that wasn’t even hot it was barely warm. I understand we all have bad days. Never got a check had to request that as well! But what bothered me the most is that although Calvin is a manager I tried handing him a tip that he refused. Not sure if he can’t accept them or if he was being kind due to the horrible experience!

I understand that we all have to work and get tired However when we go out to dinner we expect to be entering a place that is called the hospitality industry. But when you come in and not greeted and the hosts are more interested in talking to each other and allow others to interrupt. It can set the whole tone and mood for the dinner. As they direct you to the table as if they are unable to speak Not impressed

I am biased because I eat here at least once a week now. It used to be horrible, not sure what changed but they are definitely doing an outstanding job even when have their staff calls in sick 😥Giovvani, Wendy, Jillian, Steve, and everyone that works there now are awesome! The kitchen staff is doing awesome also! I don’t know everyone’s names but they all deserve a high five or something.

Excellent service!
Jade was very friendly and patient. We were waiting on someone else to join us. Jade greeted her when she finally arrived. Jade was also patient as we decided on our order. We never ran out of drink refills or rolls because Jade kept coming back to check on us. We had to let Devin know how pleased we were with her service. 😊

Reward issues
While I appreciate having rewards from your company, your app and website make enjoying them very difficult. The last 2 times that I’ve tried to use a coupon or reward they were rejected. The location manager was able to key the coupon in at the store the first time, but the second time they were denied because another employee closed the ticket before the manager could get to it. While talking with the manager today, it appears that I am not the only one that is having issues with your online ordering.

I enjoyed my lunch/dinner with my son. Kaylee was so helpful and made our experience great! I come from out of town to visit my son. We will be back when I come back! Great experience!
McKayla was our server and Candace was the Manager on duty. McKayla was awesome! She made sure our food was out fresh, hot and delicious. Candace has a bright, personable personality. They both greet the public with enthusiasm. We had such a wonderful time! We had the NY Strip with skewer shrimp, rice, loaded baked potato, loaded mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, and strawberry lemonade. Completely delicious and amazing! We will definitely be back!

Atalies was awesome waitress!!! And a good saleswoman. She talk us into getting the dessert to take home. Even though we were so full she talked us into getting the cinnamon rolls that we can make for tomorrow breakfast. She help us with our appetizer and talked or help us on what to order. Very knowledgeable our your menu. We will ask for her next time we are in town.

Mothers Day Sunday was a wonderful day at Logan’s. No waiting for a seat or server contact us. We were near kitchen area and able to see/hear interaction of staff. It was FANTASTIC!!! The Kitchen Manager was pulling orders, confirming to the servers, verifying order and giving info on wait time, etc. He carefully passed orders to servers while once again coaching and reviewing orders. The General Manager was actually IN THE KITCHEN prep area!! She was verifying orders, double checking the plating process, reminding of specifics, Wait times and encouraging the grill cooks. These two WERE like a WELL OILED MACHINE!!! It was a JOY to see Managers that were “hands on”. As usual our food was fantastic.

Disappointed
The app has inbox issues that I hoped they would fix by note but haven’t, thus this review. You can tell it to dismiss a message until your finger falls off and it still won’t do it. I get so many messages that won’t go away and it’s not only frustrating, it sometimes makes me decide to go somewhere else to eat. You’re losing business!! I’ve also had numerous problems with gift certificates, which also seems to be an old unfixed problem.

Great Place!
We recently visited Logan’s again while traveling to Normal. We have always had the best service, food and time spent there while visiting family and friends. We highly recommend Logan’s as your go to place to eat and socialize all at the same time! And by the way,,,they celebrate birthdays too!! Enjoy!

The waitress we had this evening was great ..she took care of the bar too ..and tables ..the bartender that us usually there just takes care of the bar …and we never get out drinks .. you need more Bridget p/ B . Dinner at Logan’s
Wonderful and efficient server, Siann (F). Warm yummy buns, tender steak and I especially appreciated shaved Parmesan cheese on my Caesar salad. The only irritation was the young hostess trying to seat us next to a party with 2 younger children when I had expressly asked her to not be seated near any children. They were the only party seated in the section we were taken to. 🙄.

I understand all restaurants are short on people, but they need to look at all tables before walking back or away. When I waited tables, I had my section but I knew if someone else’s table asked me for something I said yes I ll get it. Today when I asked for something they looked like I was bothering them. It’s their job to make the customer have a nice dinning experience. We would have ordered a dessert, but were not asked if we needed anything else.

Everything was wonderful - more than delighted with the entire experience. Had never been to a Logan's Roadhouse before, but it is now one of my favorites. Cannot wait for our next appointment in Waxahachie; I know just where we'll dine before returning home 😋

Quantity of flavor tea
Purchased a strawberry tea came in plastic to go cup, so the value of this tea was 399 why was there no refills was not told there was no refills unless paid for. The waitress said she was new and all she did was give me a excuse This is how we do things. Considering we spent over $85 and it was on Father’s Day weekend.

I went to Logan’s the food was great. I had a problem with how long I had to wait to get seated. I am handicapped and I waited 7 minutes to get a seat a customer told the waitress that I was there she said I see her and I then had to wait a minute or two. The waitress was very nice which turned my experience around

Can’t Redeem Points
App seems fine in/of itself; however, after creating several different profiles and deleting/reloading the app, still doesn’t allow me to redeem points. Staff at my location are gracious and give the discount; however, it requires manager over-ride, etc. Perhaps the point is to NOT redeem points? Don’t bother with the app/loyalty program until they get it functional.

Amazing Service
We had a party of 47 to memorialize my father-in-law Joe that passed away. He had visited the Logan’s on Lima Rd in Fort Wayne every Saturday for years. Servers Brooklyn and Jordan were top notch and everything came out perfect. Managers Dave and Tony were great at communicating with us and made sure everything was great!

Food tasted fresh and hot. It was cooked perfect. Rolls came with no plate. I used my only napkin to put my cutlery on. Putting cutlery on a bare table is not exactly hygienic during Covid, cold and flu season. I had to ask for additional napkins. Overall, the experience was good. I eat here monthly from a drive in Louisiana.

Bugs make app unusable
This app has some bugs that still need to worked out. When signing up for a new account, if you get an error that your phone number was already in use these is no way to exit and get back to the previous screen. I had to close and uninstall then reinstall the app to get access to the apps landing screen.

What happened?
Haven’t been here for 6 months but was very disappointed with my most recent visit. They weren’t very busy and the food took forever to come out and when it did come out, I ordered a salad with medium rare steak and the steak came out and was cooked so much that it was hard. We had to keep asking for refills of rolls and didn’t get our refill on drink at all. It’s not as it used to be and don’t think I’ll be going back.

We saw that a new Roadhouse was opening near us and had a chance to visit today. The ribeye sandwich was great and my husband ordered the meatloaf which was awesome! What made everyone perfect was our waitress Tee is Fantastic! Ask for her she’s great!!!!!
