I have been with the credit union since I was 15 years old they have been the best credit union I have ever banked with they easily approve me for loans and help me when I need and I love there app and how updated it is and also I love the ability to be able to go to atm and deposit cash or check and then the mobile deposit feature is nice I would highly recommend this credit union to anybody who looking for banking no fees ever for me and they refund you for atm fees etc Try them out you won’t regret it there the best!
This update was much needed and very well thought out. Everything is laid out on the homepage to make it easy to view all accounts with ease. It’s a simple interface but allows so much more than the previous app. I use the DCCU app on an almost daily basis and love the changes. Would highly recommend!
Much better than before, with only one pet peeve- I hate that the facial recognition login is instant when you open the app. I access an account and also my husband’s account from time to time, but no matter what, every time I open the app, it opens his account instantly. Then I have to logout and retry it, with my phone pointed away from my face so it will “fail”. Sometimes I forget and end up logging in and back out 3 or 4 times! Other than that- perfect.
I’ve been with DuPont for many years now, and it has always been an excellent bank. From bank locations I’ve visited to using their app and online services. Online deposits and transfers are simple and easy to navigate, and always improving. Thanks DuPont!
Little problems to start. They were resolved. But please put the posted balance back in for reconciliation. I use almost daily to keep up with posted amounts and like to compare that to my app I use for checking account.
Now that we have the app it has made our life so much easier. We can check our balance on all accounts without even going to the bank and if we need to speak to someone they are right there. Don’t know how we did it so long without using it !!!
Like the app and the way I can deposit but I’m very upset that I can only deposit six checks at a time when I’m running a business this is a business you get more than six checks in one week it’s a little inconvenient and disappointing.

I really enjoy the DCCU mobile app for its overall functionality. You can see all of your accounts, make payments, deposit checks, and view transactions with a few simple thumb clicks.
Definitely my favorite banking app. The next closest one is Navy Federal. The way you can see how much money has come in and left in a 30 day period is definitely my favorite part. Eye opening for budgeting. In a good way.
Actually, one problem I’ve had was signing in, but that was a long time ago. Since then, I e realized how secure this app is and how easy it is to use and sign in to if you know your stuff
Having the app makes my life so so so much easier! I can check my balance anytime and that is such a time saver! Thank you so much for offering such an awesome service to your customers! I am so thankful!

I have been able to go to online banking relatively easily. Of course, Lauren at DCCU was a good teacher, so my experience was off and running pretty smoothly. The good folks at DCCU will take the time to get you up to speed. Then the app is quite straightforward.
I’ve had DuPont for awhile now and they never seem to let me down they are absolutely amazing and if they have technical difficulties they are sure to remind us ahead of time
Never ever drop your DuPont account. I’ve had mine for like 20 years. They’re the best! These folks care about you. (Just don’t wrack up the bounced check fees bc that’s a bummer).
New update doesn’t allow me to access my account online or mobile. Was asked to delete several times and RE-install with no success. Should have been done on a weekend not in a business week! Clearly wasn’t tested. Said may be too much traffic trying to login. If that’s the case then this would be a complete failure!
I can’t imagine trying to take care of my finances without this App. I am hospitalized. I can’t imagine doing without Customer Service Reps like Lisa Black, or Kim in Solutions. Sincere Thanks, Antoinette M Roberts

This app update is terrible and even after looking up how to find things I still can’t find it. Made it look bad and changed things that people were used to.
