I’m canceling everything with this bank because I can never log in. I don’t see the point in setting a password when you force me to change it 20 times a year. This is the only app or bank that requires me to do that and I will be moving all banking to my others. You guys should really figure out how everyone else does it and improve your system or you will start to wonder why your client base isn’t growing.
This is literally the worst app when it comes to mobile banking. the app is constantly crashing, saying it’s unable to verify my information, and always sending out error messages. And it literally almost always happens at the most inconvenient times. I would love if mccu could update their system and fix these bugs because it has honestly gotten ridiculous.
It is convenient to have a banking app. It would be nice if this one was updated. Face ID is inconsistent, at certain times the app is updating or something and does not allow login. Navigation, compared to other banking apps or credit card apps, is not simple. Just overall needs to be updated and have bugs worked out.
Nice little app that is clean and simple. Touch ID is a new feature. Another feature that would be cool is send/receive payments by Zelle. Also a bill pay would be nice. MCCU is small, so I understand these features are bank dependent.
Randomly locks you out of your account by saying it can’t verify your information or saying you aren’t connected to the internet. I’d love this app if they could just make it more stable.
This app is pretty sharp. I love the ease of login, and the mobile deposit is awesome. However, it is kind of inconvenient how every time I try to check my balance in the night that the balances are unavailable. If you're going to do maintenance, it might be a good idea to put a warning up. Otherwise, fairly good app! Maybe consider fingerprint login capabilities next?
Would be great if you could expand the description of transactions. Sometimes the name of the merchant is cut off so I am unsure what exactly a charge may be for. Additionally, the mobile deposit option is not working well. I've tried to deposit a couple of checks and each failed time and time again. Had to go to branch to deposit.
I'm so glad to see MCCU is now using an app for easy online banking. The website is terrible to deal with on my cellphone. Thanks! Now when can I finally start using Apple pay with MCCU? 😉
