Love the app but recently tried the games for the first time. Very simple stupid games just like most gambling. However! I have won a lot of points and I have not received any of them! I even have a screen shot of winning a lot and it’s clearly not added to my total amount. Scam I’d say.
I was in the middle of playing the in-app game “Stacks of Cash” and just won the 200,000 points jackpot from betting 20 points when the app crashed. How convenient. I believe must have a directive when someone hits a jackpot to avoid the huge payout. It’s unfair because there is no record or evidence/proof to get the winnings back. It’s only for a chance to win one of four $100 weekly winnings. Maybe nobody actually wins those little $100 payouts and this is the way to avoid it by destroying the evidence. Disappointing.
Edit: barcode scanner completely broken at this point straight crashes as soon as you press it 0/5 The developer needs to enable camera switching on the barcode scanner. And the alerts section just opens up the new email app on my phone. App is basically useless without camera switching
For a week now every time I open app, and click on any of the tile selections, for example “games” it immediately closes and kicks me out of app. Any suggestions
Have not been able to check tickets for the past month. Get notifications from the app when you click the notifications, the app closes suddenly. Really glitchy.
Frequently have freezes when scanning tickets, getting the “drawing not held yet” when it’s hours past draw time. Constantly having to close app and retry and that only fixes it sometimes. This app needs a lot of attention.
Can no longer scan any of the barcodes, just crashes instantly... Definitely does not fail gracefully, lol. Updated: Was advised to uninstall/reinstall, which is the app developers unplug it/plug it back in solution, but that seemed to work!
lately a lot of draw has not been held yet errors. checked 5 Lucky for Life & 1 Big Sky Bonus from 11/4&11/3 I’m certain the draw has been held-today is 11/5!
I downloaded the app just to join the players club and every time I finish putting in my information to start an account the app crashes...bug needs fixed and I would give it a better review!
I have used this app for years now. This was updated yesterday on my devices. Will not allow any function within. Closes the app when anything is selected.
You can create your ticket, but cannot “save” it. This causes an error on the lotto machine. The machine will not print you a ticket. Just go the old school route, and fill out a slip until they fix this problem.
Have been trying to use the play slip feature but it never saves them. Always says network connection lost when I am using a high speed steady network. Pls fix :/
The scanner on the app won’t work at all. Used to work, but no longer. Extremely slow to bring up saved playslips. Most of the time won’t load. Had to take a picture of the QR code in order to have access to the saved slips. I know you guys have a monopoly and don’t have to do anything, but it would be nice if you had a little respect for your customers.
The only reason I got this app was to scan tickets. It immediately scans the floor or anything else in its path and won’t even focus long enough to actually scan the bar code.
