Absolutely love the app. From paying my bills, depositing checks, knowing my balance! It’s awesome! I’ve been with this credit union since my freshman year of high school when it was named Lafayette School’s Credit Union! This app is by far amazing!! Only thing I dislike is when the app is in this sort of down time and not allowing me to log in with my Face ID, (which seems to only occur late at night.) Other than that though, super great!
Details on transactions are scarce ! Scary if you ask me. I like to see what’s what with my funds and this update is lacking that. At certain times if the night you can’t access anything on the app. Please revert back to details. They matter.
I love having this Meritus Banking App! My only problem, which is MAJOR, has been with making Digital Deposits. I hope they have a fix for this really soon.
The app consistently won’t acknowledge my password to allow me to login. It will have success for a few weeks, then prompt me to call the credit union for not recognizing my credentials. I’ve had to delete the app and download it again several times, I’ve had to call the credit union to reset it a few times and I can’t use my fingerprint ID to login. It’s frustrating and something needs to be done to improve whatever glitches are causing this to happen!
When the app is working, it has great functionality. I like the layout over their desktop view. The downside? This “Mobile Banking application is experiencing issues” nearly every time I try logging in. It is rare that when you need that app it is up and fully functional.
Works great but don’t have Zelle so I can’t send money even I wanted to. I tried downloading the Zelle app which I can’t use because it tells me go to my banking app.
I love banking with Meritus. The only thing that is a serious peeve is that I have to change my password every so often and you can’t use one you previously used
So I’m being charged $3.68 because I made a transfer from savings to checking
I think that’s horrible 👎🏽👎🏽 to be charged for that reason I guess because of this basic account I have is it y’all goal to charge me for everything I do regarding this account I think that’s predatory.
According to the user agreement which is 16,000 words of legalese, Meritus uses Zell for payments. Nobody reads these things. I wrote a novel that’s 20,000 words. We don’t know what we were agreeing to when we agree to use Zell.
This app always has some type of error or bug that needs fixing. It constantly logs you out. You’re constantly prompted to call a number for assistance with a login error. I’m out of ideas of new passwords because of this app
Horrible app. Horrible support. Horrible all around. Some days I can log in some days it says my account does NOT exist. Horrible. Password reset button gives me security questions I have never seen before. Lucky I don’t leave this credit union as a whole.
I follow the steps and set up a password and a username. I answer my security questions. I was able to login maybe once or twice. When I go back and attempt to login with the same password, it does not let me. I go answer my security questions all correctly and the process still does not work. I went to my local credit union and a teller walked me through the process and I was able to login there and once I logged out and tried again the next day it gave me the same runaround. Cannot login. Tells me that they are unable to validate my information. I cannot use this app. Please fix it, this is crap. Fix your banking app! It will now be deleted from my phone.
