They are the worst. They turn my card off for Walmart grocery pick-up because their in Alabama… Apple purchases register in CA… they shut my card off. Bought a $500 Xmas gift… my card is turned off… and they don’t tell you. You get a call from a random number and they leave a message…,it’s so embarrassing when my card doesn’t work for a jug of milk and there’s enough money in the account to buy a nice car

First off, I never leave reviews. The frustration of searching the entire app for my credit score only to realize it’s not even available on the app (why???) really set me over the edge. The app is constantly changing designs and their most recent choice to make everything white makes it look like a bad résumé with everything just thrown on there with no rhyme or reason. Would it kill them to add outlines and boxes to make it easier to distinguish different sections/features? (They had it right before and must’ve hired some “minimal” design rat that thinks plain white is the new it) And the worst part of the update is now instead of it all being contained within one app, half of the clickable things lead you to a different app you need to install or a different website. Want your bank statements? Just click this sus link that leads you to a website (hope your using secure internet!!) that’s fidgety. Remember to log out and close the tab or your all your info could be stolen!! Yes that was definitely a great idea on their part. Overall the app functions somewhat ok, as long as you are under the age of 50. For the poor old souls, just ask your grandkids for help figuring it out. MOST IMPORTANTLY why why why can’t I see my credit score? That’s like half the reason for a bank to make an app.

My app sometimes barely loads also depends on my internet network but none the less their app is very glitchy and slow and has had errors for me to sign in and have had to delete and redownload a few times. Also my card has been disabled when ordering online sometimes or other companies think there’s fraud going on when I use their card really weird not often but has happened few times. Also when you go to their drive through expect on most days to be sitting there 10 min just to deposit some cash. So turn your car off don’t waste your gas. I think they are understaffed or something at times.

If I had a complaint it would be that the checking accuracy is at best slow. It takes days to become accurate, so you need to keep track another way. Which is kind of bothersome, because most people want their checking balance up to speed. It’s the account most often used I would guess. Other than that it’s fine.

I hate this app!! Whoever developed it needs to quit because they obviously don’t have a clue! Every time I try to use it I can do one thing and then I keep getting a notice telling me to RETRY and you can’t get past it. I close all of my apps and try to go back in and I get a message telling me that an error has occurred and gives me a number to call. So you call the number, it’s no good!! I inevitably have to delete the app and wait to reinstall it, or I continue to get an error. I bank with another credit union and never once had any issues. Also, it would be nice if the facial rec actually worked!!

This app make things so much easier to get your check deposited to your bank, easy to navigate what you’re looking for in the list, so much faster than having to show up at the bank to make a deposit that so far out from your home.

The app has greatly improved!! Can view checks again, not always being prompted for MFA (only in scenarios where appropriate), and can do more things overall. It would be nice to be able to view a check and then go back to the previous screen. Right now, if you go back it makes you go back to account. Hope they continue to improve the app.

Very frustrated & mad that when I set up bill pay & selected the acct to pay from, it doesn’t save that acct!! It defaults to the first checking acct opened! I have a minor w/ a checking acct & the acct was opened 1st. So it defaults all bills to that acct! If an act is selected when bill pay set up or if you switch the acct it should stay with that acct until changed again. NOT every time you go to do bill pay. This needs to be fixed!! That is a lot of money taken from the customer that is not right!!!

I have been a member of Members Co-app for several years and have been very pleased with the customer service experiences I’ve had! I am also a big fan of the mobile deposit services and have had great success with it. It is awesome having one place to handle all of my banking needs! Thanks Members Co-Op

When I use the app and log out then try to go in later again it won’t let me. It has a streaming circle that goes round and round. I have to completely shut my device down and restart it to get back into the app. Not a good app!!

It has been always a pleasure to do our business. Past 40 plus years you have been there. Appreciate this automated system to transfer funds. Was so apprehensive when it was first introduced. Again. Thank you🥰

I’m fairly new to members with a checking account. I share a joint account with my spouse but the debits do not show from which debit card the purchase was made. It sure would be nice to include that on the statement. My WellsFargo accounts do show who made the purchase with corresponding card numbers. Thanks.

The only reason I didn’t give the app 5 stars is because there is no longer an option to do multiple transfers at once. Otherwise this is an amazingly easy app to use!

App worked good to begin with , now I can’t log in ( intermittent connection issue ) . Bank can’t help , developer report a problem link says page can’t be found . Garbage app !

If you want a bank that makes it hard to do business, especially trying to do online deposits and makes excuses to take your money, then look no further! You found the best bank to screw you over. Your long hard search is over, they will be glad to take your money and make excuses to not give you your money that is yours to begin with. In short a terrible bank for business owners.

Love the easy transfers. Frustrating when deposits don’t work but usually not an issue.

I utilize my app often and it seems to work better and better with every new version. I am a little disappointed how hard it was to take a pic of checks for mobile deposit. Other than that, great experience.

The rates may not be as good as other credit unions but Members doesn’t charge fees for services that other credit unions charge …like bill pay. Been with Members over 30 years

Great app, but makes it difficult yonpull up your full account information. I believe you should be able to get full account number upon pressing in the hidden numbers

Great to have this app and it makes everything easier….when it works. This app crashes constantly and I wish they would fix the glitches because it’s solid aside from that.

The app is not only slow as molasses, it freezes and crashes on a regular basis. Eg) almost every time I try to make a transfer from checking to savings, from savings to checking, or from either to another member. It’s ridiculous. The old app was much more functional and user friendly. Get rid of it or fix it.

Doesn’t load. Error saying app intermittently doesn’t work. Not intermittent if it’s every time, all the time. Plz fix. Talked to customer support. They said it’s not on their end. And I’m not locked out. And it should just work. Said to uninstall and reinstall turn phone off and all do all that kinda stuff and still the same. Doesn’t work

The MCCU app is so easy to use. I can easily check my balance and transfer money quickly.

The app has been broken for months with no explanation other than an error message which says the app is experiencing “intermittent connection issues.” Being broken for the better part of the entire calendar year is not “intermittent.” Don’t waste your time until this is fixed.

Slow, not intuitive, buggy. Hate it. The old system was ten times better. To make it work on an iPad you are constantly flushing the cookies. Problem is then you lose all the auto fill for your other twenty plus apps.

Used to be pretty glitchy - works very well now. Still locks up from time to time but with phone reboot seems to alleviate this.

Wouldn’t let make a payment and now all of a sudden it works and my payment is late.

I don’t understand why members don’t let me see my account as I do on my phone

It gets the job done but it is constantly glitching when I’m trying to transfer money from one account to the other. Something that would be nice to see is mobile check deposits.

This bank will purposely hold back any monies you have deposited into your checking account until they let a couple of merchants checks slide through and then charge you the insufficient funds fee and then put your deposit into your account. Crooks!!

Absolutely terrible app. Runs so slow it barely works (across multiple devices on multiple networks). Half the time it doesn’t even load. Get your crap together and fire your developer.

I love using the Members Coop. app. I love pretty far from the nearest branch, so it makes banking with them still possible.

Love my bank . All the staff are so nice and upbeat. Always greeted with a smile and so willing to help!

My app doesn’t close properly. Sometimes I have to cycle power to get it to close.

It is not compatible with the new home screen widgets. It would be nice to see my balance like the old widget.

The staff, the service it is the best credit union ever!

The good….the credit union is good with very good CD rates and good customer service. The bad….this app on an iPad does not rotate to landscape. It always stays in the portrait mode which in this day is just stupid. DEVELOPERS…..FIX THIS!

The app is incredibly slow. Some days I can’t even open it because it’s to slow and then I’m not allowed to transfer money because of it.

The app had been working decently but stopped working a week ago and hasn’t been fixed yet.

The app works great.

Glitchy, obnoxious, constantly jumping thrkughhoops. Won’t allow you to link with ronin good, makes transfers externally difficult. Horrible.

This app constantly logs me out. I sign in, it logs me out. It worthless.

Way too cumbersome to accomplish simple things.
