Long Distance Bracelet

The vibration option does not work for me nor my girlfriend it only allows us to use the shine option and will not let us change it. Is there a way to fix this? Because I paid a good amount of money for these bracelets to only light up.

I bought the bracelets about a month ago but I had to wait a while to set them up because I was giving it to my boyfriend for our anniversary before we go to college. I had my own account set up and I was just fine but then it wouldn’t let me connect his bracelet. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it won’t let me log in. Then of course he tried to see if it was just my account so he signed out of his and tried to log into my account and it wouldn’t let him, but when he tried to sign back into his own account it was giving him the same issue it was giving me. I emailed the customer support email I found on the website and haven’t received a response and I called and was hung up on. I am really starting to panic because I bought them too long ago to return them and I can’t afford to buy new ones. I feel like I ruined his anniversary gift.

It works great! Someone who rated this that “doesn’t work unless the app is open” means something is wrong with their connection not the app, because mine works when I’m off the app as long as my phone is near by. The only issue I have is that the SOS doesn’t seem to work for me. I put my bf’s number and pressed it for three sec and more and didn’t do anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

I got this for my bf and I for Christmas and we love it! The only thing is that since I have a smaller screen, all of the buttons, counting and aspects of the app aren’t available to me since the app doesn’t fully fit my screen. I would upload a picture of what I mean if k could. But other than that, I love this🥰

I just got mine it does work only bad part is you have to keep the app open all the time for it to stay connected they should fix that part

We’ve only been using the bracelets one day; so far, so good. But I have an iPhone SE, so the app doesn’t fit my smaller screen; I can’t see when I’ve received “love” from him…

Have un installed and re installed the app, charged the devices, tried using other device. When registering, error message pops up “network error” and of course you guys don’t have a support contact. Needs fixed

I just got mines but the app doesn’t even work it just says network error!! So annoying! Iv tried to delete and reinstall and still NADA. Guys don’t waste your money find an alternative way to stay connect to your lover/ friends :/.

I get the app and when I click on the privacy part it doesn’t show up in safari. What do I do? I just got it.

Bracelets work APP DOES NOT WORK bracelets cut on and all but the app says I can’t connect the bracelets because “account doesn’t exist” when I’ve clearly made both accounts ‼️‼️‼️

Don’t waist your time. If you’ve already bought the bracelets, return them if you can. Neither the app nor that brackets work.
