The Vault app is simple to use and an effective way to get my pay up to two days early (for any employer who uses Paycom). The app itself is well designed, making it super user friendly. I love that I can find hundreds of free ATMs near me in an instant. Oh and the “no fees, completely free” thing is really awesome, too!
I could barely understand what he was saying to me. I was trying to communicate that it would not let me sign up for an account on the app and that it said my security information was incorrect, even though I checked several times to make sure I had everything correct. I'm not trying to be rude, but the customer service representative got mad at me and impatient when I couldn't understand what he was saying. Then he transferred me to another line, but that then just made a loud beeping sound like 10 times before the call just hung up. It resolved nothing, and I still cannot set up an account.
I have been using vault card for a while now and the app crashes consistently. Upon relogin, Face ID is no longer recognized and when entering password when prompted it gives an error. Once the app is hard stopped and restarted, the Face ID is still turned off but I am able to login with password. Each time I login is requests a one time pin sent, I re-turn on Face ID and the cycle continues. Please update the app with a fix.
Could not be easier to use! I deposit $50 per check onto the card as a way to save money for gifts/fun things. It’s great to be able to get paid earlier than check date day too. Easy to find an ATM with the map feature.
Probably one of worst experiences I’ve had with a bank
So my job was depositing my paychecks into vault for a while and they have failed consistently to send me a new card. I’ve been trying to get a physical card so I can empty my account from an atm and put the money in my actual bank account. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times but they remain unhelpful they tell me to wait 7-10 business days and it’s been more than two weeks. All I want is to get rid of this app but they have trapped my money.
This app is so easy to navigate and makes it incredibly simple to check or transfer balance, lock my card if it’s stolen, or manage any other details on my account. I can even get paid sooner because I have it. Thanks Paycom!!!
This app is straightforward. It’s easy to navigate and tells you what you need to know. I like that I can quickly see FAQ as opposed to having to read fine print like you do with other types of cards.
I have been having issues with this card. I deposited my first paycheck and I am able to get cash from an atm and use physical card but no apple pay. This card also does not work with Zelle. In addition, I am unable to transfer funds to my other bank that has Zelle. Customer service leads you on an all day journey, transferring you from department to department and the issue is jo closer to being resolved.
The app freezes every time I open it. I’ve reinstalled multiple times and it still won’t work. Now they’ve removed the ability to login from a browser so I can’t check my balance at all!! This is a huge problem that doesn’t seem to be getting resolved anytime soon.
Easy enrollment through my employer’s Paycom app. Easy adjustments to my direct deposit amount. Easy management of my account through the Vault app. Love it!!
I have tried to activate my card and they keep telling me my info is incorrect. Then when I talk to customer service, they send me through the same process to get the same result. I cannot access my money.
I got this card because I thought that my money would be deposit before I got paid but no I didn’t get it at all. That’s why I’m going to take it off I don’t want it no more
This is a poorly designed, non-functioning app. Basic functions take days to approve or verify. When you try to login, it gives error messages. What a headache.
Have made several attempts to register for my account. Called customer support and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. This did nothing to fix the problem.
Terrible Customer Service they keep transferring you to different departments overseas. English is very difficult to understand not a good customer service set up at all.
I HIGHLY ADVISE TO NEVER USE THIS AS A CHOICE OF MOBILE BANKING! THEY DID NOT MAKE MY SERVICE A PRIORITY! I CALLED MAKING A DISPUTE AND THEY TREATED MY CRISIS AS A JOKE! MY DISPUTE IS OF YET TO BE SETTLED!!
