What app for any service you pay for doesn't have an option for faceID/fingerprint?? User interface is terrible for a big company like this... You want to save money by having customers pay online rather than check by mail but this makes customers not want to go through the hassle of the app when all it does is takes you to an online browser anyhow.
Midco is the worst ISP I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with, frequent outages throughout the week to the point that I can’t always do my job while I wait for them to restore service. These idiots alway think it’s a bad modem which after multiple modem replacements one would think they would realize that the issue is not the modem. Nope they always blame the customer instead of admitting fault on their end.
What’s the point in making your customers use an App if they can’t even sign in to it? I’ve uninstalled and re-installed, tried biometrics and email, and nothing. And when it was working a few weeks ago half the links wouldn’t even do anything when you clicked on them. Either fix the app or get rid of it!!
You’d think a company in the tech industry would have a decent app. Quite literally the worst mobile app I’ve ever had to use. Website pushes you to get the app but the app redirects you to the website for everything which works maybe half the time. For unlimited free services I will remake your app and it would take me less than a week
There is no point to having this app. Anything you click on just brings you to a web base browser. It does tell you if you have scheduled maintenance for your service, but when you click on the maintenance tracker, the app just closes and logs you back out. It’s hard to even call this an app.
The ability to pay on the app is fine but trying to manage my wifi through the app or website is incredibly aggravating I can’t wait to be done with this wifi service always the same issues it’s such a headache.
One of the worst apps I have ever used, it is not even setup for a mobile device, it is just a a shell that brings you to a web page. You would think an internet provider would have someone that could design a proper app, or at least contract with someone that could, jeez.
Wow this new version is absolutely horrible!! Why would you launch something like this. Doesn’t even fit my screen so have to pinch and pull. And fonts are all jacked up. Stop raising prices to launch stuff like this.
It has been crashing continuously for about a month now and I can’t use the app to monitor my kids internet usage or even log on to any of the features. What’s the point if it will not work?
To log in through the app is another challenge, but even if you succeed it doesn't make any sense cuz anyway, it will transfer you to the browser website
Why have an app where a feature is to “manage your services” if it only allows you to add services? If I have to call in for everything anyways, why have an app?
I forgot my password and when I tried to do the forgot password to fix it it never sends me an email it just does nothing I tried for 3 hours and nothing this app is trash
Major bugs all of the time, never remembers my log in, makes you download to see your monthly statement, takes 2 payments out of my account at once, etc.
I have an account on the website, which I always have trouble getting to work correctly on my phone, so I downloaded this App and I put the same log in info, it gives me the error that no accounts were returned...I still can’t log in after multiple attempts since downloading. Thought maybe I had to register on the app itself then..not likely but gave it a try..and it says it’s already registered. Still won’t let me log in though! Better yet, can’t find app HELP on the website and the app doesn’t have the option on the log in screen! No idea how to get this to work now.
The payment option on both the website and app are awful. We were told a payment did not go through, so I went back to retry the payment and it does not tell you which bill needs to be paid. You press pay bill in the app and it just brings you to the website and shows every bill statement. There is no way to make it show which ones need to be paid, just when you paid and when it wasn’t processed. It’s very very frustrating when you are trying to pay your bills and it won’t show which one did not go through 🤬
This app never works! I pay all of my bills thru apps, because it’s 2020 and we can do that... Except our INTERNET SERVICE, they haven't figured out how to make an app functional?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! But they expect you to pay your bill on time, even tho they can't provide solid service.. That's garbage. When I move, I wok not be taking them with me. Between the games with increasing your bill for services that they upgraded (without permission) and claimed it was FREE. Until suddenly one day, it wasn't free anymore, and my bill shot up! But they can't even provide a functional app for their customers.. GAMES.
For a company that offers gig internet, they sure don’t bother putting technical Know-how into their app. It’s actually impressive that in 2020, an app can function this poorly. I was hoping, as a new customer, to get the app to streamline my account management, but after opening the app for the first time, seeing approximately 7 different “null data” warnings, and then having the app crash when I try to open any of the sub menus, I’m giving up with this app. Seriously, how can you be a digital service company in this day and age and have such a terrible product?
Talked to a representative of MIDCO this morning. Was informed that I have to delete and reinstall the application several times in order for it to work. In all fairness to MIDCO they may have just heard about the Internet....so. If you have a choice avoid this company at all costs. Update to how horrible this company’s internet service is. I have whole home Wifi. I barely have internet sitting five feet from one of the routers. I have to use cellular data to functionally use social media. The only thing my internet is capable of doing. Streaming one ONE tv. Now you may ask.....why haven’t you called to report a problem. Well being told to unplug my equipment is getting really old. Customer service is worthless.
Every time I press on “Billing” the whole app just crashes. I’ve deleted the app, and redownloaded it a million times but it keeps happening. And when I open the app up again it says Error Receiving Billing Info for my account. And then it pops up with like 20 pop-ups saying “Timed Out” and I have to press ok a bunch to get past them all. Why can’t I see my billing? That’s the only reason I need the app.. if it’s a feature on the app, shouldn’t it work??
I am experiencing the same issue as others the app will not allow me to even open. I have used it in the past but recently it has not been useful. Just spoke to a customer service rep who informed me that midco website is not compatible with Microsoft edge. So I have to use Google. Also, the app is not compatible with iPhone 8 which is disappointing because my 8 still works quite well.
This app doesn’t even let me open it. I’ve updated it multiple times and still every time I click on it it just flashes and then closes. What’s the point of having an app when I have to go on their website to pay my bill anyways? Maybe take some of the fortune you are taking in from customers and pay someone to fix your app!!
You can only open the app once on an iPhone XS Max. After the first time, it only blinks the opening screen and shuts down. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it many times and it still only opens once after downloading. I can’t access my account on my phone and it’s beyond frustrating. I hope this gets fixed.
App dont work 99% of the time, cant even launch it. When its time to pay my bill i literally have to delete and reinstall app and this process is repeat whenever i want to check account balance, log in to reset my router or simply just to log in. I guess app got a bad rating for a reason, such a big disappointment.
Just to log in, it takes about 30 minutes to log in every time. Through website or the app itself. Finally got logged in but then when im trying to pay the outstanding bill, it stuck at “logging into and redirecting to oayment sit....” About to move away from Midco.
This app never works!!! Don’t try pay a bill on here either, if by chance it actually lets you on and doesn’t close right away, your payment won’t go through. It is a good way for them to get you late on payments and bill you even more! I would have given it zero stars but does not allow that!
I have yet to sign into this app once. I have an acct and I have changed my password 3 times now and it tells me all of the passwords I change to are incorrect. Then I get my account locked and I can’t try again for awhile. Rinse and repeat. This app is an absolute disgrace figure it out.
Barely works, go into app just to pay bill out of it, continually freezes up. Overall poor development like their wifi. Charge you full price for an internet service that works 1/2 the time.
Haven’t been able to open this app in months, through multiple iPhone software updates and after multiple times of deleting and then re-downloading the app. Just closes out immediately after opening. Don’t bother. In fact, don’t bother with Midco in general.

This is a terrible app. I can’t even get into it, as it doesn’t recognize my email address or password. It says I don’t even have an account, yet when I go to the browser version, there I am!
MidCo should take a look at Xfinity, they finally have an app that’s worth your time. This app crashes, doesn’t recognize your password, doesn’t recognize the format, locks up and has more bugs than a crack house. I wouldn’t recommend it if I could skip it to you across a pool of disinfectant.
Don’t bother it’s a waste of time. I tried several times to get help from the website. This only told me I HAD to download the APP. So pointless, when after I downloaded the app I still don’t have the information I need and still have to wait until the morning to get any type of help. 🤬🤬
Very frustrating app to use especially from a site that is in the communication and entertainment business. Often will not recognize touch log in or password. I am really getting fed up with Midco with this and pricing. Starting to consider satellite again!
The app doesn’t even open and because it hasn’t been sending me billing push notifications I’ve missed multiple payments. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading several times and it just does the same thing over and over.
It is confusing app that's very colorful. for some reason it tracks all of your bills and none of your payment confirmations it seems to take forever to clear after you make a payment. Unhappy with the app but it is still better than nothing I guess
Same issues as the other reviews, login won’t recognize my account even though the website does. Tried forgot my password just to see if it’d work but it still doesnt.
Everytime i go to check my bill or pay it im always logged out of the app even though i dont log out and its getting annoying having to sign in everytime i wanna pay my bill
I used to use the Midco app all the time for making my payments. Then the app started to crash every time I tried to open it. I’ve done multiple re-installs of the app and updated my phone a few times. The app needs some updating and bug fixes.
The app gives very little information about your account or payment summary. I made a payment through the app 12 days ago and it still hasn't gone through. Don't even bother. I'm now having to call Midco to ask about my payment.
The fingerprint login in is junk. I have to sign in with my password every time then I get a message asking to enable fingerprint. I ALWAYS select enable but the next time I log in I have to repeat the whole process. Please fix.
