Don’t know what I would have done
Don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t have these One Keys from Milwaukee. I have one on every large tool I’ve purchased for my business. As well as every tool box. Unfortunately where I live your things are not safe even if they are locked away in your van and your parked in a public place midday. I was unlucky enough to find this out and apparently I’m not the only one, but that’s another story. What I was lucky enough with was having these One Keys on EVERYTHING. The criminals took my tool boxes and tools to a storage they had purchased and began attempting to break the locks when the police arrived and arrested them. Along with my tools they found about $30,000 worth of other tools that they just never sold or were never able to sell, I don’t know. I bought about a bakers dozen of these for around $200 and in turn they saved me thousands. Aside from that, I love being able to track the location during work hours, also I love being able to know what is and isn't available, this used to be kind of a headache. So THANK YOU MILWAUKEE!

Good start
This is a good start for what I believe could be a much more powerful tool. One key can track tool and equipment locations and even lock ONE-KEY™ enabled devices (only 3 devices so far). The app needs more design enhancement. The current version has connect up at the top right (after you select which tool) and then touching the tool again edits it’s information. These options should be reversed. Touching the tool again will connect and show all relevant information while the top right small font should give you the option to edit the tools information since that will be the least often performed function. Also, ONE-KEY™ currently doesn’t interact with the Milwaukee m18 batteries. I should be able to track the location and disable the output of these batteries since they cost as much as the tools do. Finally, I have to connect manually to lock and unlock my tool each time. Since the app already knows usage information about the tool and pings it for location every so often, I should be able to set an option to automatically lock the tool after X minutes of inactivity. Alas, I have to reconnect and lock the tool every time. Finally, I really want the ONE-KEY™ tools when locked, to prevent the batteries from being removed from the tools. The batteries and the battery charger are no different than the tools that have no smart features.

The greatness of one key
I have bought and used Milwaukee tools for the past 8 years. My first hammer drill and impact driver are still running today after thousands of installs and much abuse. I have never had an issue outside of their battery powered copper tubing cutter which seem to last about two year before failing; however it is still an exception tool that saves my hand from carpal tunnel! When you buy a Milwaukee tool you know you’re getting exceptional quality, innovation, and reliability! The One Key system is simply amazing and a huge step into the future of hand tools. Instead of simply having a few preset modes, you can customize your tool exactly to meet your specific needs. It’s also very handy in understanding just how much you utilize a specific tool in your arsenal. I would highly recommend buying tools equipped with the One Key system and using this app. Great job Milwaukee!!!

Not what I was promised.
I am an electrical contractor and I bought two sets of the drills and impact combo for two of my foreman. I have always been in favor of Milwaukee tools and when I went to my local supplier and they told me about Milwaukee’s new tools that could be 1) tracked where they were and 2) shut down if they are stolen, I was completely all in. I immediately purchased the two and swapped out some old drills on my guys trucks. Within the first two weeks one set was already stolen off one of the trucks. I thought no problem, I’ll shut it down and see where it’s at, report it to the police, and get my drill back. Not so!!! I quickly learned that the app only works if: someone else also has the app, and they have their blue tooth on. So, I don’t know who had it wrong Milwaukee or the supplier but I will say that Milwaukee stood by their product and understood the confusion and sent us a replacement. The fact they did this still makes them my favorite company for power tools however, I would not want someone to be misled regardless of where the fault lied in the explanation that I got. The other features are nice, so I gave three stars.

Excellent idea, needs ONE major improvement
I’m an owner of a small remodeling company (3-4 employees). I use Milwaukee tools pretty much exclusively. I love the tools, I love the battery platform, they’re fantastic. One Key is an amazing idea and it works the way it’s supposed to flawlessly. However, I only give it four stars because it could use one major improvement. The location pinging only when someone with the one key app is in range is what kills me. It’s great if tools get left on a job. But what about if they’re stolen? If my tools got stolen it would set me back so, so far. If the Tick or the tools with one key came with a little battery inside them that pinged their location every six hours, or if you opened the app and could ping it on demand (similar to find my iPhone) that is a game changer. I would easily invest in a product that does this, because it would protect my assets. If, for example, a version of the tick came out that did this, I would happily spend $30 per tick (maybe even more) to know that I could always locate my tools.

Helps me a great deal with managing and keeping aerial numbers on all my tools
Milwaukee is ahead of the game with this and as well on many other things. Love the idea of the tick, I bought one just to test it out. I think this technology has a long way to go but is a good start. The distance that can be tracked and the fact the app has to be running on other people’s phones in order to detect the stolen tool just isn’t ideal for most theft situations. Milwaukee does make very nice tools and they do take that little extra time in their engineering and quality that lesser brands do not. But you do pay for that difference. 12 volt tools I have and like the circular saw 12v struggles to have enough power to barely cut 2x4s, so I’d go with 18v if you want a cordless circular saw. Their 12v drill and impacts are good for small uses. Overall love their organizers with the gasket to keep moisture out and love most any Milwaukee products. Keep up the good work, love the app a lot a lot.

If Milwaukee Tools makes a tool you do, you have been put on notice.
Man, first off the no questions asked five year warranty is the right way to do customer service and create a loyal lifetime customer. Neighbor bought a tool at a yard sale, it had a problem and they sent it back like new, no cost, no receipt, no questions. But this app is on a whole different level. Dad can do basic things but is starting to suffer mental decline. This app helps him know what he has, and he can locate it too. Plus the peace of mind if a theft were to occur, y’all are nailing it in a way businesses have forgotten how to do customer service. Yes, the trade off is generally more expensive out of the gate, but I don’t want to buy something twice like I did with Default(DeWalt). If I have to, it was never meant to do the job in the first place. Keep on killing it guys!!!

Good app for organizing but major let down
Great app only thing that is lacking is their procedure for when you lose, misplace or have your tools stolen I thought there would be a decent chance at my 600 or so dollars in Milwaukee tools stolen out of my truck being found or back in my possession since I had purchased a few of the one key ticks but after calling Milwaukee to see about the steps to be taken to hopefully recover my stolen tools I found out that the tools have to be within 100 yards of your location for the ticks to ping my tools location which was very disappointing and extremely underwhelming to say the least when I found this out. So Milwaukee is my go to tool brand, and all I ever buy or own is Milwaukee and the rest of the stuff on the app is pretty cool so 3 stars for those things but man come on Milwaukee let’s get this let down fixed to where we can track our tools within idk a 10 or 25 mile radius, that way you can have a chance at locating and recovering what is yours.

Not just for ONE-KEY!
I wish the app was called something different because I get a whole lot of use out of it without owning a single ONE-KEY™ tool. It's a great app for cataloging ALL your tools whether they're ONE-KEY™ or not (or even whether they're Milwaukee or not), so while the app would of course be most functional for owners and users of ONE-KEY™ tools, the name is a bit misleading and a whole lot of other people who could get good use out of it probably haven't downloaded it because they too don't own any ONE-KEY™ tools, and so they look at the name and mistakenly think this app won't be of any use to them. In fact, it's great for all tools, regardless of whether they're Milwaukee or ONE-KEY™, and in fact the app was designed with all tools in mind, as it allows you to sort your tools by manufacturer, among other criteria. Yet another piece of real quality work by the folks at Milwaukee. If you'd like to keep track of any tools at all, give this app a try!

One key
Although this app has many useful functions, my assumption without reading The fine print was that the ticks were tracking devices in the event of a theft. After having all of my Milwaukee tools stolen several years ago, I figured I would fix the problem forever by attaching a tick to all of my tools and the pack- out boxes that contain them.,To my dismay I was just robbed again ! What I realized was not only did I package them up for a split second grab of every tool I own, but once they were taken, I thought I would at least be able to locate them and the thief at once due to attaching the ticks to everything. I WAS VERY WRONG!!! The ticks only work if the thief or someone else within Bluetooth distance of the stolen goods has the app on their phone also. Better I guess than having nothing at all but not really what I thought I was buying . This app would have real value if the ticks and the app could locate the tools by relaying off of ANY cellphone signal rather than just a cell phone with the app.

Love My Waukee
I started out with a small pack out box and just kept loving Milwaukee tools my personal collection has grown to 1/2”, 3/4”, 1” high torque impacts with one key, 1/4ratchet and impact 5/8 impact ratchet and stubby impact, 1/2” ratchet, mid torque 2nd and 3rd gens, hex surge, heat gun, rear handle circular saw, 9” cut off machine concrete saw, led stick light, 2 angle grinders, 2 different job site radios, hammer drill, hex impact, air inflator, and much more and that’s just my M18 stuff off the top of my head. I have just as much M12 stuff 3 rapid chargers, 40” heavy duty tool box with stainless top, 56” heavy duty tool box and both of those are packed full of all my hand tools. All this plus more and my collection is still growing. I really want the top box for my 56” toolbox. I’ve heard of Milwaukee giving people free bonus stuff for buying Milwaukee tools but I’ve never gotten any. Love my Milwaukee though. Thanks guys

Disappointed
I was looking to switch over to all company supplied tools, so was very excited to see that Milwaukee had this tool tracking system. That excitement was short lived once after purchasing 4 sets of these tools and seeing the EXTREMELY lackluster results. I understand the Bluetooth location orientation, so realize that this isn’t a GOS system, but it isn’t working. I had setup 2 of my impact drivers, 2 drills and one Tick before bringing them to a job site. On my drive in that morning, all the tools showed current tracking, but only one has worked since. I have the Tick in my van with me, been driving around with it for a week, but it has never shown up. The other 4 tools are all together, and 1 got a reading on one of the tools 1 day, obviously off of someone that has the app on their phone at the site. The other 3 tools have never shown up, nor any of the tools showing a reading from when I was onsite near the tools. Very disappointed with this type of performance from a Milwaukee branded anything. Should’ve stuck with RIGID for 1/2 the price and their lifetime warranty.

Awesome App!
This app is absolutely awesome, it allows you to store all your tool information, including a photo of your purchase receipts in a single very easy to use location. When I first logged into it I was surprised it had already populated with old purchases I had registered in the past. It also auto grabs you a copy of the user manuals and all service bulletins for each specific tool. I thought the app was just for One Key specific use but its a wealth of information on all your tools, including serial numbers incase of theft. I’ve tried a lot of different manufacturers apps in the past, all of them were poorly laid out, confusing to use and seemingly abandoned by the developers after a short time. This isn’t one of those apps, its pure genius in layout, design and usefulness. Great job Milwaukee, you nailed it!

Tool Management Life Saver
I’ve been trying to get my company on board for tool tracking for years and we finally had enough tools go “missing” we bought a bunch of trackers. What I didn’t know what how amazing the actual app that Milwaukee has was going to be. Even if you don’t put a QR tag or GPS dot on your tools you should still use this app. Enrolling all your equipment with photos, assigning it to sites, people, and/or company divisions means that even if you don’t know where it is from a geotag you know who has it and who signed it out last. You can track purchase price, maintenance schedules, cost analysis. Honestly this app isn’t highly rated enough. Milwaukee knocked it out of the park and my boss now thinks I’m a genius for finding a tool that does all this.

Stolen car found!!
My 2016 Mazda CX-5 had been stolen 3 times this year and I had to do SOMETHING!! So I picked up this little half dollar sized GPS made by Milwaukee and threw it in the back of my SUV. I was pretty disappointed at first because it seemed I needed to be pretty close to my car for the Bluetooth chip to work. When my car was stolen for the 4th time it showed me where I had last parked it but nothing more. Darn! But within a week it popped back up on the app telling me it was at an address in a town 40 miles from here. I called the police in that town to see if they could check it out and got a call back within 15 minutes - my car was at that exact address and I recovered it!! Way to go Milwaukee!!

You are missed leading false advertising of finding a tour on a job site is the biggest BS I’ve ever heard of. I always like your tools do you guys are normally a very reputable company but this one I lost about $500 worth of tools that cannot be replaced because of your false sense of security I bought top dollar for your locating services. It’s basically told me that my tools were there at one point in time and disappear with no help to find them ever again. I am so severely disappointed in you should be to the false advertise your character of a name they respectively standby all the time and boast about has completely tarnished to a simple little gimmick that you would sell to the American public. At this point I am disgusted with the name Milwaukee. And being at all my tools are gone I am looking to a new manufacture to better suit my needs those honest and keeps up with what they say. I don’t think I have anything else to add to this I think my text speak forth. Sincerely disappointed customer.

Not “just” for ONE-KEY tools
Although the ONE-KEY line of tools can run from $200-$1000 in price, this app is not just for tracking those tools specifically. You may also catalog your non ONE-KEY tools using photos of the tool and entering serial numbers of each individual tool. This is especially great when you run into an issue with a tool and need warranty service but the serial number is worn from use. No problem, simply refer back to the app and retrieve that information easily! This app is great for those wanting to organize and keep that information safe, it could also help aid in loss recovery should tools end up stolen and you find it elsewhere for sale but with your serial on it(hypothetically speaking that is). 10/10 recommend this app!

Milwaukee for life!
Continuously at the HELM of innovation, quality & practicality. Milwaukee has been the first & only choice for me since starting in the Electrical trade 20yrs ago. I’ve never had a problem with anything I’ve ever purchased with their name on it. I’m confident in the products they create & support the brand 100%. The one key app is not only the first of its kind, but allows you complete control of any tool with one key capability and even provides tracking within 100’ of them or any other tool you chose with their external tick devices. I could go on for days & still not give their technology, attention to detail, or customer service due credit. Try it out for yourself. Bravo Milwaukee... Bravo!

Best on the market
Milwaukee has came a long ways they are by far the best on the market. It’s just mind-boggling much more Advanced their tools and technology is compared to their competitors. The one key technology is unbelievable I have a 3/4 drive impact that I use every day in my line of work as a boilermaker. I’ve used it on every thing from a 1” flange to a 48” flange. It definitely beats running an air hose makes the job twice as fast. The things I like about one key you don’t have to worry about someone stealing your stuff because you can track it and lock it where no one can use it. You can alsoAdjust how much torque you’re putting out that way you don’t over tighten. Milwaukee one key is the best you can’t beat it.

ONE-KEY 4ME
A great idea by a great manufacturer. Finally a way to track tools and manage users etc. Hopefully will prevent the loss or misplacement of valuable tools and aide in the upkeep of those tools also. I love the ability to be able to track your ONE-KEY tools as well as other manufacturers and to be able to assist in other members being able to recover their lost or stolen tools. The savings and peace of mind should prove to be invaluable to not only myself but other members as well. So beware thieves and those sticky handed people, wether by choice or accidentally your days are numbered at least for members of the ONE-KEY family of users. Thank you MILWAUKEE TOOLS!!!

Great Until Update - Bugs4Dayz - User Right Flawed
Every time new manufacturers added while adding new item app freezes. Must cancel new item being created then go back in. If you make the slightest gesture swiping down YOU LOOSE EVERYTHING WHEN CREATING A NEW ITEM. Serious frustration after entering all data and photos then the slightest downward swipe causes item creation to be aborted and all is lost (maybe be create a simple cancel button in corner). Most important issue is the user rights. User must have DELETION RIGHTS in order to check out a tool. This makes no sense why you would jeopardize data quality and user accidentally deleting items. The whole point of application is to check tools in and out without giving full access, deletion rights should not be a requirement but reserved for Owner/Mangers.

The reason I hate ONE-KEY
I hate ONE-KEY, because I now specifically buy O-K tools and it is making my wife mad; a. Due to the living standard of spending big money on premium tools, b. Spending time playing around with the user definable settings and testing them which makes it sound like a construction zone in the house, c. Having the ability to track items that have been “ticked” (like wife’s purse, keys, and even put them in babies favorite toys, d. Spending more time messing with settings on the adjustable tools. e. some of the O-K compatible tools seem to only be available Online. With the actual app it is pretty user friendly, sometimes alittle slow but I don’t entirely blame the app for that.

Does the job, wish more from one key
I hope one day the one key tools get more functionality. Would love to see data streams from tools, better tracking, etc. I hope the apps and tools can be integrated in the future to have some of these features. Without the issues of tying a component to software upgrades. I would love tools and an app that could have firmware and software updates, but I would like to be able to use the same tool 10 or 20ys later and not worry that a software update will make perfectly working tool obsolete in 2-5yrs when a new tool generation comes out.

One key
I have been very satisfied with one key accuracy. I was in Arkansas on a business trip and my mother went to my house to borrow my pressure washer. My duel bevel 12” miter saw was on the floor in front of the pressure washer, when she moved it onto the work bench, approximately 10’ horizontal and 3’ vertical, I received a text message. Amazing how 1000 miles away just simply moving it in the garage notified me, very impressive! Considering how the “tool only” is often cheaper and harder to carry than the batteries, i wish there was a one key for the battery alone, item I have found to be stolen most frequently.

Not very helpful
The problem with these Tick devices and app is that they have to be within 50 feet of each other to actually be detected. They are so expensive that you would think that they would high tech GPS locators, but in reality they don’t do anything for you if your tools are lost or stolen UNLESS some other person just happens to also have the app, ALSO be on their app, looking for tools, and ALSO happens to be within 50 feet of your tool, and ALSO is kind enough and honest enough to report the item found and/or doesn’t take it for themselves....... so really not that helpful. I mean it can show you where it was the last time you were near it. So if someone has multiple job sites and a bad memory then I suppose it could be helpful to them.

One of the best apps and best power tools I EVER USED. Been through a lot of brands like Makita, DeWalt, Ryobi, even SNAP ON. And I believe Milwaukee still tops all them off. Makita feels like a toy that it would break once dropped. (Which I did break one) and DeWalt I don’t like for the colors yellow and black nah more like a female tool. Just purchased to try out. And get out of here Ryobi kept burning out on me. Couldn’t even finish one job. And Snap On just dame too over Priced that other brands could do the same job. But back to subject this app is the best thing I ever had to keep track of my one key tools and to keep all my other tools marked down by my serial number and vin number

Perfect Just Like all Milwaukee Products
Excellent products. I was sold the minute I started construction and was a trainee and my trainer used Milwaukee everything. He always told me simply because it was the best and if something ever does break down, they honor their warranty almost 100% of the time whether it’s still technically under warranty or not. Slowly but surely, thousands of $$ later, I’ve not had one of my Milwaukee products skip a beat. I see other guys in construction go through Tool after Tool. Drill after Drill. And yet, I’m still using and abusing all my Milwaukee tools and now they are all buying Milwaukee!

Awesome to keep inventory
This is awesome to keep track of all my tools, not only does it work with Milwaukee tools, but also anything you can dream of. There are a couple extra steps involved adding other brands of tools, but it is by no means hard. I spent about an hour adding 25 tools including model numbers, serial numbers, pictures of the tools, and setting them up into categories. I still have a ton of tools to add, but once all the existing tools are in here i will only need to add new tools. You can even keep track of purchase information with your tools for warranty purposes.

Love the tools
I exclusively use this app with my Milwaukee bluetooth light when mounted out of reach (on the ceiling). I have yet to use it with regular power tools and its use in keeping track of them. It is an awesome app when working correctly. I sometimes have to restart the app to get control over my light. Ive had the light and used the app for well over a year now. They continuously update it and improve it (the app) Over the time that I have had the light, 100% of its control has been through the app. The connection issues as well as the app itself have improved over the life that I have used it. Today, a year and half later or so, my light and the app feel fairly seamless...

Great tracking tool.
You can track all your tools with this application. Easy and user friendly. I wish it would allow you to scan the serial number using the device camera instead of manually inputting that information. A feature that adds up the total number of tool in the inventory would be helpful. How many tools are in stock or how many are assigned out. There also seems to be a small, minute glitch on the app. When I first open it, it seems to freeze. I have to close the app and then re-open it and it works fine.

I’m writing this review because the app keeps insisting
This is a must-have for One Key and Tick equipment. It also keeps track of all other Milwaukee tools. I haven’t yet tried to use it to track other branded tools. A nice feature is the Uploads section to view associated documents (PDF) in one place. No, we can’t hope for One Key and Tick tracking devices to get a cost effective GPS upgrade anytime soon. To date the only available tracking option is over a Bluetooth network when a users device is within 100 feet of the tool. Users with multiple jobsites need GPS enabled tracking; what’s your answer, Milwaukee?

Excellent and accurate
I use these tags to protect my camera equipment and all my tripods, etc. the location map is very accurate as mentioned. I have them hidden in some of my camera cases, Incase someone were to help themselves. On missing feature that tile units have is being able to activate a sound to audibly locate your tag. With tile, you can trigger a sound from the tag to locate the item by sound. And if you push the button on the tile itself, it will make your phone ring, to help find that, if missing. I do recommend these one key tags.

Decent app
Not terrible but does leave some things to be desired. Like when you have multiples of the same tools, ie; batteries, it would be nice to be able to select a quantity instead of having to go through the same process with each and every one to get them added to inventory. Also, when adding tools to inventory it would be nice to be able to search with keywords also instead of just the model number because I’ve still been unable to find the model number on a screwdriver or pair of channel locks for example. So I use their website search function to find the specific model numbers for those type of tools. It’s kind of a pain

Great. Even if you don’t use One Key tools
I am able to keep up with every tool I own. Not just my Milwaukee tools. I have images of receipts and serial numbers. For me, this tool allows me to have proof of purchase for warranty and insurance purposes for every tool and battery I own. Better still, the app allows so much more than that with features that nearly everyone can use. It is scalable from the DIYer to a multi-location multiple jobs construction or contracting business. It really is a wonderful inventory control tool that costs nothing to deploy.

Personal tool Inventory
I started using the app about two years ago, just mainly to get a rough inventory of the important tools I have on hand. My main prerogative was for this, as I had a few cordless power tools stolen out of a locked and secured vehicle and I did not have all of the part and serial number information readily available. The app is really good. It can be used simplistically or for larger companies that need to maintain inventory, there are a lot of features that make it very nice. I use it very simply, and the tools do not have to be red in color you can add any brand manufacture of an inventory tool that you want to. I like it a lot.

One key is awesome!!!
I don’t really use my ONE-KEY™ for all the features and for some dumb reason I only set one of tools up and just didn’t get around to the rest. Well, they were stolen from my truck along with my packout tool boxes... cops weren’t much help pretty much told me that I would never get them back. Except for when I assigned the tool as stolen it disabled the tool so that the moron sent it in to be repaired and bam! Got em! The tool was shipped to that police department where I was able to get that one back. Since then I put every tool in the app even if it is not a one key tool. Best power tools and accessories out there!

One of the greatest tools by far!
I seriously love this app! The fact that it’s right at my fingertips and I can easily scroll through and check out all my tools/inventory, where they are and who has what. It just gets better with Milwaukee as they come in clutch every single time! Don’t get me wrong here, I understand the simplicity in just these small sticky barcode labels… but organization is everything. I can’t wait to get my hands on the trackers next! I’m going to place those on all my high ticket tools next!

Great functionality, low price, missing GPS
I think this app would work well for someone managing multiple work crews for not a lot of money. Especially in a high traffic location where the chances of other users being in the area is higher. The biggest drawbacks are that it takes time for the app to record the location of ticks/one-key tools and that there is NOT GPS tracking available. For the cost, the functionality is very good. Pawn shop owners should be encouraged to download it especially to prevent purchase of stolen tools. I’d be willing to spend a little more to get GPS functionality, so hopefully Milwaukee adds that in the future!

Seriously
I love the fact we can all help if we keep location on but the actual app is lousy, I can’t change or update any of my tool info because it says I’m in maintenance mode?? But there’s nowhere to get out of maintenance mode?? I even tried to just delete the item to renter it and it told me I’m unable to because I’m in maintenance mode. But there is no way to not be in maintenance mode that I can find, help me. I mean seriously, doesn’t seem too user friendly. I will still give it 5 stars because I love Milwaukee 🤗 Thanks!

Finally put out the money for a fuel combo impact & hammer drill. The one key app is very easy to navigate and very cool. Having the ability to customize every aspect of your drill from low rpm to high,as well as torque settings, and even how long drill flashlight stays on once trigger is pressed. I have been in the construction Buisness 30+ years and Milwaukee out did themselves on this one. I have only ever seen stuff like this in my dreams and you guys made my dreams come true. THANKS GUYS, Never let off the throttle and I will continue to grow my Milwaukee collection🔨

Nice for keeping track
Like being able to see my full tool inventory in one spot. Would love the ability to simply scan in new serials with the camera. Having some of the ONE-KEY™ tools, I can’t say enough about how nice it is to be able to change settings with such control. There’s a lot more that could be done with the app and I hope Milwaukee will continue to develop more capability into this. I’d love to be able to see manuals, get new tool notifications, press releases, messages from my tool rep, channels to provide feedback to engineers about specific tools, chat with customer service...the possibilities are endless.

Milwaukee one key tracking
It’s the best thing I added to my tool box. I work as a technician I go to a few houses a day now if I leave my drill behind at a house. Now I can just look up the tool on the app and it will tell me the location of the tool that got left behind. Or if someone walks off with my pack out tool box at a job site I can locate it with the one key tracker that’s mounted on the bottom underneath the hand truck. There waterproof dust proof and haven’t let me down yet. I love the one key from Milwaukee.

Really great tool for tracking all tools
So far, so good! Enjoying the new crew feature so our team can see where our tools are at any time. Maybe a thought for future versions to add a “reservation” feature for a tool so that a division or person can check out the tool on a certain date in advance, so we can schedule work accordingly. But that’s really a wish list item. Other than that it’s working great. Easy to use on the desktop and app. Enjoy the option to assign a tool to an individual, a division, or a place.

Don’t regrets for a sec buying the OneKey over regular
The able to dial in my impact really is useful. I’ve got my first 2 settings set for lug nut torque. It does get very close to what it’s supposed to be. (I do with I could dial them in even farther though.) I love the ability to tone down the torque when letting my knucklehead son use it. It likes to learn things the hard way evidently. He’s had a history of snapping bolts, I love being able to limit this impact. I can see how that might be useful for a business owner.

One key
I lost my drill at one point. Simone had grabbed it. I kept checking to see if it was located. It showed up across town. I drove across town. It then moved to another location. I asked a few guys in the area, a honest guy admitted to picking it up and he mentioned “the drill does not work” I then clicked in my app and unlocked the drill, he returned it to me. The one key app does come in handy, but a alarm, or beeping sound would come in handy for those of us who are looking for it, if you could hit a button that makes the drill beep, would make it easier to locate

Works Great!
The tool inventory is awesome to have. I can store a picture of my receipts to any new tool that I buy (even if it’s not Milwaukee) along with corresponding serial #’s in case I need to make a warranty/theft claim. The app is very helpful for inventory and I would highly recommend it for that purpose alone. The One-Key tracking works pretty well on my iPhone too. I’ve got a couple Ticks on some of my tools and I’ve been known to leave a tool somewhere. 1 Tick and this app has already saved me $200 from a tool I misplaced and was able to find using the Tick and App together.

Printable
I love the app and use it all the time. However I would like to see a feature added to print info. I currently have 18 batteries and 1 missing from inventory. It would be great if I could print a list of the serial numbers to determine which one is missing and check with other contractors to see if maybe they took it by mistake. It’s tough to see what’s not there when you have to drill down through the app for each item to check serial numbers.

Still not sure, but great for keeping track
I have to say that without one key, or a tick, I'm still not sure what benefit the app has for me, other than documenting my tool purchase and ownership for potential future use of the warranties. In that respect, i feel Milwaukee would have an easier time of tracking my purchases warranty claims, with the pictures of receipts and tools that i included. Doesn't feel like a true registration, so much as a tracking app. Maybe Milwaukee could improve the app, in this aspect. Maybe a little acknowledgment of your brand loyalty, and purchase. An informal "registration"

Great System for inventory
I love this app for keeping track of my inventory. I only have one complaint about it… Milwaukee is ridiculously slow in uploading photos of their newest items, so if you are one of those people that buys the newest, latest and greatest product, you will either be left with no photo in your inventory or you will need to take one yourself. I love the Milwaukee stock photos, once they get uploaded - clean, white background. Since they are so slow to upload, they should change the app to automatically upload in your already logged inventory.
