I know the system is still fairly new since being bought by DI but there’s definitely bugs that need fixed and the platform needs to be more user friendly. I don’t like that I need to click on multiple tabs to see the full schedule. What if I miss something on the go because I didn’t click through the million tabs for providers/Operatory. Put the schedule all together like we’re looking at the Dentrix Appointment Book. Plus you can’t even click on the treatment a patient has scheduled for the day, it’s cut off if there’s multiple codes for the treatment. Like the other review it says “Remember Me” for the log in but never does. Also, does Modento Go not have call forwarding? Obviously you can call the patient from the app. But not receive them on the go if necessary?
