I am unable to log into the app and thus unable to view schedule. (Have restarted phone and redone loaded app with no luck.) App is helpful and convenient when working properly.

I use to have no issues with the app but it has been roughly three months since I have able to use it. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing works. It’s to the point now that every time I try to get on it instantly kicks me out immediately to my phone’s Home Screen. It’s inconvenient having to go online to view my schedule or request days off.

I love being able to check everything in an app, it also runs a lot faster than having to do everything through a browser. Will update if there is any issues!

App was working until a few months ago. Now it was updated and crashes every time I attempt to open it. Please fix it!!! Have restarted phone, deleted app, reinstalled and continues to crash before it is fully open. Don’t know who updated the app but they messed up the programming somewhere

I am not able to log into the app due to it crashing, even after following all the steps provided by apple to fix this sort of problem. Unable to see when I am scheduled to come into work.

Love being able to check my schedule instead of logging into a browser

Love that I don’t have to go through the trouble of logging in on a browser! My verification email came in seconds. 👍👍

Worked fine until a couple of months ago. Every time that I try to open it, it attempts to do so, and crashes. I have restarted my phone, deleted and downloaded the app again, and still cannot get it to work.

The email verification didn’t work. I never get the email

App was working. Now it keeps crashing even with removing and reinstalling. I can get it to work by going to app support and login but no such thing with getting the app to actually open.

It take forever to get a confirmation email. Instead of having And email it should just have security questions..

Please incorporate Face ID/Touch ID for login!

Don’t know what moron decided to add a verification captcha in the app but you can only see 6 out of 9 images. Are we trying to not have team members see their information?

The app crashes immediately upon trying to open it. I can’t see when I am scheduled to work.

I haven’t got on the app yet, I am at the part where it says it is sending a code to my email I cannot find the code that was sent looked everywhere in my spam everywhere keep having the code resent but I am not seeing it. I am sure once I get the code that I will love the app , it would be fantastic to view my paycheck my schedule and request vacation days without using the web browser.

I’m not going to wait for an e-mail every time I want to check my schedule.

Code to verify is taking a long while to be sent to me.

It asked for 2step code but wont send code

I enter my team member number and password, and it directs me to the 2-step verification page. It never sends an email with a code, no matter how many times I resend. I also discovered that no matter what I type into the password bar, it will always direct me to the 2-step page. Please fix this major bug!

The ap will not send me a verification code.

Tried for two days to get the verification code to send- never did. Tried changing my email in TM portal. Didn’t work. Outdated system before it even hit the App Store. Better off just logging in online.
