I had to really be diligent to get my tires paid off in 90 days, but I really appreciate that you worked with me and trusted me to loan me the money. I was stuck,so thank you.
Do not use this app, read the fine print!!! I’ve been using this app to pay off a loan biweekly. They continue to bump up my interest even though I have great credit, no late fees etc. it was suppose to take me a few months to pay off what I owed, but they bumped my interest rate to 89% . Everytime I pay, my owed amount keeps going up. I’ve called to verify and they just say if I do double payments it should eventually go down. I now owe triple in just interest. I do plan on doing way extra payments just to get rid of this app! I’ve use multiple apps such as these in the past and this is by far the worst. Do not recommend unless you wanna get trapped!! This has also happened to multiple people I’ve talked to trying to figure out if it was just me. Pay what you owe quick and delete this app.
I don’t typically leave reviews but for this one I feel I should. Yeah, like most people keep putting on here, it’s easy to get approved and it’s easy to make payments through the app. But just know, you miss one payment, or you breathe in a way they don’t like, they will instantly take away your 60 day finance free and, by the next day, the total you owe will double as well as the amount goes up every day as long as there is a balance. Just make sure you read that they charge 199% interest which is absurd but that’s how companies like these stay in business. So that’s why I say read over everything carefully and make sure to pay off the total within 60 days!
This is my third time & never had issues prior to this last purchase. I called to request my bank acct not be drafted & to use the debit card on file. I always made sure the funds were in there, my fault for not following up, but again this was my third time & no issues in the past. When it came close to pay off, I noticed a large dollar amount & they had taken back the 90 days promo. When I called to ask what happened I was told a payment wasn’t made in a certain time frame so they cancelled the promo and now I’m charged huge fees. Terrible customer service, be careful
Please do not use the service or app for no finance loans because of you borrow money and don’t get it Off they will add 500 to you payments and there interest rates is robbery,I was almost finished paying them off I only had 300 left to to pay them and I made payments faithfully but they don’t care about customers they care about money and robbing folks this is a warning to anyone who wants to use this app, you’ll paying more than a loan you’ll pay 500 dollars more please don’t use them and they don’t need to be in business and have done a lot of folks like this so take my warning serious
So I got a dog for $2,600 and found out after the 90 days promotional period was up that this was a big mistake, 149% interest rate, I paid $1,100 off the dog and when that promotional period was over BAM the balance magically became $2,550. So basically this company is a predatory loan company and if you don’t give them their money within 90 days they bleed you dry, I went into my savings real quick to pay this off seen as how I already sacrificed $1,000 to this company.
I used my account login and password to access my account, but the app kept telling me it was invalid. I registered within the app with the same info and was told I could then access my current accounts. When I put the required info in (DOB & SS#), it said it couldn’t find my account. Oh well, I’ll continue to use the website until the app is fixed.
I had horrible experience they were not upfront about how they do things after 90 days they charged another thousand dollars and I was almost paid off. They started charging me $10 every day so by time I would’ve paid off the dog I bought it would’ve been about $5000 when the dog itself was only 2700. The interest rate was ridiculous!!!!! 179% I paid off the dog and stay far from this place.
Trying to pay more than I owe for first payment and the app won’t let me!!!!!!!!!! Not HAPPY Not at Allll Y’all wrong in every way. Now I’m going to stay in cue and wait on my number 39 in line to speak to a rep
However, a bit glitchy. Every time I make a payment, it goes through, but I need to log out to continue using the app. If it wasn’t for that, I would give a 4 or even a 5. It has the features one needs when managing your loan.
Like the up to date technologies out in to App. Like theEasy to use navigation buttons. Everything is clearly marked in pleasant coloring. And set up nicely👍👍
I can’t really pay for bills/food properly, I should have just left the car in my garage and waited till I had the funds. Their website is busted, and I had to shut the app off completely in order to get it to work cause it was stuck. Heed my warning, this isn’t the way to go about getting your car fixed.
I try to make a payment and continue to get error messages. When I input my card info it says that it’s already need added, however it does not show up within the payment options. App is not functioning properly. Please fix asap !
I’ve been trying to pay my full balance and the app keep returning my payments, I already contact my bank and they said everything is fine with the bank. Everyday that goes in getting more interest to pay and that’s not my fault
They will discourage you from calling in to request the 90 day pay off and some of them will lie to you and claim it’s all the same thing but it isn’t if you do not request that 90 days you get interest building up from day 1
I’m making payments for car repairs and I tried Paying through the app and it never went through despite me having money! Now I’m two weeks late behind on my payments and only in more hot water, I don’t recommend this app!
I recommend reading the contract thoroughly and I mean thoroughly before you sign. I was under the impression that I was to pay a certain amount per month and it turned out. I had to pay it semi monthly, so please be careful everybody out there.
I had 400 let on my loan to pay off within the 60 days . I was one day late making my payment the very next day it said I owed 900 and has went up everyday sense !!!! This place don’t care about you they want your money !!!
App doesn’t work the website doesn’t work. I just wanted to make an early payment but it doesn’t seem to let me do that for some reason. Seems like they don’t want you paying it off early.
Take days to take money out of account and if it’s not there when they decide to take funds they put on ridiculous late fees. At this point you are paying more money than you borrowed.
As a retired software manager, I can not believe this app made it into production. Yes you can sign in and yes you can create a profile. But then you are stuck. I can’t see my account, can’t make a payment, nothing!
Do not trust this company, the 90 day grace period is a lie. You can’t trust a company that charges 199% anyways. This company has nothing but false advertising. Buyer beware.
