I usually don’t give reviews. But i found so easy sending all the information digitally, i decided to make 2 payments just to be sure i wasn’t scam. They answer all my question every time i wrote to them and just waited for the time they said it was going to be ready. They wrote back when it was done so i made my second payment and after a few hours i got my ITIN number. THANKS MAZA. Now i have opened a bank account, got a credit card and i am paying my taxes.

One of the best financial app I have seen yet. Just sad to see the checking account to go but you can still have a savings account that gives you a high interest rates. Please Maza bring back a checking account

Their savings reserve account is not an FDIC insured account, they’re not a real bank. That’s why there’s no account number or routing. By using PLAID you’re literally giving your money to them and trusting they’ll give it back to you if you ever close it. I always wondered why their service was so low in cost compared to others, they’re probably a legit business but I’m noticing they do shady things. I’m legit nervous about this application but I’ll keep you guys informed. If you’re reading this review I hope this makes you second guess before applying here, try to investigate it a little further if you can.

I tried this app to request my itin number and everything was so fast and secured. I had a question and the customer service rep was accurate with his response and solution. Im just waiting for my itin #

It's truly remarkable how quickly they respond to inquiries and provide recommendations. Their willingness to assist customers in obtaining their ITIN is something other banks should consider implementing.

They will close your bank whenever they want without any explanation. I have requested reason closing they response can’t say exact reason. I had funds inside my card which now will arrive as check but I have to wait 60 days. I have not enjoyed using their banking system at all. Please avoid opening account with them

Maza claims to be a useful app for obtaining an ITIN quickly and easily. The interface is attractive and the registration process is quite simple. However, after paying the fees, I discovered that the ITIN provided is fake. Additionally, customer service is terrible; they never answer your questions and evade them, plus there are no refunds. Maza is a scam that deceives its users with fraudulent documents.

Every review must be people they paid for. PD; if there are no fake reviews, how it’s possible 4 friends and me never get an answer from support about the same issue trying to open an account?
