This app did work well for me in the past. Currently I cannot log in. I enter correct login and password. The ToS comes up. I read the ToS. The accept button never highlights. It is unable to be pressed. The cancel button is highlighted. I press this button and of course it cancels the login. I try again the same thing happens. Same result on iOS and iPadOS. Help is bad. The FAQ cannot answer my questions.
This review is as of 9SEP21. I was unable to accept the terms and conditions on the app’s login page, “accept” was greyed-out. After repeatedly exiting out of the app, and pulling it up again, it finally let me accept the terms and conditions. However, once that was done, the app mandated you provide a work phone number, it was not immediately apparent that you can delete that field. Sorry, SPS that’s none of your business, and I don’t need you calling me while I’m at work. Finally, there are fees for paying through the app. Useless. Update: 25APR22. Still cannot log in. It is stuck at the Terms & Conditions user agreement. You cannot select “I AGREE” only “CANCEL” which makes the app not load.
I have used this app to manage my account for a number of years now. While it’s always had its quirks, suddenly out of the blue it is requiring acceptance of a new Terms of Service, and the accept button is disabled. There seems to be no way around the problem unless and until the developers fix it, and there has not been an app update in more than 5 months as of the date of this review. Typical of SPS; they’re not exactly the most customer friendly or focused mortgage servicer out there, but they’re the one I’m stuck with until I refinance. Regardless, their app is an abomination. Avoid them if at all possible.
I have never had an App ask me to agree to some terms before it lets you login to your information! This App does not work in iOS 16.3.1. I spoke with a representative today and she told me that I need to use a different browser other than Apple (Safari) and go to the website. This tells me that their App for iOS is not compatible. I will update iOS late tonight and then see if it allows me to login. The customer representatives so far have been very helpful. However, the company seems to be a bit unorganized.
What company today don’t use chat customer assistance help on these day. This company runs of old school program. No access into your account, security question no even make sense and they are manipulated per the system to make you call them. I don’t want call or waiting time with service agent. You should be able to reset your password out contact anyone over the phone. Poor customer service support, but they like chargers $15 dollars over the phone to received the payment.
If you schedule a payment through the app remember there is no way for you to monitor the order in any way or capacity. “Pending payments” is a dead spot in the app and doesn’t show anything. Even after I schedule a payment - if processing occurs almost instantly which removes your item from pending - I should still have access to monitor the processing transaction. I’d like to see the inclusion of the processing payment into the pending payments section.
I just made my mortgage payment on this app. It is much improved more user friendly and visually appealing. I haven’t had any issue with it its my second time using it. If possible please keep this app the way it is in my opinion its perfect. The team design it did a fantastic job.
I downloaded this app because the company’s website is completely broken (every time you click a link, it logs you out.). Somehow the app is worse - it asks you to agree to terms and conditions to log in, but the button you’d have to click to agree is greyed out, so you can’t even log in. Judging by the reviews, this has been an issue for years and they just… never fixed it. It’s so cool how I can’t even make a payment online with this company.
Why do I need to enter the same information that you already have for me? Most apps do that, if you already have a profile done on the web, why do I need to provide it again? Work on you Integration. The reason for the 1 star is because the app doesn’t work, after entering all the information, it gives a technical error, and asks to try again later. It been happening for a while, so I can’t even use the app. Useless.
The app hasn’t been loading any information for over a week. A text box message comes up, saying “we’re having technical difficulties and are working to fix it; try your request later”. However, nothing has been fixed in over a week. 🙄😕
I’m very surprised that the rating is so low for this app. I’ve never had any problems. It’s up to date, love the break down of money due, & the payment wheel.
I can’t login, because term and conditions are up but the “I agree” button is greyed out even when you scroll towards the end of the said term and condition, still greyed out and I can’t do anything further but the cancel button seems readily available, and because I can’t agree with this bug I can’t log in to do any payments, etc that I need to do
For everyone who finds the “accept” button to be grayed out and not working, you need to scroll through the terms slower and then it will turn blue and work. (Or actually read the!)
If your loan is transferred or brought by this company… run you hear me Run, to get it refinanced with another lender as soon as you can! This company charges a fee just to pay your mortgage, and the customer service reps are rude at times. A class action suit needs to filed against them for taking advantage of people, and I will sign every paperwork I could to make it happen.

V3.0.13 - Unable to accept the terms and conditions. Scrolling all the way down should allow the users accept the terms and condition but that’s not the case. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app with no success. How can these developers let this slide into production? Do you guys not have test cases to prevent this type of occurrences?
It is frustrating when you have to continually keep signing in to upload paperwork or just about for anything…. I have deleted the app and downloaded, nothing seems to work…… When was the last time the app was upgraded…… It shouldn’t take all day just to send paperwork…. Thank you!!!!
As a reviewer said 2 years ago (!!!!), you can't get past the sign in page because the "I accept" button is grayed out. And clearly in 2 years, they haven't bothered to fix it. Website was also not great but at least I can get logged in. HOPEFULLY my loan will transfer SOON!!!!
I contacted customer service today in Utah to get a resolution/answers. I was told tech support would be contacted. This app hasn’t work in the year that I have had it. Shouldn't their tech support already have known and resolved it by now??? The app simply does not work.
Cannot accept terms and conditions - buttons greyed out
Seems like the latest version has brought a known bug back? When launching the app, I’m asked to accept the updated terms and contions, but the “Accept” button is greyed out and I cannot login to the application.
I haven’t been able to log in for a long while. Something clearly needs fixing but there hasn’t been an update in months. This is not a good look for SPS as a financial company.
This is a useless waste of time. Definitely a garbage app that doesn’t work from the moment you get it. I deleted same day . Do you think I’m going to put my payment information in an app that can’t even get registration right without screwing up?
I just downloaded the app and tried to sign in. I kept getting error message my user name or password appears to be invalid. I gave it 1 star because a review can’t be submitted without one.
Please, your website has not worked for over than a week. Which can cause major issues and significant late payment. I reside outside USA and use it as primary contact with SPS.

I’ve been getting the “working on it” message for a year now. When I call in they have to talk to multiple supervisors about it. They are not working on it at all - just liars - how hard can this be ???
This app is useless I entered all of my info and it says my ssn and the account number don’t match their system but every time I call they don’t forget to mention to do it on their app.. USELESS APP STAY AWAY FROM IT
The App is useless if you can’t get past the terms & conditions! It will not allow you to accept the terms…you can only decline them. What a waste of time!!!
This company has very poor communication. When you try to reach out you’ll be met with VERY rude customer who can not be bothered to help in any way. Stay away!
