I love the app! my issue I’m having right now is I guess the bugs because every time I try and start a conversation it closes the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a s still the same thing is happening.
I have two different credit union accounts. I followed the instructions to the letter on how to endorse the checks to do remote deposit with both credit unions. The other Credit union app works perfect every time but this app fails to deposit my check about half the time because it says I didn’t endorse it with “for mobile deposit only.” Which I clearly do each time the same way each time. But somehow this app still fails. Very frustrating- even contacted credit union about it but no luck in getting it fixed.
Very simple to use and easy to access. I never have any login issues and the app is pretty straight forward. I do wish it displayed your credit score within the app so you can keep up with it for future references.
This is my credit union they always go the extra mile to help and there customer service is amazing ! I moved to Pelham and still drive to moody to bank with them. AMAZING THANKS GUYS! Nathanielesh
My account is old and closed but yet on the app it still have my old account number on there! This credit do not have a after hours in case of something serious happening with your account and my funds was posted pending no they just have vanished! If I could give zero stars I would! I am getting a new bank!
I can’t get the app to work like it seems like it should. For example, I’ve tried deleting old cards which are no longer valid and it won’t allow me to. However, they’re my cards and my account.
Need to seriously stop with the updates!!!! Not everyone has the space and I’ve used this feature for 2 years no issues but now can’t because you require a 2024 phone to use it now!
I love that I can log in with a 4 digit code. It makes login so easy. But then you login in and it takes FOREVER for your accts to pull up. Which is annoying when you are in a hurry. If it weren’t for that I’d give it a 5 star rating.
