Great insurance services

I’ve been with Mercury for my home and I had 21st Century however the latter insurance company decided to switch me to an insurance that I’ve never heard about called Toggle or Turtle 🐢 I would call it. I didn’t know I didn’t have coverage until I submitted my payment and it was send back in a check form. I checked and sure 21 dropped me. So I I went to Mercury insurance and within 15 minutes I was able to get my insurance and be covered. I found Mercury’s insurance company service competent and in tune with customer needs. I would recommend Mercury Insurance to anyone. Thanks Rolando

Much Better!

When I first signed up with Mercury I was shocked!!! Your website and app were terrible. I thought Mercury hired a kid to prepare the website. Who ever your hired to improve your site and app deserves a reward. Your customer service department has always been fantastic but now your tech department is at a higher level as well. Much Better! It runs efficiently without any issues. Also, I’m glad I can access my home insurance policy now as well. Thank you. David Nazarians

ID Card to Apple Wallet NOT WORKING

I think it’s a great app however I can no longer add my ID Card to Apple Wallet. I deleted the expired ID from Wallet but can’t add the current ID. When I press on the “Add to Apple Wallet” button it gives the message “There was an error. Please try again”. I have done so many times over several days to no avail. I have the latest iOS 16.3.1. **PLEASE FIX** Thank you! **Thanks to developer for quick response and fix. Back to 5 stars!

Auto and home

Pricewise Mercury is the best you can’t find a better deal for the service you get I was rear ended and my vehicle was a total loss. Maria was my adjuster and help me through the whole way. They got back to me in a timely manner. I can’t think Mercury insurance enough as well as the homeowners insurance you can’t find a better deal anywhere in California than Mercury. I highly recommend.

Shopping car insurance experience

No exaggeration I was stressed out when I got my renewal from my previous car insurance because of my 1st car accident 100% at fault it cause my insurance premium sky high from 147$ to 567$ I pay 700$ for my car monthly I freak out & done companies like AARP supposed for senior they quoted me828$ more than my monthly car payment so with other car insurance companies I stayed up all night to find a good policy. Finally Mercury car insurance pop up gave me another chance to drive at peace for 225$full coverage like my previous insurance. Thank you Mercury for giving me a good rate & chance I’ll spread the word about doing business with you in regards with insurance! Really appreciate it❤️ Yours truly Lernie Dela Rosa

Mercury Rental Insurance

I’ve been with Mercury since I was 20 years old. I’m 50 years old now and they have always treated me well. I have no issues or complaints about Mercury. Any accident I’ve had has been taken care of immediately. No delays or any kind. Customer service has been great. Anyone I have spoken with has been so kind and helpful. Thank you for your serve for so many years

The app is fine. The company is horrible.

The company is the highest rates in California. It is disgusting how they get away with charging so much. I’m over 50 and I am paying over a $1000 a month for six months that is absolutely insane. Insurance companies are total rip off of the industry without them. You can’t drive with them you can’t afford a home you can’t afford food you can’t afford anything. When will this vicious cycle end? Probably not in my lifetime. I’ll be dead by then cause I have to worry about paying my bills and worrying about having insurance. It’s sickening stress will be the killer of me. Thanks to this company.

Competitive rates and great service

Since we’ve moved, our family auto insurance to Mercury, the experience has been nothing less than seamless and excellent. Good customer service and very competitive rates compared to what we were paying before. We were very pleased with the policies and will be renewing again with this company.

My auto insurance

I’ve been a member of Mercury for over 22 years. Since then, hundreds of offers have come by mail and internet. All offering better service, but when I check them out, I find out that their are either to expensive or lower value for my money. By far, Mercury beats them. Thank you.

This app is worthless!

I was happy to see an app for my Mercury Car Ins. I didn’t have an online account so I started to open a new account using the app, the first thing to fill out was my policy number, but as soon as I typed the last digit of my number it notified me in red that service was not available for this policy type at this time. I have car insurance and there’s nothing special about it. Seriously, I understand that some people may have other types of insurance but you would think the majority of users would have car insurance.

Couldn’t be happier

I have been with Mercury Insurance for a very long time. I appreciate their support, service, and low premiums. I use Auto-Pay and don’t have to worry about having late payments. I will continue using Mercury Insurance because I have never had any problems or issues with my policy.

I received a prompt response and when I then requested additional help I was helped by a representative of Mercury’s support team. He was very helpful and did all of the work necessary to set up my account. I appreciate good service.

Can’t add new car

This app is the worsts this company is the worst. Last 2 times I have bought a new car they make it impossible to add your car on the insurance. It says “add car” in app. Never works. Call, and of course they have no one available to add a car that I need added so I can drive my car safely asap. Worst service. I highly recommend going somewhere where else where you have ease of adding a car when you need to at any time. And I can definitely say they are expensive insurance as well.

Easy, Convenient and Fast.

I find everything I need to know on my phone. Making payments is super easy and having access to my current proof of insurance card priceless. In today’s world no one needs to be reaching for anything from the glove box.

Easy process, professional

It took 15 minutes to change my son life even he have some issues an accident they worked with me to add him on my policy My son got in the car got a job and he is expecting a baby now he have insurance. Thank you Mercury.

My Mercury APP experience

Thank God for Mercury Ins. I reside in the state of California. A lot of insurance companies have filed for bankruptcy or have left the state of California inflation crime. was the number one reason they left .I was so lucky and blessed to find this awesome Insurance that still fits my budget.

So easy!

We sold one of our cars and the app made it so easy to remove that car from our policy. Without having to make a phone call! It gave me the new rates and everything was clear.

Very easy to use

I'm very impressed by how easy the app is to access. I'm 53 and sometimes electronic devices or anything else like that isn't user-friendly. This app is all that and has all the information I need. Great job

Too many updates

Idk who they hired as the designer but they are constantly having to change things as I am constantly having to update the app. Almost every time I go to open. But still the app is not as bad as others. It works pretty well. Just the constant updating is annoying. That’s why I give it 3 stars.

No ads

Auto insurance is mandatory, we all get it. We seem to get far, far too many ridiculous auto insurance ads these days. I chose Mercury because I dont want all the tv ad cost. Thanks for keeping it real.

Late payment

My wife and I are going through emotional trials. I overlooked this payment, but I really appreciate the fact that we were able to submit this payment without the added stress. There is enough stress going around nowadays. We don’t need anymore. Thanks again🙂

Really need the ability to save card in wallet

That way, it’s easy to access and can be updated with expiration dates, along with any other information you want to update to the “back” of the card. Please, please add this. It would also cut down on paper and ink use. It’s a win-win, and would be a good bullet point on your demonstration of Mercury’s CSR. Thanks!

Best insurance

Iv had this insurance for years full coverage on my truck and car. Its the lowest insurance I’ve had my whole life. Tom is always helpful even on weekends. They tell me happy birthday and happy anniversary and stuff like that. It’s awesome highly recommend.

The app makes it pretty easy to get some cheap insurance like me It was my first time getting insurance and I was nervous and I got it done in 30 minutes and my insurance was payed for 6 months no more worrying about it

Easy Peasy

I downloaded the Mercury Ins. app on my phone and with literally less than 5 clicks, I am able to make my payment, get a confirmation that the payment was made, and even get a “thank you.” So awesome! I love this insurance company!

App is good

The app is fine. I am constantly amazed at how ins companies feel their policies are affordable but what do you do after shopping around and have to stay? In Fla, you get your license suspended if you don’t carry ins. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wallet issue

The new ID card on wallet app feature has an issue. The wallet shows the excluded drivers as the additional drivers when drilling down on the ID card details within the wallet app.

User friendly and Top Notch Ap

I had a small issue signing up. The mercury AP gave me a number to call and the rep helped me and was SO NICE AND HELPFUL. There was no wait time. I’m enjoying my AP and maneuvering throughout and love the paperless option.

Mercury is garbage

If you need a tow for anything more than a flat tire tough luck mercury turned me down when my car got into an accident at 9:30 in the evening for a tow home with the claim that there roadside assistance didn’t cover accidents leaving me having to pay $202 out of pocket just to get my car home, if insurance doesn’t help you when you most need it what is the point of the insurance
