Love the app, only complaint that I may have is the amount of details available on debit charges, I would like to see the phone numbers of the debits that I have been charging with, I know you can look at this by logging in through the web site but would be helpful if you could see all information on the app
The app isn’t too bad, feels more clean and modern then the last. But mobile depositing, which is one of my most frequently used features, seems to have been an afterthought. It’s hidden in the “more” tab where it takes searching to find, not right on the front page as it used to be. Also the experience going through the mobile deposit is much more time intensive. Now you must manually input the amount on the check, rather then it scanning and inputting it for you, then letting you edit it if it made a mistake (which it never did for me in the years of me using it). Another thing is the blurry image with instructions covering the camera so you can’t even see if the check is lining up properly. Lastly, if you have for the passed several years required people to write for mobile deposit only, please clarify if with the new system we need to continue doing this, or not. Because new users wouldn’t know to do it, and repeating users might do it when there is no need to.
Love banking with Mobile the service is amazing. You walk into a branch and they are on you and if busy they let you know they are sorry your waiting. But waiting sometimes is a good reason. It’s because people come just be patient and you will receive the up most professional service. Thanks Mobile for everything.
I moved to Fort Worth over three years ago. Joined MOFCU two years prior to moving. Had no idea I was going to relocate. Financed a new car seamlessly, used the savings account and check account extensively. Absolutely no problems. The newer version of the mobile banking platform performs great with no problems. I am 100% mobile app. Highly recommended MOFCU.

I love banking with Mobile all credit union, they are the best place to handle your money and make sure everything goes smoothly. I can’t complain about them at all because they’ve helped me a lot. If you’re looking for a good bank or credit union I would recommend mobile all credit union hands up that’s it.
Besides the fancy background, I preferred the older version because it showed more at once. Now I have to hunt for things. The app only allows you to do basic stuff otherwise you need a laptop
Great bank, and love the new website designs and app updates. When is Rave planning on getting tap to Pay and Apple Pay? Almost all the other local credit unions have it
It is down constantly to the point I am changing banks because of how frustrating it is. No other mainstream bank app has this issue. Their servers are held together with silly string and hope.
The ability to be able to view your balance page without having to login every time is missing from this app function versus the previous one. It is quite the inconvenience and minimizes the accessibility of being as functional as the previous app.And we need additional mobile oil credit union locations in the Houston Texas area versus your branches where they may not treat you with the same respect because you don’t bank with them which is also an opportunity for them to steal your business. :(
