Overall this app is great! Easy to use, feels secure but easy to use. Intuitive and does everything I need it to. I’ve only had one minor technical issue since the update; when transferring funds between accounts I cannot type a memo in the optional memo box. If anyone has a suggested fix, I’d love to get that working again. Otherwise, great app!
This is the 3rd time the app won’t let me log in recently. It keeps saying I’m locked out of my account and I’ll go days without being able to access my money. I don’t live in central Oregon anymore so the app and website are my only sources to check my balances. Both constantly crash or tell me I’m “locked out” and ask to reset my password which won’t work either. And then magically it works after they fix the issues for a little bit. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had here. Last year when my debit card expired they claimed an error happened and they didn’t mail my new card in time. It was lost in the mail and i had to wait about a month before i got a new one which was sent twice. Starting at the beginning of the new year I can safely say I won’t be banking here anymore.
Mid Oregon’s Fraud team prevented a false charge on my credit card (yea!) and I had to go in to the branch to get a new card. Allison took care of that quickly and also cleared up an insurance issue that kept popping up every couple months. Allison had to research the discrepancy and then called me later that day to advise the issue had been solved. Awesome service that is just how they do it day in, day out!

I love this app! I just got a debit card and this app is so useful! I do have one suggestion. I think there should be a way to save up for something, but have that money not in your savings account. Say I wanted to save up for a new phone, I could set aside a little bit of money for that whenever I wanted. That way I could save up for a couple things at once. I hope you'll consider my request.

Using the app makes it easy to review my account on the go. Especially useful for monitoring my child’s account who is learning spending and savings. The customer service is outstanding!
When you first click on the app it shows your balance before you login so anybody that has access to your phone can simply click on the app and see your account
The girls at the Madras branch are very attentive. They know your name. When you get up to the teller she already has the account pulled up and is ready to do whatever transaction you need. I’m very happy with their service.
I have had fraudulent charges to my account more than once and each time Mid Oregon caught it before I did and helped to get my money back. Staff is ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful. I’ll never leave!
A few years ago I disliked Mid Oregons phone app but they have made a lot of improvements lately and the app works great and many new features that I like.

We’ve had a lot of banks and this is the best service we’ve ever had. The website and app are awesome. The only thing we’re missing is a way to transfer from our business account to our personal account on the app. But my fingers are crossed it will happen soon. 😊
The people are great. Internet banking is easy, and because of a debit card I am able to handle transactions at stores. Minimal fees. I could go on and on! Keep up the good work!
The new version of this app is so much better! I honestly couldn’t stand the last version of the app and it was basically unusable but this upgrade has really changed everything around. I can link with my other bank account at OnPoint without any trouble and it let me see pending income (the online banking doesn’t allow this). Also the new app makes it a lot easier to find your username and password if you forgot and is a lot easier to navigate. Great work, MidOregon!
