In the automatic withdrawals it would be very helpful to have a section for withdrawal history as well the running tab. TD Bank, dare I say, has one and I found it very helpful! Example when you sign up for payments out on 1,15 and 30 That history is always there as well the transactions. I am not sure that is clear. Find someone with a TDBank account still. We switched everything to you.
I like most all of the apps functions including remote deposits and notifications/alerts I would appreciate the ‘goals’ section being optional or placed below the accounts list
The only thing that I don’t like about this app is the fact that, and it really doesn’t have anything to do with the app it has to do with the bank and how the bank doesn’t update and keeps things pending for a couple of days.
The online banking works well both on my laptop and on the app. Some websites don’t translate well to mobile banking but MVSB’s has been consistent and user friendly
When paying bills it would be helpful for the balance of my account acknowledge this payment instead of waiting for days until the payment is sent. Not a good way to help with budget planning. Chase Bank has a much better app for banking.
As newer customer to MVSB i can say im proud of the updates on the app and a consistent impeccable service to its customers. im glad to be banking with MVSB!!! thank you for the endless great service!
Is there a widget for the new updated version? I loved being able to quickly see my balance but I can’t seem to find the option since the update but overall I love this app!
Good app. But does not allow for memo stating what the transfer was for so you must keep track of the transfer outside of the app. I complained about this months ago but no fix, yet if ever.
The program is outdated, i get told i can’t deposit checks from my other banks account into this one because my signature is the same. I’ve had an overdraft fee because the technology didn’t update properly.
Payments are slow to post, statements aren’t available for land loans, payments have been rejected in the past for being more than the monthly required amount.
