I had service for almost ten months. Every time I used my hotspot, I received a message that I didn’t have a hotspot. I called my local service provider with whom I bought my account. They said I do have internet. I called customer service. They said they changed my account to include hotspot and would give me credit to my account. I trued to verify the credit amount. He wouldn’t transfer me to a supervisor. I didn’t get a credit. It’s embarrassing to be at work in a meeting with my director and not have access to the internet. This directly affected my ability to complete my paperwork on time, this caused the loss of at least $200. I need a financial remedy to this situation.
I've had this number for 6 months and get spam calls multiple times a day 5 days a week for the person who had it before me. The service coverage is super terrible. Calls regularly drop and streaming music is agonizing even in full coverage areas. If it werent for wifi I wouldnt be able to use the internet. If you are looking to switch to US Cellular, I recommend only doing so if you have no other option.
When I log into the app it tells me that my due date is on a certain day. When that day comes I get a text saying that I missed a payment, so you can imagine this affects the grace period as well. Also, this app can’t remember my fingerprint so I have to type my password every time and go through the app asking me if I wasn’t to use my biometrics. So yeah an update to this app would immensely help.
The worst interface ever. Not even set up correctly for making payments on your phone bill with your phone! Can’t view your past account activity and payments, the amount I’m charged seems to change month to month, I will put $60 on my account and it goes down to five when my bill should be exactly $60/mo. Getting ready to back to verizon 🤷♂️
Today there are WAY too many user names and passwords to remember and once they determine you are human it’s unlikely to change. I like your service, but detest how many useless hoops you make me jump through to pay my bill!
I tried to pay my bill but the app keeps crashing. I tried updating and still nothing. I even tried multiple devices and asked others if it was just me, no the whole app everywhere stopped working. Now I can’t pay the bill.
3 months ago the app just stopped working I can’t log in and uscellular is not help I’ve called the 1800 #, went in store and tried all the trouble shooting options idk At this point
Un problema de inicio a fin, la compañía como tal, primeramente para conservar mi número de teléfono anterior después de “muchas gestiones” por parte de ellos y varias visitas al local se “resolvió” el problema, teniendo que esperar 3 días para poder utilizar el mismo número , 3 días que nunca llegaron y pues tuve q mantenerme por un año con el temporal, la conectividad pésima incluso dentro de la propia oficina del servicio US Cellular, y para colmo al intentar obtener mi número de cuenta y pin fui a la oficina y me dijeron q por llamada a Customer Services, en la llamada después de muchas trabas puestas por la agente llamada Stephanie la cual nunca ofreció una solución real y sin ganas alguna de ayudarme, me mando nuevamente para la oficina, y luego nuevamente por llamada fue que pude obtener los datos, en fin, un caos total de inicio a fin! Solo espero que mejoren los servicios y la preparación y selectividad de sus trabajadores!
