Kudos to the SD&E Team and QA Testers at Mass Mutual for creating one of the best apps I have used on my smartphone. Whatever you are doing, don’t change. Keep up the good work. Very user friendly app, love the colors, and the little spinning dots!
I have used this app for years, and the recent update is a serious downgrade. I never get the option to log in with Face ID anymore. Every time I log in, it is turned off. Then I enable it again and it isn’t available the next time. I have to log in with email and password, which isn’t a huge deal except it takes several minutes to log in. It usually takes long enough that I just pull out my laptop, open a browser, go to the website, and login that way. Usually by the time I’ve done all of that, my app is still not done with the login process. The app has some nice aesthetic improvements, but overall, has taken a huge step backwards. I don’t care how nice the app looks if I can’t even log in to see it.
App has been available for years yet doesn’t support landscape mode on iPad which is ludicrous. Please bring it forward to the current standard of being able to flip and format in portrait or landscape mode so those who use iPads with keyboards and for other reasons, don’t have to login via a web browser.
Other than account maintenance activities, like changing passwords, mailing address, etc. this app literally provides me with just one data point: account total. There are no statements to view, no history of transactions—nothing. I have been revisiting this app every few months for the past couple of years and it has always been and remains useless.
I wish I can able to add more than one person in the app. We are 4 family members and I would like to keep track on all 4 members life Insurance policy’s. Please make it happen where I can see all 4 of us life insurance policy. Please allow to add more than one person insurance policy. Thank you.
I would think I could at least see “Your premium bill has been sent” or “Your last premium was received [date] and there t bill will be sent [date]” I only have one LTC policy, and it does tell me the daily benefit. Maybe it’s better for other policy types.
Making payments is way too difficult. One insurance policy doesn’t allow payments online while them another policy just returns an error anytime I try to submit a payment from my bank. This has been a problem for a long time even before the latest version of this app. The fact that I have to make payments via phone or mail is ridiculous.
Went to pay my premium on app as I have always done. Option to do so wasn’t there anymore and it said that I did not have any payments due at this time…which was clearly false. What’s the point of the app if you can’t make a payment? Had to log in via website and re enter all my info. No sense.
Not a fan at all with this new app...difficult to access, difficult to move through, I tap to go back and forth..nothing. And another thing, add a nickname to submit a review... try again, that one is taken 9 x ? Very user unfriendly. There is no way 2 of those nicknames were taken..
When will access via the website be available? I have the proper ID and PW. It has been “Temporarily Unavailable” for months. Please make website accessible again.
“Account information not available at this time.” “Sorry, we encountered a problem.” I’ve experienced constant problems, both with this app and it’s ability to link to others like Mint. It’s also puzzling why MassMutual has so many different apps.
My life insurance (but not my disability Insurance) policy was transitioned to their new Coverpath platform without any information sent to me about this change. Now I can no longer pay my bill online and I cannot see my previously selected beneficiaries.
Not only am I unable to execute any transactions on the app but logging in is like a 3 step process. Can’t wait for my annuity to mature so I can get away from this backwards company.
Always says “service unavailable” and occasionally when I do get in, the app has zero features and is completely useless. The old app wasn’t great either but at least it was functional. A waste of space.
Every time I try to use it doesn’t recognize. Meanwhile every other app on my phone recognizes. I use an iPhone 15pro and the latest iOS. Fix your elementary development.
Apparently and old 403B account has been taken over by mass mutual (red & white app), Then I have my current 401k, that I get an error when I click on the app (Blue & white app) I get an error message..
Downloaded 3 times. What opens looks like a picture of a building and iPAD screen is frozen, nothing to tap on like a menu bar……useless!!!! Just deleted,never seen this happen before.
I have tried using this MassMutual app on my IPad Pro and it wont rotate to landscape view. Since this is unique to your app, this is not an Apple issue. Please help resolve this issue
I have tried several times to open this app. I enter username and password; skips to “try this test to I sure you are not a robot;” and a square appears to check. There is no test. Checking the square “I am not a robot” leads no where. What a worthless app!
