As a consultant it’s very frustrating to use but also convenient. I like that I can place my party orders right there on the spot and show the customer what there order is and if they get anything personalized what it’s going to look like. It also works well when they pay with credit card. BUT… it is super slow and not very friendly. It’s frustrating because half the time the personalization doesn't work and it freezes a lot. And it makes me log into the app and then log into TOT once I’m already logged into the app. I like it but could use some major updating.
I am a consultant and the app is super slow and hard (hard meaning hard to read and not at easy as the website on the computer ) to use. Now supposedly the update just happened and I cannot get in because the old version is not supported but it doesn’t say that there is an update available. Of course I would do it if it were available! This is supposed to also help for shows and half the time the customers are waiting and just get frustrated with me for taking too long.
I wish this app actually did all of the things it has setting for….. like alert me when items are out of stock or low inventory. I even have push notifications on and the only things I ever get notified about are orders placed and most of the time orders shipped (but not always). It doesn’t even show up in my activity on the app either, but orders placed and shipped and often enough everything in there I have listed as shipped gets magically erased. I’ve tried contacting IT support about it via 31 and that was useless and then I stopped getting any responses. This isn’t just a me issue either. I did a straw pole in one of my consultant groups and I am FAR from alone. Please make this app work.
I'm all for updating to get rid of bugs, make things more efficient, etc. but this did the opposite. Personal volume doesn't show, contacts, parties and YTD section is blank and the open party doesn't have a consultant ship option. Keeps giving an error message when you try to navigate anywhere. Took a while to connect to TOT, where I will have to do everything and only while on wifi. Fix this please!
The app does what it needs to do...allows you to access TOT, place orders, manage parties, etc. However, it’s a pain to navigate. It does not keep you signed it for long at all so you frequently have to sign into the app, then if you want to go to TOT you have to sign into that separately. It’s a lot of navigating just to get to your virtual office. I hope they decide to redesign some of these features in the app!
I’ve been using this app for about a year and a half, and until about 2 months ago I’ve been loving it, but lately it seems to have a lot of bugs! when placing an order I can’t view all the thread options (same on website, using a mobile device). Frustrating when I have to hand write orders at a party and put in afterwards. I like my customers to be able to view their personalizations before purchase, in case there is anything they want to change!
I signed in to the app to check the tracking on a purchase that has shipped (easier to check it this way than try to find the email in my email box). I just did the update today (I got a notification that I had to update before it would let me in the app). I go to click on my order history to track the purchase and it kicks me out of the app.
I like that I am able to have access to things right away when I am out and about. It would be nice to edit an order when in there. I use my phone to keep up with things when I am away from my home office. A touchID would be amazing for iPhone users. Even toggle between apps it logs you out if it was just a minute or two. Good start, keep working. 😄
I love this app but since the last update it has been less useful. Since the last update I can no longer see my stats, the shipping updates are gone, and sometimes when I log in the product availability is gone. I love this app for placing orders and contacting customers! It is a great resource but some thing need to be fixed.
It seems to be nice to stay up to date when purchases are made and orders are shipped and how you’re doing in sales, but as far as creating parties and running them off the app, it’s glitchy and inconvenient. When I try typing in the description box when creating new party, I cannot make any changes without having to delete everything I’ve typed out up to that point.
This would be great if it would either keep me logged in or use the fingerprint login, and if it was a little easier to find what I need. As of right now, it’s easier to access everything in my browser. I do like that I get push notifications of purchases, etc.
I like the app I like the features however in the middle of placing orders that are more than just a couple items a lot of the time it will just kick me completely out and lose everything I have worked on especially when trying to do a party I updated the app three days ago and now it won’t let me in says I need a new update update although there is none available
After the most recent update I no longer can place Marketplace or business supply orders. It tells me there is an error and the item is out of stock. I literally sat and tried it on almost every product. I love thirty-one products but I don’t have a computer so my business is done completely on my phone and this app. So when I need to place an order it’s difficult to do so.
iPhone does not have the ability to use the thumb print. There are tons of options that would be great to have. Monthly specials, team numbers (virtual office is very hard to navigate on iPhone), when going to TOT, have the login information flow through. I know not all can be on the phone app.
Says it needs update when there is NONE available. Can’t conduct my business with this. Not user friendly, unreliable, kicks you out and make you log in repeatedly. Plus it won’t save my log in info for easy access. You have to sign in twice just to access your back office! Haven’t been able to use for 4 days after it said 24 hrs for new version. Not holding my breath!
I would love for the app to have the ability to change the notification sounds. It would be wonderful to be able to have a separate tone just for my thirty-one app using IOS.
The most recent update broke the ability to look at orders. When they open the app crashes. Fix it and I’ll update the review. Also, take off the shipping update feature if there’s never going to be available data. Either load in the info on ToT or just remove that feature of the app. Thanks!
I am a consultant and went to log in yesterday and it tells me mandatory update required to 5.0.39 well I have no updates and am running 5.0.38 so am not able to do anything for my business until, who knows when, the app is updated in the App Store 😢😢😡😡
This app is great to use when you don’t have access to your computer. It isn’t as user friendly as the website but is great to keep up with parties and orders
More than a week now I have been waiting to get into my app. It won’t open because the update is STILL not available. Did anyone think about letting the current version work until the new one was ready??? Seriously?
I love the app, I have noticed that sometimes adding an order it will not accept the payment. I have to get one the actual tot website. I would also like the app to store my password or keep me logged in so I don’t have to spend time putting it in.
App is rarely reliable, doesn’t use Face ID so less efficient than other apps, requires constant updates which is frustrating, and the updates never seem to fix the actual issues. App is also incredibly slow, which is frustrating.
I am loving the Touchid and Faceid capability. Thanks for making it easier to enter the app. The only little issue - dark mode. It only works partially and some of the headers are white so you can’t read them.
Normally love this app, but all of the sudden today it won’t let me sign in. It says I need to update it, which I can’t do because I have the most updated version already. Not sure what is going on, but I need my app to work!!!!!
Is anyone else having this issue? I can’t open the app due to mandatory updates. Minimum required version is 5.0.5. But there is no such update. What is the alternate?
I use the app all the time and the only big problem I ever have is when it says I need to do a mandatory update but my AppStore shows its up-to-date. Otherwise I love the app!
I just downloaded the app on my iPad Pro and when I try to log in it’s telling me that there is a new version and that the version I have is not supported. I just downloaded it so I’m unsure why the new version didn’t download. Any help would be appreciated.
I have been trying to log in and it keeps saying that I need the 5.0.18 version in order to access. I that to be very hilarious as for do not have such a version. This place s extremely upsetting. Apps are supposed to be convenient. This one is not.
I used to get notifications instantly as soon as an order was placed, shipped, etc. Now I only get the notifications the day after which is annoying. I want to be notified again immediately!

I use dark mode on my phone. You need to adjust your app to be compatible with it. I can’t read anything on the app because the text is the same color as the background.
Great all around app and very easy to navigate. Love the order estimate resource. Add the ability to access using my fingerprint and it would be 5 stars!
I’m new to all of this, but why do I have the app when everything takes me to the website? There is no point to having the app. Just use the website. And even that needs help.
I’m a new consultant and just found out there was an app. I’ve been trying all evening to log in but the app is not accepting my consultant number or password. It doesn’t offer a reset option either. I will be deleting this app.
I updated because I had to, and now I can’t log in. I have tried removing the app and downloading again and still the same thing. I’m not sure what happened with this version but please fix the issue
I tried using the app and it says I need to update but I have no option to update the app to Verizon 5.0.5. I just recently installed this and opened it couple times and now can’t use it!!
I’m a consultant and did the update 2 days ago. I have a iPhone. Talked to HO twice on Friday May 22, 2020. Now it’s Memorial Day Weekend and I cant get into my back office on my phone. Not happy at all.
After the most recent update I am no longer able to search for items. Instead I have to scroll through every item to try and find what I’m looking for.
The latest version of this app has not been made available, therefore, I cannot access my business by using it. It is currently useless, since it basically has locked me out of my own business!!!
