Nothing bothers me more than when I go to use an app, but there’s hiccups with that app that prevents you from using it, especially w utility apps, because these apps can be timesavers to pay your bills, but not when you get apps like yours! I downloaded your app just now & went to set up profile, & put my info in & there’s no button to submit, the screen goes to shaded where you can’t do anything! Why don’t these developers have someone try their app before they bring it to the App Store so it will prevent people like me wasting my time on something that doesn’t work!! These developers need to take lessons from chase bank & republic services developers! Both of those apps are so seamless & user friendly...not 1 hiccup with those apps! Set up my profile & I was good to go!! So go see what they do & fix this app cause it doesn’t work!!! 😡😏
Your app still doesn’t let you create an account. Like the last review you say Maintenace. It’s been a year and it still freezing when putting in what you want to be your password. Seems like everyone now is blaming everything on covid and everyone else. Let me guess covid is still why you can’t log in. Come on and get with it.
I’ve been trying to set up a new account and it just freezes when I try to set a password. Maybe their new updates to the app inadvertently affected something else preventing a new account setup? Please fix or update again soon!
Still can’t create an account on the app. There’s also minor issues on the actual website. I had to redo the sign up twice or thrice before it went through.
Try to set up user account and the screen locks up. Otherwise a good app if it worked. And I do not want to hear the same reply you gave the other guy a year ago about the maintenance window….
I understand why there is a need for an online application, as there is usually a very long wait to talk to speak with someone via the phone to pay my bill. Thought it sounded like a great idea… Guess it’s time hasn’t come yet. Got through all the requirements for setting up username and password just fine… Would never allow me to complete the final account setup step. So I called the number that is suggested for any issues with set up. Waiting… Waiting… Waiting… eventually, I simply hung up the phone, disgusted. Will stick with good old snail mail. LV Water should be ashamed to release this app before it was ready.
