I’ve always gotten great service with Luxury Cardmember care and the Concierge agents but the App makes it even easier to see my benefits and to get help from the 24/7 Concierge service. I’ve used the Concierge live chat feature numerous times with great success. From narrowing down my search for a special birthday gift to coordinating my international itinerary, Luxury Card Concierge is a priceless perk. I love this App!
The card it self is ok, The most impressive part of the card is the weight to it. The customer service is amazing. Every time i talk to someone either it be by person or the chat online, it’s always a pleasure. It is easy to get ahold of a real person when ever calling, compared to most companies now with the ring around. The rewards are just about the same as most other cards. They do send a gift. This year i got a personalized pen with my name on it.
The app is total basic and they can’t get that right, I chat now with concierge 2 times and if you had old chat open the app is crashing (after conversation ) to clear old chat I have to Delete app and reinstall so there is no prior chat then it works again , total waste
This card was advertised as luxury and it’s nothing but a cheap off brand card , the customer service is horrible you will never get a straight answer or resolution! No one in that chats know anything about anything they want you to call in for everything so there is no record of the conversation. I had fraud and the my took over 4 months to resolve the dispute and despite the merchant sending me written confirmation that the items were lost this credit card company did not do anything to assist me in the dispute or get my money back ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TINE WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY !
Luxury card agent Michelle was absolutely horrible. Her tone was not very friendly nor was it very professional. Her perceptions of my messages was off and she totally disregarded her mistakes when I corrected her. To say that this is luxury card service this was a horrible experience.
I so enjoy this card. The professionalism and courteousness is unmatched by any other card service provider. Thank you for allowing me the privilege of being a card holder member.
Developer says the set up problem has been fixed but I cannot continue after inputting my information and I'm on the latest version of both the app and iOS. Tried deleting and reinstalling with no success. Reflects badly on the "luxury" branding to have an app that doesn't work for quite a few cardholders. Deleting the app again and will just use the website. Inconvient and disappointing.
I love my Gold Card. The point system is by far the best one I have come across. The concierge service is top notch and thorough. As a frequent business traveler, I find this to be the best card out there.
I can no longer control that lock and unlock functionality on my card through the app. I have to wait on the phone for 5-10 minutes trying to do it versus being able to click a button. How did an upgrade make it less convenient and take away a key feature?
What’s the purpose of the app if I have to login to see Account Management? The worst customer experience, especially for a BlackCard. Has Barclays looked at the Chase or American Express apps? Plus, it shows I have payments posted, yet the credit available doesn’t reflect it. Also, if “no payment is needed” it doesn’t allow you to make one. Dumb. You have to click on Full Site, navigate to Payments, & hopefully it’ll allow you to make one. For what the annual fee is, you would think the App would be better than a Credit One or OpenSky app, yet, it’s not It’s not an app! It’s a lame attempt to bring a website to an app! WORST APP EVER!!!!!!!!!
The wait time is terrible to get a person on the phone and when you finally do, 3 different people had technical issues keeping them from booking Had to give passenger Information 3 different times and they finally booked the flights and booked return for the wrong day Terrible all around .
I upgraded to an iPhone 15 and iOS 17, and the app crashes at launch. I reinstalled and it opened up to accept my information, but then crashed at the point where it tried opening originally.
The service is an actual human being messaging you and not AI. The perks are amazing and the deals are better than most blackfriday in store deals. I 100% recommend
I’m running iOS 13.1.3 and when I click start the initial screen comes up and it crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling it but it still has the same issue. Seems to need some work. It’s pretty disappointing considering the source.
App is terrible - almost as if simply a link to a website. No issues with bank or services but could use some improvement in their app developers department.
Text support is a colossal waste of time. If it’s a real problem and not a general question they direct you to call the main number. Might as well be automated because if you have a question with any substance uhhh call this number and this is how we pass the buck.
I cancels this account and they continue to charge me annual fee out of my bank account. Do not set your bank account up w this company because they can apparently take your money anytime they want.
I like the app but got a new Motorola Razr phone and when I tried to download the luxury Card App it says “ will not work on your device” and I can’t use the app.
