I loved having the convenience of looking at my balance or documents when I wanted to but the last few months I am not even able to log in because it closes on its own. Every time I go to login it closes the app. I’ve tried redownloading it and turning my phone off and on. Super annoying. Someone fix this!!!
The convenience of checking the balance of your SNAP card is wonderful. It saves time and is much simpler than calling, pressing buttons and entering in your card number. The app is also helpful because you can submit documents by scanning them with your phone. Unfortunately the app is no longer working on my phone. I can open the app but when I log on, the app repeatedly shut down. The app has been removed from my phone and reloaded. I have shut my phone down and turned it back on. These steps have been repeated several times. Still will not work. Frustrating. Please fix the app!!
What a sad excuse for an app! it rarely Works & I end up having g to log in to my Acct online ! This app crashes, cannot open it close it it opens on its own and stays stuck ! Pain !! Fix it or Get rid of it and Do a Fresh new one !! This has never allowed me to upload documents to my caseworker to get my account recertified ! I’m so upset it’s held up my case this year! I have problems every month with it ! Now it says it can’t find my case at all !! I was recertified 2 months ago ! I hope your app didn’t drop me in the system and mess up my case !! Grrr unhapppy customer
It doesn’t recognize my county which is DEFINITELY using MyBenefitsMobile to disseminate information to recipients. My DPSS Mobile is no longer active because of switching apps so my only option now is to call the Dept of Social Services and wait on hold for 3 hours each time I need to check benefits, leave messages for my caseworker, get information; submitting documents must now be done by mail or in person.. not easily accomplished when someone is disabled.
This app works about half the time. It’s great and convenient when it isn’t glitching. I’m glad I have it, but I’m also glad I can just call the number on my ebt card if I want to check the balance. However if I’m trying to upload documents and it’s not working, I’d have to email my worker or drive down to the office.
WHY did we change from DPSS mobile with no warning?? I got no notification mail or anything and only found out when I realized it’s not in app store anymore. This app takes you to the new website which I have an account on already but then tells me they don’t service LA on the app. Why did the apps change. This app doesn’t work I can’t even log in.
I've had this app for months and never had a problem but the day before yesterday it started shutting down every time i try to Login. I restarted me phone still didn't work then i Uninstalled and reinstalled and It's still doing it 🤦🏾♀️ can you guys please help with this bug thank you😊
Horrible I use to really like it But for the last few months it has not even been letting log in It says checking for internet connection I have tryed to uninstall and reinstall but it still does the same thing. I know it’s not my phone I pay for unlimited internet so there is no reason for this to happen
I love this app and use it all the time. Recently though when I tap My Benefits it goes to the log in section then not even a half a second later the app closes. Not able to use the app now. Would give 5 stars but 3 because it WAS a good app.
Effective with the Latest update, using correct login info, it gives an error message indicating login info not correct. Desktop login works fine on the website. Started with the latest update. Was fine prior.
We cannot ever check our account because it logs us out and can’t get back into the account I liked the old one way better it was more convenient and not difficult at all …. This new one is wack and dumb can’t update anything on my dpss anymore … you guys need to bring back the regular one
I’ve had it before so easy to use but last months it stopped working on its own, so I typed in ebt app not calwin app couple of them popped up the very first one it’s the correct one now I can see my balance there way better app .
This app is ok. But really needs another option to upload images. I want to be able to upload images already saved on my phone. Only gives me option to take picture and upload. Please add this feature.
Kinda hard to do an update after you click on “update” and all it does is keep looping you back around to here and the actual app not letting you view anything or fix it…
I opened the app which is forcing me to update but when I click “Update”, it opens to the APP page but won’t actually perform the update. It is stuck in the older version.
Try to open app and get a message saying to use you must update and to click the update button below. But when you click on Update the App Store opens. Cant update and cant use app now. Please fix this. Even tried uninstalling app and reinstalled but same issue
The App will open but once you go to view balance it closes the app completely!! This has been for the last month and a half!! When are you guys fixing this?!?! Aggravating!! Sorry but seriously why have the app for convenience when it’s inconvenient?
Loved the app and having the conveniences checking my balance whenever and wherever. But after downloading the update on the app and my phone, I can no longer get into the app. Every time I try to get in it says that I have to update the app which I already did🤦🏻♀️ please fix the situation.
I haven’t been able to use this app at all since I downloaded it. I have documents that the department has requested I turn in and I am unable to do so due to the fact that this application CONSTANTLY forces close!!!! I’m sooo aggravated. AND I have an iPhone. So I know that’s not the issue.
This app been messing up since Wednesday its wont let me upload anything. You cant email or chat with them on the app. And i try ups computer its wont work. Four other ppl cass wasnt letting them do anything with uploading a document.

Crashes as soon as I try to open it. When I downloaded months ago it worked perfectly fine. All of a sudden for the past 3 months it crashes every single time.
It’s telling me to update before using the app. And it’s not even giving an option to update. I have all my apps set up to where it automatically updates if there’s any updating needed. The app looks up to date but STILL WILL NOT LET ME TO EVEN GET ON OR LOGGED IN!!!! Needing to submit documents!!!
This app is garbage. A dyslexic preschooler can make a better app than this. Fire the developer and create a new app from the ground up. There is no excuse for such a dysfunctional app, especially when there’s elementary school children creating fantastic apps that function for superiority to this garbage.
It worked fine until it forced me to update. Now it doesn’t open at all. Every time I try to open it it says to update, then tells me I’ve already updated, in an endless loop. I can’t access my account or any info.
Does not work or works when it wants to ... it kept on trying to log in and it would say “YOU SUCCESSFULLY HAVE LOG OUT “ it’s a struggle won’t work just email direct to email to your worker ....
The app directed me to the update but once it finished “updating” it is still requesting an update. So now there is no way for me to use the app 🙄 Pathetic when the update causes more issues than it “fixes”
This app is not working or is a third party fraud. I have no problem signing in through the website, but using the same credentials I can’t sign in through this app!

Typical government crap. Not sure who is building and maintaining their apps. Maybe Hunter Biden was hired!? This app never works anymore. I just updated as it made me do and now there is zero way to login. Just closes and won’t let me in.
App doesn’t successfully open. It opens then immediately closes. Sometimes if i delete the app and reinstall it opens but then as soon as I make a selection closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the issue persists.
I haven’t had too much of an issue with this app until I just got a new phone. Now, as soon as I click on the pet to check my benefits, it force closes and I can’t even login or anything.
Doesn’t provide any info. It is not connected to any meaningful info. Sad that they can’t make something like this work. This means more people calling the office and visiting the office which ultimately costs more money.
I’m begging you guys to fix this app. It’s slow and inconvenient. I’m trying to submit forms but there is no submit button for it. Just do something about it!

Just like their offices, this app is non-compliant and misleads! I received a notification saying that I had to download this app in order to contact/update; however, it doesn’t even SERVE MY COUNTY!!
Closes on its own before I can even log in with my current phone (iPhone XR) I have to use the app on my old phone and can only check it when I’m at home or have WiFi.
