This was very easy to do customer service. Yesterday was very awesome. Helped me set up everything I needed to set up after being with them for many years, I finally took time to download the app and customer service walked me through. Everything lady was very nice very knowledgeable. I wish I would’ve got her name because she was awesome to deal with. They have a very good employee with her. she took her time and helped me throughout the whole process even though I wasn’t set up and downloaded app or anything when talking to her, she let me do all of it right then and there.
It seems easy to use . Setting it up was a pain. If you are tech-y, it would be super easy. I am not tech savvy. Since it is a mobile app I was using my phone. I had to search to find where the my account was.😵💫I “search” enough at work, thank you. 😉If tap MORE at the bottom of the app would have been in the email it would have been a breeze. I was able to verify the account and make my first payment. I will be setting up auto pay for the rest of the payments. Only because it is one less thing I have to remember. 🤣
I appreciate this opportunity to give John Deere MyFinancial a good report. When my wife needed a lawn mower our friends at United Ag and Turf in Marshall, Texas, were there to help. They helped us access and establish our account with MyFinancial. We have enjoyed keeping our property properly maintained and have used the MyFinancial phone app to easily make our mower payments. Every app for every account I use allows me to set up an automatic payment for either the minimum payment or the balance owed. This one does not. As a result I’ve had to pay JDF way too many $25 late fees over the years. It is the only account I have to do manually & so it is easy to forget. It almost makes me think the company does not want to lose the extra income they get from those of us who might pay a day or so late! I own a farm and should have a farm account (you can auto pay those) but opened this account 25 yrs ago as an individual, and individuals can’t auto pay. Why the heck not? Otherwise it works fine. And BTW I am also a stockholder.
I started my technological life with an antenna that got three tv channels so you can imagine how I have had to adapt. This John Deere app made my life a lot easier to manage and pay my equipment bills. The site is very easy to read and work, crystal clear for payments, outstanding balances, payoff amounts. The best app I have ever used to be honest. Not only do they make the best equipment but their app is top notch also. Thank you!
The ease and simplicity of the app made it a breeze to pay your bill. You are asked to look over everything before submitting and then given your confirmation number for your records. As long as you feel safe having your account information online, I definitely recommend this app to pay your bills and also to look over your statements.
I struggled to access my account information on the app (kept having to change passwords as my saved one would never work again) until recently when I was allowed to enable Face ID. This has made all the difference as I can now easily access the app in seconds and check my account information.
I initially had trouble using the app, which right now know was more of a connectivity issue than an app issue.. the app is great. It is very quick to go on and make your payment. You don’t have to go through dozens of windows, like at some other financial apps, pleasant to use.
You have the easiest app that I ever used! I wish you could get your dealers to be more attentive to a customers needs! It has become the hardest company to do business with. I wish you would pass this along to somebody that could make a difference.
Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Signing in is a pain from month to month don’t know why settings don’t save and you have to redo it each month but it’s easy enough it’s like a normal verification process so I won’t complain too much
Easy to navigate. Set your auto payment up and information and it takes care of itself. Find your current, past payments dates and can download statements. Fantastic
Very easy to use, EXCEPT…I had been paying my monthly bill at a higher rate and then needed to go back to the regular payment for a while. I’m not sure how it happened, but it looked like the regular payments dropped altogether. Not my intent. JD Financial didn’t seem to notice or care, but I got myself back on track.
Can it? MyFinancial walked me through the process and made it so simple. If this payment comes out when it is supposed to, and in the correct amount, this will be the easiest and most foolproof method ever!
This app is extremely friendly and very easy to use. I appreciate the simplistic approach for navigating the panels and the information provided. I recommend this tool to anyone looking for a fast and easy way to make your JD payments.
All the info you need is shown and payments are easy to set up. Would be nice if you could use a debit card however rather than bank account information.
I appreciate being able to have info on my phone to see how my loan is going hand to have some of the best customer service people to talk to when I’m in trouble. Thank you. One of the easiest apps out there
The app is at least as good as any other financial app….maybe better. My only concern is we were swapped to paperless billing without telling us. We were getting invoices and statements from our local coop for some of the charges and bulk feed deliveries were being placed on JDF. They said they sent emails but Gmail and I have a love hate relationship and it will randomly sort some emails to a box I rarely check. I wish for every company we could permanently opt in for paper billing. Some apps seem to be set to trap you into electing electronic billing every time you log in.
I love this payment app. It is really easy to use, and it provides just the right options to choose. John Deere has a JD quality payment app. I can make my payments on the move. No wasted down-time to pay our equipment notes.
Easy to use, has Face ID, shows outstanding balance on first page, and make payment on first page…. For a John Deere purchase, all those things are key. Guy who is buying John Deere needs as few buttons as possible.
I use this app to make payments for me tractor. Overall it performs all the necessary functions. I have two comments on what I’ve seen: 1- When outside USA it doesn’t open. I tried from France and it worked after I turned on the VPN. This sounds a bit odd but something to check as users should be able to make payments at anytime and anywhere 2- I cannot find auto-pay feature. Might be me not knowing where to go. If feature not there should be added; if there app should have button from payments screen Thanks Love my tractor!!!
Glad to have an app that helps me pay my bills quickly and efficiently without needing to get on my computer. Do it on the go or setup a payment plan to get it off my mind.

You need to allow payments to be made on the due date and processed on the day. Otherwise, though it’s actually not late, the application disallows payments on the due date. All credit cards allow it.
I have been using this app for years fir the Company and has been simple to use, easy access, versatile and makes managing payments and dates an ease. Thanks JD for having this app and opportunity created. NBE Corp.

The app is very easy to use, but the user needs to be careful that they pay the entire statement balance and not just the default which is the minimum balance due.
