I was on here playing I hit on a slot for $118 it kicked me off the app would not let me come back on had to download the app several times finally let me back in with no winnings you can’t talk to anybody on the phone it’s only through a chat they’re saying my account is under investigation and someone will contact me if I get money back I have proof of screenshots I’ve won the moneyAnd they’re still giving me a hard time but if I lost you bet you would see no money in my account I will never play on this app again once my issue was resolved stay away people
Long time gambler here, short time using this App(less than a month). A notfication appeared on my phone stating a deposit deal of "Get a 100% up to $500 Deposit Offer Bonus.." I thought it'd be a good deal and I looked through the in-app notifications, promotions section, and email... nothing. Thought, okay maybe a mistake. Then another notification 3 days later stating "Time is running out..." for the same offer. Checked the same things, nothing. Confused, reached out the the customer service reps. which seemed like they were helpful, but failed to elevate my case until after a week. Then they simply state the offer is expired.. well yes, of course it would be expired since they neglegently delayed over a week to assist my situation. Customer service needs to overhall a re-training on professionalism and courtesy. I'm honestly not even upset I can't use their bonus offer. I'm disappointed in FanDuel and any Application that utilizes them as they do the bare minimum and delay then "hang up" when you still had questions. If a customer service "Agent" emailed me stating it was an error within the first 24hrs I probably would be less upset, and if they floated me a smaller deal to smooth over a "misunderstanding" then honestly that would have made me stay with this App. But because the situation played out this way, no I will avoid using any FanDuel poducts in the future and so should every other individual.
Been playing on Mohegan for several years now and I usually lose to the house but had fun doing so. it’s entertainment and it’s fun. They started this new thing recently where they tell you you’re not human and hold this button because you’ve shut off tracking on your browser while on the Phone app with NO browser -there’s no way I shut off whatever they claim, but ever since that kicked in I go from losing $1000 a month to $3000 a month and NOTHING pays out even 10 % of my bet. Whatever algorithm they’re using to claim you’re not human while using their own App Store app is ridiculous. If I was using something I would’ve won or been ahead a single month. Never once have I won more than I lost. So I find that offensive but honestly, we just spent $1000 playing the features and not once on the features that cost $100. Did they ever pay out more than 10% of what you actually put in. Put in 100 you will only get back 10 bucks if you’re lucky All these changes have just turned it into the broken dryer method. You just keep loading money and nothing happens. The player has to win once in a blue moon. But again, if they’re gonna justify the non-randon non stop losses they’ll just create a trial of saying their own app behaved like a script so they had to check if you were even human. Ridiculous.
Won’t honor promotion that was offered and fulfilled
So I used to really like this online casino and we do go to Mohegan Sun quite often so it is nice that you get the points for stays and such. HOWEVER, I recently opted into a promo to wager a 100 and get 150 in casino credits. I have never had any issues with this casino before. Except maybe that they don’t pay out anywhere near as well as DraftKings does. So anyway, I opt in, wafer somewhere around 150 (I got the notification while playing). So naturally, I keep playing. When I’m done I check the promo, and it states it’s been played through 0%. So I got ahold of customer service. I get an email hours later stating there having issues with CT users using the promo and playing on iOS. Since then, nothing. I have reached out to customer service multiple times. No answer. I even had a “agent” end the chat when I explained I’ve reached out multiple times. If they’d just check my play history, they’d see it was moooore than sufficiently played through and I am entitled to the credit. Anyway, long story short, be cautious! I’ve spent easily 3,000-3,500 on the app, winning maybe 1,000 the whole time. The least they could do is give me the credit I am owed. I guess not. Go on Draft Kings if you really want to play, MUCH better pay offs, just takes longer to get your money. GAMBLERS BEWARE!
This first part is just a part of personal experience the rest is for everyone. But for started i had gotten locked out of my account then it got suspended. They unsuspended my account almost 24 hours later and gave no compensation or anything for the time that i wasn’t eligible to play for. Blackjack is the biggest scam they have. I can promise any high bet you do is guaranteed to lose expect for one out of approximately 17 high ones. If you do low ones you will win ever at least 1-7 turns guaranteed. Most computer based gaming is based on algorithms due to the fact that it is a programmed system. This isn’t in dealer favor either. I’ve lost over 1k in one day and if i went to the casino I’d make my usual 5k. Never using any “casino”app again these are just scams for your money unless your playing under $1 draws up to about $50-$100 of your profit Gain. We like to do some small scale gambling wether in person at the casino or using an app occasionally. We have had two identical experiences while using “live roulette”. In both instances using a certain method/style of playing the same event occurred… spin was made and somehow the ball didn’t make it around 3 times. In both instances it was after black had come out approximately 15 or 20 times in a row (of course you bet red) what’s happens? Red comes out… we win right? Nope! right away they say hold on we need to review it and then recall the spin… anyone who’s plays knows you’re all in at this point… next spin? Black again…the exact same thing happened twice within a one week period. How come a spin never gets recalled when you have a small bet? Customer service said they would review the video and get back to us… we never heard from them. We are grown ups and understand the risks with gambling and also understand the odds. We do it for fun… winning allows you to play longer. It becomes something else when things like this happen. We can go anywhere and get robbed… one would think a big name would lend itself to more integrity… We don’t need a generic response that says “well that’s gambling” or “we’re sorry and we will blah blah”
This is probably the worst slot app I have ever played on. I had tried it before a few months ago and it was glitchy, would kick you out of games you were playing, and it wouldn’t load half the games. I recently reloaded it to give it another try and It did the same thing. All of the new games would never load and some of the old games. The only games I could play were ones that just were not that fun. So save your time and money and don’t bother with this app. I tried to tell them about how horrible the experience is and they seemed not to care, they just removed my account like I asked and didn’t even try to apologize for how horrible their product is. The sports book is also excellent I have used it only a few times thus far, for boxing and NCAA Football. 5/5 users on twitch can catch me streaming my slot play At Mohegan weekly ttv/Aewind.
Lousy app. Half the time most games won’t load and the other half they buffer during a spin. They are quick to let you deposit money but good luck trying to get it back. They will take it from any bank but have a very limited number of banks they will electronically transfer winnings to. Requesting a check takes forever. After requesting a check I got an email like four days later saying it had been approved and would be 7-10 BUSINESS days to receive it. That is ridiculous.
There used to be good incentives before like deposit $50, get $50 in credit. But now it will be something like deposit $500 and receive a $20 credit, that’s one of the better ones believe it or not. Also my favorite new incentive is depositing depositing $500 and maybe get a chance to win a pair of sunglasses or cookware lol what? I want money! That’s why I’m gambling! Horrible customer service and many rude dealers. They can screw up, cancel your bets and not pay you with no accountability. After what happened to me shows that they can have their dealers intentionally mess up to avoid a larger payout. Contact customer service and they will throw up their hands and not fix a wrong. App itself if buggy on live dealing. The odds are stacked even further against you than a real casino. Update - customer support finally corrected the error after I filed out a “how did we do” email. I took a few weeks but they did the correct thing and credited me. Thank you!
Great game but ur gonna put more money than u win. It seems like once u find a game u like and keep playing it will never let u win again. Then the winning u get be cents so if u playing 1.20 how u winning if u only getting cents bak. So u losing the whole time. When u get to a point where ur betting low it will never let u when till u spend all of wat u have left. Pay attention to the pattern of the slots it will be a constant pattern for u not to win. How u play 150 dollars but don’t go up at lease alil.
I have had nothing but problems with this app in the last 45-60 days. Current issue is ZERO of the games will open and I get an error. I was skeptical of putting money on this app based purely on some of the reviews. Come to find out it’s super fun and I’ve actually won quit a bit on it. Worse app ever I lost my job over a month ago so I decided to download the app to get couple of dollars for any extra stuff I needed money for I seen it was taking a while to even accept me to get 40$ I made I started asking about the payment then the costumer service put as if I had a gambling problem and they suspended my account for no reason I spoke to them and they didnt make it any better they suspended my account for 12 months for no real reason and they asked me to send them my PayPal email I did and they told me my state doesn’t do PayPal but the app is from the casino from the state I’m at they made it super difficult for me I do not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste your time
Decent promotions, used to be much better but now they are hit or miss. Stick with the live dealer games, the computer blackjack and craps algorithm have not been lucky and do not seem to reflect the RTP stated. I would relax and play sometime I win sometimes I lose . But it was convenient for me, cause I can’t make it to the casino. When I deposit money into my account it charged my banking account $10 three times. So it charged my $30 not $10. This happened to me twice. This app is trash. They offer promos, but when you try to claim them, they are not issued to you. Their customer support is absolute garbage. This app was fairly decent up until last week, I have seen multiple bonuses in games that paid absolutely nothing. Now I get it’s not guaranteed but 3 on 1 game with a grand total of whatever the payout was for the bonus and zero in the bonus. This is now a complete money grab from mohegan sun. I have loads of fun without having to leave my home. There are some annoying times when certain games don’t work for some reason or another but the bugs are usually sorted out within a day or so. I’ve been using this app for quite a while with mixed opinions. Unfortunately, lately, I’ve had multiple game malfunctions leading to losing the progress of my wagers when hitting a bonus round. Fan duel informed me that “ per the game rules and state gaming regulations, any malfunction voids all pay and play so that is ultimately how the wager will stand. “. Basically, if you wager to reach a bonus round and the game malfunctions during that round you lose. I won’t be wasting my money on this app if they don’t take responsibility for games that fail.

I have played a few times on Mohegan and they may give you a few cents here and there but nothing big. The bonus’s came up on ONE game one time. DraftKings may not be perfect, game freezes sometimes, but at least there’s opportunities to win. I won decent amounts, $200 $250 & $400, on Draftkings. Mohegan should take notice.
