My Pearl Policy

Multiple times the app goes down for days on end, preventing access to important information. Multiple broken floating panels appear across the screen and all sorts of problems are with this app. And there is absolutely nothing special about it, the amount of time you waste opening up this app is enough to cancel the insurance.

Been using pearl for a while now and for whatever reason you can no longer login through the mobile app only through their website on desktop.

I’ve been using the app for quite some time but recently it will no longer allow me to login unless i use their website on the internet. So the app is now useless

Since the last update… I haven’t been able to log in… i can in the internet site but not in the app… customer service for the insurance can’t help to fix it! 🥺🥺

I just signed up for insurance and have no idea when the due date is or how to pay it. I am unable to creat an account. Why hasn’t this been fixed? I’m calling the BBB

Use the website that’s the Only way to log in I kept calling my local insurance office to make the payment to avoid the late fee please have this fix

It doesn’t let me login. This is why I’m switching to a different insurance company. Customer service can’t help you and the pap doesn’t work. I can’t trust a company like this.
