I have been with Members Credit Union for over 25 years! Members Credit Union was my first back ever as a teenager and I was able to purchase my first car with a loan from Members Credit Union while in college. I have received nothing less than compassionate and professional service from every loan officer and associate I ever worked with throughout the years. My entire immediate family banks with Members Credit Union. I truly appreciate the staff for all that they do to serve their customers.
I have been a member of a credit union for as long as I can recall. I enjoy the benefits and ease in using the online app. I have prearranged my bills being auto-debited and my income being directly deposited. I enjoy feeling so closely connected. I even contribute a fixed amount to my church every month. There is nothing I don’t like about MCU. I can honestly recommend using this credit union and the secure online app. Yours truly, Eileen P. I have been a member for less than a year. MEMCU is one of the best CU’s. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I have not been with them long enough to give a solid, experience based review. However, all services thus far have been very professional, best APR’s, easy to work with and I like the website.
I love this app . It lets me check all my balances and I can also check to see if a payment has posted or has been withdrawn. I can move money back and forth with just a few clicks on my phone also . I’m Extremely happy with the app
The is one of the easiest apps I’ve ever used. The only wish that incoming and outgoing monies would show a little sooner. I wish that certain ones come at the same time every month instead of different times but I realize that it might be the company that sends out the bill request for said amount. Thank you!
I love the app it’s the only app I use that never gives me trouble I never will change banks , not only you guys do great work MCU give me a checking acc when my credit was pretty bad that was about 20 years ago and I thank all of MCU employees always great service I can walk in to three MCU and someone knows my name THANK YOU MCU your one of the best .
I have used Members credit union in the past and am using it again and have loved the bank and the employees have always been very helpful with any questions you might have.
I love that the app is easy to use and gives access to everything you need. I don’t have to answer questions each time I need to access online banking, which makes life easy.
This is the best app!! It fits in to my busy schedule and I am able to put money in my daughter’s account without having to physically go to the bank. It’s very easy to use, which is a plus! I recommend downloading this app if you have a busy life.
This app is amazing! It works wonderfully well and is very easy to navigate! For an introvert like me who got worse over quarantine this app has helped relieve so much stress from not having to call people or drive to the bank!
This app allows me to keep up with my finances much easier than a checkbook, but I do have a check in account, but this app is awesome. I would be lost without it.
Easy to use and provides all necessary services needed when you’re on the go. One con is, Bank is not part of the Zelle network. Not as easy to send $$ to someone.
The mobile app is a great source for obtaining information about your account. It is very easy to use maneuver. I recommend Members Credit Union to everyone as well as the app.
For at least a month, I have been unable to transfer money between checking and savings due to a drop box error. When clicking the "from" and "to" transfer options to select accounts, the drop box is blank and you cannot select either account.
It works fine if you can get into it. If you don't use the app frequently then you're punished by having to re-enroll every stinking time. If that's they're idea of security then we're probably in trouble.

I like the easy of managing my accounts on the go. It saves so much time. The only thing I do miss is seeing the tellers at my local Thomasville branch.
I definitely love this bank but the difficulties in transferring money to other bank institutions with my mobile banking is the main issue I think the developers need to work on that with that bank so that all customers can make transfers to other banks and not members alone with the mobile banking 🤔🤔
I have the most trouble of any app, signing in to members. Face ID doesn’t work, my password is incorrect, change password, success password changed, next log in , incorrect password
App has pretty good account alerts but customization is lacking gives this one star app two stars. No mobile deposit in 2024 like other credit unions. No ability to transfer funds out to other banks like other national credit unions have.
The look of the app is old fashion. The biggest issue I have is I keep getting errors when I try to set up a payee to send money to. It will not allow me to even start the process
